I'm a huge fan of Rihanna and literally have every song of hers in all my playlists…so when I decided to order her product I was excited to see what the queen was going to provide for her fanssss. I was met with much delight as I was told I could have my package delivered to me the very next day before an event I was invited too! Then the problems started as I sat outside watching car after car pass my package never came to my door. When I contacted customer service I was told my package had encountered a issue and had never been ordered in the first place. I was then told I could get a refund or have it come in 5 days. Imagine ordering something with next day delivery and receiving it a whole 5 days after. Fair to say I am angry and will not be giving Rihanna no more business and will move on to Beyoncé for my next bra!

Laser ship company never updates their delivery status, literally the status of my package is always the day before. It says that my package has been in Ohio for the past 5 days now. This delivery company is giving big companies a bad rap and no longer should be in business. There is no way to contact the company for updates. I will from now on check to see if the company I order from uses Lasership to deliver their products, if so I'm canceling my order. SAVAGE X FENTY STOP USING LASERSHIP!

I started with the 49.95 a month membership thinking it was such a steal with my first order, the first order came and only 1 item fit properly. I sent the others back, they said new ones would be in mail with the new size i chose. They never came, i decided to make another order hoping they would send with my new order even spoke to customer care about my order and she said they would all come together. I waited and after 2 months logged in to see why my order still was not here. They said it was delivered. So i had to sort out what exactly happened. My payments were coming off of a pay pal account and im unsure how they were able to get my old address but they sent it to a previous address that i have not lived at for over 5 years. I went and spoke to that landlord and of course no one seen a package or had the items. So they said they would send me a new shipment, never came. I then canceled my membership and deleted my card off my pay pal account just in case so they would not be able to charge me. NOW 6 MONTHES LATER THEY CHARGE MY ACCOUNT. I have tried to open multiple online chats to have this problem resolved and the chats automatically close but it is listed with 24/7 help. Very incorrect, hand down the worst business i have ever dealt with. So out of the over 400 dollars i have paid them with a subscription i have 1 pair of underwear. I would never recommend to anyone, stay far far away unless you liked being ripped off.

This is the worst company i have EVER dealt with. It takes over a week to even START getting tracking information, AFTER waiting daysss for the items to even ship in the first place. They KEEP changing the delivery date... And pushing it back EVERYDAY. And every tracking update is saying my package has been in the same state for 3-4 f*****king days 4 hours away from me. The VIP program is setup to screw you. Everything about this site and program is scammy. Here's tip number 1 - anything on sale is not eligible for a refund OR EXCHANGE. Um... yeah. That is not clearly stated when you buy the item. It is in the return policy, but this is just one example of their scam. It's highly unusual for a sale item to be non-refundable for any reason. Clearance items, yes - but sale? So why would you check? Come on. Shop or skip within the month, or you get charged, right? NO Shop or skip within a 5 day period, not 30 day period as you would expect. NOTHING is as you would expect or as you have experienced with similar programs. Assume NOTHING! Check for a scam at every corner, from every angle because if there is one, they've built it in there. Now to the clothes - some are super cool. Bra bands are often scratchy and uncomfortable. Sizing is extremely inconsistent - even within the same style. So being able to return something is key. You have to buy things at full price always, or you can't return them. This renders the VIP "deals" useless because everything is way marked up. I asked for a refund but was only given store credit. So now I have to buy more crap from these scammers or lose my money entirely. So disappointed that Rhianna would put her name on this and basically scam her fans.

First time I've ordered from this site (2020) I was pleased, my shipment arrived on time and the inclusivity of colored women was great! However this seems to be more for larger breasts, I ordered an unlined lace bra that was too big for an A cup.

My most recent purchase was Feb 3rd, 2021 has been delayed multiple times. I spoke over chat with a rep, they said it was delayed but should arrive shortly and there's not much they can do but keep me updated and offer a voucher. I told them no thanks, since I haven't received my original purchase. The rep was pushy/impatient even though I messaged back within the minute.
March comes around, still no package. I called a rep this time. They were more helpful, she said that I could just get replacements sent for all but one product :(. It had already been a month since I ordered so I told her I could wait slightly longer since she insisted I should receive my package March 12th, 2021. After a couple more questions it seemed clear no one knew if the package would ever be seen. After a couple tries, a little frustration, and stating if I was an influencer we'd have this resolved with no problems I finally got all my money back. As I'm writing this, there is still no update. The business has a good foundation and goal but plenty of room for growth and improvement on many factors.
Tip for consumers:
1. If you’re in the small chested community (A-B cup) definitely read reviews in that size!
2. At the very least you have a 50% chance your package won’t make it to you.
3. Call customer service don't use the chat option.

People Pay close attention at check out when using your credits. They remove your VIP status and hike up the prices another 10 bucks or more in order for your final total after credit is applied to still pay more out of pocket! I LOVEEEE RIHANNA but no you are not about to take more money from me when the items are already over priced.

I ordered 4 bras and the only one that fit was a bralette so it was stretchy. The other three regular bras were ill-fitting and unflattering but or course that might be due to my personal anatomy and maybe I got the wrong sizes (even though I purchased my regular sizes) so I did an exchange for three of the bras in different sizes just to see and all of them were just not flattering or comfortable as the reviews on site would make you think! So I returned the exchanges on Feb 16th and it's currently March 7 and the package hasn't even arrived to the warehouse I guess? I don't know how far the processing warehouse is for the package shipping to take so long to even get there. I checked the tracking and it has been bouncing around different parts of California, the a few stops in Nevada, and back in California for the past 2 business weeks. It doesn't give me an estimated delivery time either so not only am I still waiting on the package to be delivered to the designated warehouse but I still will have to wait for them to process it and then wait for the refund afterwards. I only shop online and so I'm pretty patient but it's disappointing and concerning how long it takes to even get a return processed.

We had high hopes for this site but it absolutely was horrible. We ordered an item and no confirmation email was sent to us. When we reached out almost a week later we were informed that we should have received it and an email will be sent out 24th after which did not make sense. We asked is the customer rep could send it now but they responded with our system is currently experiencing backlog (for emails?! Seriously that's stupid). Furthermore we found out that although it a been a whole week our parcel wasn't shipped yet. We asked why and we were told that they had a back log and it took 3-4 days to get the package ready and then about 10 days to ship out. We finally did receive the package but he kicker? It was thrown onto our neighbour's driveway and the package was horribly mangled. Like seriously?! We spend a good amount of money and hoped that our package would be handled with care and not thrown on a driveway. Very disappointed with this site and will not be shopping here again. The brand name isn't worth the $#*!ty service.

I have currently been working for 3 months on generating a return label for the items in my order that did not fit right.
(1) the website process that takes you throuhg generating a return label did not work and directed me to call customer service
(2) Phone customer service took me through the process of resending me the return label which I did not receive. They then went on "escalating" my issue since the "system" would not send the email including the return label since my email account was somehow blocked in this "system." I'm not sure what system would block a generic gmail account and how no one else has had this issue, but anyways, I complied since there was no other option. They said it would take a couple days. No reply.
(3) I reached out via FB messenger (very convenient feature) and customer service again took me through generating a return label. Again, it did not work. Again, they escalated the issue. Again, no follow-up.
Summary: Buy off Savage X only if you are not planning to return any items. Their customer service logistics and system are terrible and more and more I believe there isn't a managing team. Service reps are great but clearly whoever the "escalation" is dirt.

After 5 days of repeatedly calling support about an order that was marked as delivered but was never delivered (the first call was placed just hours after the initial notification, & I was home at the exact time my order was supposedly delivered) I was finally told that they would not be able to refund me for my order, even after a previous support agent had indicated that they would be able to initiate a refund if I waited for 48hrs after the order was "Delivered" & it still hadn't arrived. I have been a member of this company for years & they have disappointed me repeatedly, but this was absolutely the final straw. Their unwillingness to refund a thus far loyal customer who has never requested any kind of refund or even made a return or complained is insane. They completely withheld $200 of my money for merchandise that was never received, & support was nothing but unhelpful again & again & again on every single call. The only silver lining is that my membership is now canceled & I will never ever have to interact with this business again. If only it didn't come at the cost of $200. That is so much money for me. I'm still in shock that they stole it from me, with only thinly veiled excuses to offer in response to my distress & pleas.

WILDLY DISSAPOINTED!
Ordered multiple bras and underwear in various sizes from the website with a membership. NOTHING FIT!
Not to mention the terrible quality, the underwear was too thin, uncomfortable and needed more fabric. The bras are not true to size, they are highly uncomfortable and give a shape to my chest that looks crazy weird, like I'm wearing a vintage cone bra.
I've gotten better products from Target or Victoria Secret, so for a brand thar CLAIMS to be "luxury" I could not be more frustrated, disappointed and angry. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!
AND THERE ETHICAL PRACTICES ARE WORSE THAN SHIEN?!?! It could not get worse.
I wish I did research and read more reviews because the average customer is completely unsatisfied.
I will say, using the website's online chat support made it really easy to cancel the membership ASAP before I was charged.
I would give this website and services a 0 star if possible.

The quality isn't the greatest and I've had sizing issues. I'll get the same size for two different bra and in one Im busting out like a dollar store cinnamon roll can and the other will fit like a glove. I forgot to cancel my membership three months in a row but I like how they allow you to still use that money on future orders, however I was annoyed that you have to spend a certain amount to use them, so an order can never be truly free. (I had $149 in credits and when my subtotal was under $100 it only allowed me to use $99 worth of my credits which was annoying af because with tax and shipping I still had to pay $15).
The customer service reps are nice if you're nice, but you gotta be persistent with them when trying to cancel your membership because they kept trying to give me incentives like 20% off my next purchase if I didn't cancel and triple checking that I actually wanted to cancel it. Maybe that's just their protocol so I won't get mad everyone needs to make a living somehow, and I'm sure they deal with many angry people. Just saying the persistence is a bit annoying cuz I wouldn't be on the phone with ya after a 20 minute hold on my Tuesday night if I didn't really want to cancel this subscription.
Anyways, love RiRi and the designs are cute and unique, just wish the quality was more up to par with the prices.

I ordered from this site in July. I was in a slight rush & during the process I caught sight of some sort of VIP club & thought to myself if I have to mess about signing up to something I won't bother. I continued & it just went to payment so I paid & that was that. In September I noticed the sum of £49.95 gone from my bank. It was soon apparent that the same amount was taken in August. I was appalled. After speaking to my bank I proceeded to the site again to order as a new customer & nowhere through the process was it plain & clear that if you got your first order at a low price you were actually signing up & agreeing to a subscription of £49.95 per 6th of every month if nothing was ordered by the 5th. I rang company & they were quite abrupt & basically called me a liar when I said it wasn't clear enough when ordering. Eventually they did refund one payment but said I had to spend the other. When I came to spend it I was appalled yet again as the supposed VIP prices were way higher than 1st order prices plus I had to spend more than £49.95 to be able to spend my money & couldn't use it on sale items. Rihanna should be ashamed of herself if this is how she takes advantage of women, I would assume mainly young women. It is definitely not clear enough that you can pay full price instead of signing up, possibly because most people wouldn't pay the expensive full prices.

Ok the clothes are good quality and they have interesting unique things that wouldn't find most places. However, they do the thing where they get you to join a "membership" so if you don't go on and click "skip the month" by the 6th, they bill you $50 (49.99 or something like that)
PREVIOUSLY you could apply that credit to your cart. You had to spend more than that amount, but you could apply the credit. So, they bill you $50 and you get $50 in store credit. Weird tricky business model, basically they're hoping you forget to cancel, but you can spend the money in the store.
NOW they have changed it. You can't apply the credit to the whole cart. You can apply it to one item, or I think a bundle of 2 things for up to $40? So...what's the point? I have $75 of stuff in my cart, would like to apply my $50 credit, and pay the difference. Nope, they want me to apply my entire credit to any ONE of the $20ish things I have in there. I pay for the rest and then they keep the difference I guess. Not great.
There is a banner that says you can apply your credit to any four sale items. Ok sounds good. I can get my money's worth that way, but then I want to cancel because I don't like this new development. However, it's not working and the chat agent is arguing with me about it as I angrily type this.
Basically they used to try to get you to spend $50 but you'd get $50 store credit. Now they bill you $50 and you get less than that. No thank you. Cancelled

I placed my order on November 26th or 27th. I never received any type of communication my order so I reached out to customer service and was told they only send emails when the order is shipped. I wait about a week and still had not heard anything about my order. I reached out to customer service again and was told my order was shipped via lasership and the soonest I would receive my order is 12/23/2021. I went on to tell the customer service I hope I get my package because lasership is the worst courier there is. He then stated he understands my frustration because they are also having issue with lasership and he wish they would change to a different courier. I'm pissed because the item I purchased was a gift for my friend and we were suppose to be exchanging gifts this weekend. I gave it two stars because my first order went smoothly. I placed an order again and still haven't received it. I reached out to both Savage X Fenty and Lasership and both companies give me different delivery dates and information each time I call or speak to someone. My tracking information hasn't been updated since I got my notification it was shipped. Each person tells me to give it another week to see if it's delivered. I ordered it at the beginning of March and now I'm being told to give it until the last day of March. I asked to cancel my subscription. He refused. Said he was unable to do that. I told him I wanted a refund. He said he couldn't do that either. I asked why hasn't my tracking information been updated. He said "it has it's still the facility 9 hours away from you. So, it should be there in a couple days." I said where is this facility you're referring to? It was the same facility it had been at since he shipped 2 weeks ago. I asked why did he try to give me false information. He said "it's not false you don't have access to this information like I do." I asked why the customer wouldn't have access to its tracking information. He told me it was the company's policy.
I have since went to their website to cancel my subscription and will be contacting my bank in regards to the payment. This is by far the worse online experience in my history or online shopping. I honestly expected so much more than this from a company Rihanna started.
