The merchandise is good, runs small but good. Customer service on the other hand is horrible! I've gotten denied 2x because my shipping address was different than my billing... WHO CARES AS LONG AS YOU'RE GETTING YOUR MONEY! WHY ASK FOR A SHIPPING ADDRESS IF IT IS DIFFERENT FROM THE BILLING?!?!?! I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS FROM OTHER COMPANIES. And I know 1 person doesn't make a difference but it's still bad customer service for a reason of a different shipping address. Oh and did I mention. I really wanted to love this company, not because of Rihanna but because I love to support black businesses. My first order I went all out ordered a to of stuff. However, I didn't like the products, the bras are flimsy and does not fit me right. But I decided to keep them and wear them when it's short periods of time. Then, 6 months in I had almost $300 withdrawn from my account, I had every intention of canceling, but silly me I got sick with COVID, was in the hospital and had to have major surgery performed 2 weeks ago and is still in recovery. I contacted them to cancel my account, response was very generic, first was offered $10 to keep my account active, I declined and then was told your account is now labeled as guest and you will be paying retail price. I asked about my funds sitting there, I was told it will remain there to use. And the representative was ready to go. I have had other subscriptions similar to this before snd when I decided to cancel was told I could be refunded or keep the funds for future purchases and that choice alone had made me decided to keep the subscription. I can't believe this company has nothing like that in place. You either get a $10 (nothing in the site is for $10 by the way (at least nothing I wanted)... so disappointed with this company and the products offered.

I am so disappointed with Savage Fenty. I have been a loyal customer. I have 5 member credits for being a VIP member and now I'm being told that my only option is to buy a $17 bra for a member credit that I paid $50 for. I spoke to Julie the supervisor and she tells me there is nothing she can do. 5 member credit is $200 and if I buy 5 $17 bras that means I lose $115. That may not look like much to them but to me it's a lot. I use only Fenty brands. From make up, Fenty skin and this is REEEEEEEAAAAAALLLY DISAPPONTING that they won't honor my money. I have introduced all my friends to Fenty savage because of their awesome bras and this is what I get for being loyal! SOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTEDDDDDD!

Yikes. Buyer beware. I've wanted to order from the site for around two years but just found the site to be exhausting and very spam like. Finally I decide to give it a shot cause I got an email with a 60% off coupon code. I ordered 3 sets and checked out. I didn't notice until I got my confirmation email that I didn't get the right discount. I got a 2 bra for 29 and then 50% off. So I called the customer service and the lady was not eager to help and kept saying there was nothing they could do even though she did they math and said oh yeah should have been 60 dollars. I asked for a refund or a credit and she said they can not do either and no way to help other than cancel my order. I asked for a supervisor, I'm put on hold, and then she comes back and says okay we can give you a refund for the difference but you'll have to call back after the order ships. There nothing we can do until then. Yeah right. Well I called back once I got my tracking number. I spoke to a man and told him what was going on. I also did the math for myself and they actually over charged me $9.00. I told him hey I did the math and I was over charged by 9 dollars not 8.88. He puts me on a forever hold. Finally comes back and says we have refund you $8.00. I said But I was over charged 9.00? I'd like the full amount refund and he said that they are going off the last girls notes who said 8 and that they would refund the. 88 and I said that is ridiculous you over charged me by 9 full dollars and I want the refund for 9 dollars. He said that there was nothing he could do because the system will only allow 8 dollars. I said I'd like to speak to a supervisor and again I'm out on hold and then the same man comes back and says okay we will refund you the 9.00 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous all this over pennies and dollars. If they are hurting that bad it's not my problem. Don't let them scam you too. 149.70 - 60% = 59.88 and 68.88-59.88=9.00

I dont even want to give it a one star review. I purchased my products and signed up for their vip membership... huge mistake. I got my products and the first time i went to wear them it ripped and the metal clasps broke. I even ordered a size bigger just to be safe. I immediately called and got someone in customer service (no name was given). She proceeded to tell me there was no return policy even though it is clearly written in fine print. Maybe she was upset because I was upset but as i work in customer service myself I know how to treat a customer and just because you were having a bad day doesn't give you the right to mess with someone else. I then told her I wanted my membership canceled and she told me that it was done and I should receive confirmation. I never did. Then a month later here I am getting charged for a "member credit" I then tried to contact customer service again and it didn't matter if I chose chat or phone, as soon as I mention refund I got "disconnected". I tried again today and got a chat to actually talk to me. He/she proceeds to try to sell me on keeping said membership, I kept telling them i did not want this and i wanted confirmation. They told me it has been canceled and i should be getting an email and if there was anything else i needed. I sent my response asking about how to get refunded for this credit and they just ignore me. I sent 3 more messages with no response. Still have not received my canceled confirmation email. I ended the chat and filed my dispute. This company is only out to get your money. And they have no customer service what so ever unless they are getting a sale. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE CHEAP AND EXPENSIVE!

Even though I love the styles, patterns, and the number of options they did not have my correct cup size for a year making their "inclusivity" only to standard A-D, maybe a DD on some but it was not always available. Their size guide has not been updated for their new sizes making it an unknown territory on the site. The clothing smells and feels of swimsuit material and shrinks when washed which for having such a high price point I would expect higher grade materials to be used across the site not just on the bras and underwear. The membership isn't good one unless you are able to spend $50 once a month for "VIP discounts, promotions, and credits". Credit use is limited to $49ish dollars and free shipping isn't applied across the site with a membership like promoted when advertised. The VIP discounts only discount high-priced items, even though I feel as if they should be site-wide, and it does lead you to think it is actually site-wide. For such a large amount of money, you spend on the membership, item(s), and possibly shipping it racks up your monthly bill. In order to cancel I was prompted that I would have to call in order to cancel my membership in very fine print at the beginning of last year, if they offered a button press cancel that would help HOH individuals and not force them to find a translator or hope there is a better way. Finding the information itself is very hard to find. I will say when I had to call and get my shipping address changed customer service was excellent. I simply had to call, ask to speak to a representative, got added to the call back list, and within 10-20 minutes, I was called back with the issue fixed in 3 minutes. That however does not at all help the other issues I have with the site's misleading information and membership issues. I intend to find a way to spend the credits but with the amount I have collected after a year, I don't think I will be able to get through it very quickly with the almost $50 cap. I strongly don't recommend buying the membership nor the clothing and to look at different reviews on both the site and youtube videos in order to make a purchase you feel truly comfortable with due to the high price point.

I purchased both the satin pants and long robe in hunter green for my husband.
I initially did not want to make the purchase because of the price, but becoming a VIP member and adding a 65% discount lowers the price significantly. This should've been an indication of the quality of the product, but it was so attractive that I ultimately chose to buy it.
The material is attractive, but the fabric is very thin and cheap feeling. It certainly not worth the price of $45.95, let alone the regular price of $69.95. (The matching robe was $89.95, regular price $112.95) I thought the selling point for this line was AFFORDABLE lingerie. If you do not wish to be a VIP member, the price point becomes a MAJOR deterrent. The material is not worth that price. I was only paying $51.95, so I went ahead with the transaction.
My major issue was with the delivery. I understand that COVID has affected many things, however, some things simply aren't forgivable. I received an email saying that my package was delivered. It was not. The website said that sometimes the delivery email will come BEFORE the package (I have NEVER heard of this; isn't that dishonest?). I also checked with my neighbors to make sure that it hadn't arrived at their house. After marching around my neighborhood for two days, the package arrived across the street from my house.
The items are gorgeous but I would be better off shopping at my local Target or Lovers Lane for a significantly cheaper price, better quality items, and hassle free purchasing.
I'm sad to say it, but this line is overhyped and not worth it. I gave it two stars because the items are pretty, and, unlike many other customers, I finally did receive my items. But I will not be a returning customer.

I signed up for the $50/month subscription plan back in 2020 and used to feel like I was getting my money's worth. Amazing styles, the 2020 fashion show was refreshingly different and seemed to offer a lot of inclusivity. I often let my monthly credits build up for 6 months or so and then do a larger purchase 2x year when new collections come out/when some of my older pieces need replacing. I've noticed my order totals staying the same over the years, but including FAR less items.
The new credit system is an absolute SCAM! Credits used to be applied as a lump sum removed from the total, which meant the discount equaled the same amount you paid. Now, you must select an individual item to apply a credit to. For example, you may have no choice but to apply a credit you paid $50 for to a $14 bra. Which is total bullsh*t, especially if you want to purchase a more expensive set, let's say $65. Even if you have 2 credits, you can't stack $100 of credits to cover the $65 cost. You would HAVE to pick two items, and lose money wasting a credit on something small like a $5 thong or add another expensive item.
Further, I feel like for a brand that is intended to be inclusive, the sizing is nothing but?! I'm a 36DDD, and it is very difficult to find that size in stock. I can also never shorten the straps enough on certain styles. Much less finding a G or H cup at all.
Lastly, for the first time shopping Savage X, I paid $54 IN TARIFF TAX. For a $0 total due to my credits and shipping that almost always takes a month+ to be delivered. Needless to say, I canceled my subscription immediately after using the last of my credits. As a huge Rihanna fan, I'm so disappointed and frankly hold Miss Fenty herself at least partly responsible for this RIPOFF.
