I forgot to skip a month of subscription since I never used my credits from last month. They refused to give me a refund. I tried to ask about where I can give feedback on this issue and the person who was helping me ended the chat! I continued to contact 2 other agents and both of them ended the chat when I tried to ask about feedback! I even called into the mobile line and they put me on hold and never got to me in line. I feel like I've been taken advantage of and not even given the opportunity to express my concerns! I will never be buying from SavageXfenty again. I hope that one month subscription was worth losing all the future business I would have brought in. This feels like a very cheap and stingy way to do business.

I see now that I am not the only one with a shipping issue. Their site does say 5-9 business days for regular shipping but they're not responsible for the third party shippers? I've ordered twice on two different dates, my first package, November 27th, was supposed to be here last week and it's been exactly two weeks since I've ordered. My second package, December 3rd, got an estimated delivery time (which will probably not be my delivery date) faster than my first did. I'm very excited for these products but seeing how Rihanna didn't put much thought/effort/communication into this portion of her business unless you're an ambassador is really embarrassing and disappointing on her part...

I made an order but I decided I didn't want the items anymore. I also became a member because of my order but I did not know of the monthly fees. I talked to someone on a live chat to cancel my order. The entire time the person tried to convince me to keep my membership. I understand why they would do that but it took me almost 10 minutes for them to comply and cancel both my membership and my order. I most likely will not shop there again. If you do decide to shop there, make sure you know what the membership entails and that you actually want what you ordered. I give this a 3 because the service was not as bad as others have experienced but it could have been better.

It's a shame I can't give 0 stars because I would. The products I did purchase were the cheapest garbage I've ever recieved in my life. It's beyond over priced and worse quality than Victoria's secret. Tried on 3 separate occasions to have my membership cancelled. The second time I had to contact them the woman was incredibly rude to me. She eventually refunded me but she never cancelled my membership. I clearly stated I wanted to be refunded AND cancelled multiple times through out the chat. Eventually she refunded me and immediately asked if I needed anything else and left the chat before I could get screenshots. If you purchase, good luck getting your membership cancelled.

Unclear policy about the membership. You have to skip membership manually every month otherwise they charge your credit card and you have to use it as a store credit. Plus I waited 2 weeks for the items to arrive.

I have been charged since January 2021 for vip membership every month. I tried to order something and it wouldn't use my membership credits. I called three times only to be hung up on twice and placed on long holds. I want my money back. Terrible service.

Made multiple mistakes with my order, when I called to see where my new package was at, they said they lost it in the mail so therefore I will not get a new package. No refund either. They put me on VIP membership when I did not ask for that, called 3 different times to get removed off that membership and every single time after the phone call ended, I had a -49.95 from SAVAGEXFENTY on my bank. No one in customer service was helpful at all. They have in total robbed me almost $300 and have yet to do anything at all about it. I've spoken to someone from customer service 5 times this week and they just keep taking money.

I ordered a couple of items a few months ago using a prepaid debit card. Took 30 days to receive the merchandise and it was wrong. I was going to exchange it but I figured that would take 2 months to do so I gave the stuff away. Because it was a prepaid card it wouldn't renew the vip, which was fine by me. Well Early November I'm scrolling my regular bank account and noticed that they had debited my visa card. So I called and asked the lady how they possibly could have gotten my card number. She put me on hold and then HUNG UP. I called back and got another lady who told me she didn't see the card number on file and didn't know how it got charged but could only offer a credit to the site. Great. So i find something and order. I have yet to receive the item. Its been sitting "supposedly " in a mailing facility in Irving texas since November 20th. This is the worst company ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I was lured on to the this subscription service due to the rollover membership credit of 50$.
EXCEPT that those credits aren't eligible to be used on with on sale items. Resist prices for lingerie are usually over 50$ a piece.
You have to remember to cancel your subscription for the month within the first 5 days or you'll get charged. To cancel it you need to talk to customer service on the phone.
The first time I ordered my bras, they were too small to even fit. And the return was beyond complicated so I gifted the lingerie to my sister.
Second time i sized up 2x, as instructed by an ambassador. Quality was okay but not what I expected.

I purchased the Military olive green tagged by savage onesie 12/2021. Blue fabric dye rubs off on my hands and everything I sit on, I rubbed it on copy paper and dye rubbed off. So dissatisfied, purchase with caution.

I was being charged $49 every year from 2018 -2021. I thought I successfully canceled this membership in 2018 because I had even spoken to a representative about the charge. However, this November 1st, 2021, I discovered that Savage Fenty was still charging me this price every year. After a bunch of runarounds, they would only refund me for this year, 2021. I tried to at least ask for credits for the years 2019 and 2020, but they said that the membership did not provide any credits, simply discounts and I could not get any credit or refund for the years 2019 and 2020. I will not be shopping here ever again ( I had not even bought anything since 2018) if this company cannot be transparent and clear about its memberships. Also, the reason I stopped purchasing from them is that the material is cheap and low quality, other stores are more affordable and better quality.

As much as I love and respect Rhianna(I've watched the SXF show and everything), and the the website's broad range of body types, I hated just about every single item I ordered. I have bought better made undies from Target. Way better. These are wish.com quality products. The fabrics are scratchy and don't get me started on the fit. So, I am a big busted woman (42 DD) and I started the promotion they had. I ordered two bras, one in black and one in brown. Beautiful bras. I tried on the brown one and it fits perfectly. But when I tried on the black one, it fits but the wiring on the side of the bra sticks me. So I have had the bras for about four months and both bras are tore. The black one middle straps have unattached itself and the brown bra, the seam is almost gone, showing inside the cup. All I wanted to do was get a nice bra for the tata's and I'm guessing, I will have to stick to other place.

If you purchase anything on the website, you automatically become a member and get charged a monthly fee. The only way to stop the company from withdrawing money from your account is to cancel your card or bank account or whatever you paid with. The website has a link to cancel your membership, but it never actually works, and this was a deliberate design choice by the company to keep stealing your money. I used to have a lot of respect for Rihanna, but this is a giant scam, and she's already rich enough without having to take from people who aren't as well off as she is.

I've never been one to leave a review but this is insane. Not only did I pay for expedited shipping on Aug. 9th and it get lost in the mail, redelivered, then delayed again another two days. It finally came on the 26th (was supposed to be there the 12th and never got my shipping $ back) Not to mention, while trying on the bras I notice one has a drop of something red on the side -- looks like a drop of blood, not sure what else it could be. This is my first shopping with Savage X Fenty since I've given up on the dream of Rihanna ever giving me music again. The quality is the same as any other luxury lingerie. Save yourself time and patience and just shop somewhere else.

When I subscribed to Savagex, I understood that if I didn't shop then I would be charge $49 for that month which can later be used as a credit. I don't recall that the credit can only be used on certain items because if I were to have shopped that month there is no restriction on which items I can purchase either my VIP. So I feel that's unfair to be charged $49 then I can only used it on certain items as a credit discount. That caused me to end up spending an extra $12 to support the difference plus some addition international tarriff (on top of the regular tax). And after my full purchase there was another small international processing fee attached to my bank account that I am pretty sure come from the Savagex purchase. So I will probably be unsubscribing after I receive my order and am satisfied with the clothings. Thanks.

The whole business model is very scammy - they entice you with lower prices and then you need to read the fine print to realize you're being tied into a monthly payment. I wanted to return several items and they:
A) only processed the returns for 2 out of 3 items, the third has still not been refunded to me as of this date
B) only want to send refunds as credits on your fenty account - I just want my money back
Overall I've experienced very poor customer service processes - every single email that I send I need to explain from scratch the situation and send screenshots etc, as I always get a reply from someone new to the case and they never have any of the history of communications

I wear a 34DDD I have order bras and bralettes and they look like C cups. They are literally way smaller than the bras I have now and don't even cover my nipple. The crazy thing is my waist is 28 cm! The only thing SavageX Fenty is good for is their panties.

I knew i signed up for a membership. I ordered once in march 2019. Logged in every month over a year to decline. 2 months ago they didn't send a reminder email and i got charged the fee. In that time my card expired and i still got charged. Chatted with customer service who said she couldn't do anything. So i said close my accout, said she couldn't do that either. Had to get BBB involved. Savagex said i wasn't a member! That rep apparently did close my account. After more back and forth with screen shots, i will be issued a paper check. Luckily i had screen shots from my bank statements. It was an ordeal. Savagex made it sound like they bent over backwards to help.
