Purchased from them once, and they automatically enrolled me in their $60 per month VIP membership without properly disclosing anything. I didn't know this until I saw the charges on my credit card.
Many websites nowadays offer you to create an account when buying from them for faster check out, but it's never a paid membership unless it is clearly stated, and the customer chooses to upgrade. Never had an online merchant automatically enroll me in any paid subscriptions by creating an account when making a purchase and not properly disclosing it!
I had to dispute the charges with my credit card. I also discovered that this company was sued by district attorneys in 4 different counties in California, and had to settle and pay over $1 million in penalties for deceiving many unsuspecting customers in this exact scheme.
Will never ever buy from this site again and will let all my friends know about these scammers!

I just canceled my VIP perks, as they charged me twice for my subscription, having both billed my credit card and charged the fee to a separate order I placed. Multiple calls to customer service and they completely refused to help me. Had to dispute the charge with my bank but the issue has still not been resolved. I spent hundreds of dollars with Savage X Fenty, yet they would rather lose a valuable customer than admit responsibility for their error. Shady, deceitful business practices. AVOID

So let's just say I will be cancelling membership as of today! I just received a notice from my bank of a charge from Savage Fenty for $59.95 on 6/8 and charged already on 5/30. That's only been a week. I don't like the unexpected charges for a membership I don't really use. I was fine with the sporadic shopping but now they are just charging my card just because. I am normally a 3 8D purchased over $150 and had to return the entire shipment everything was too small
Returned and re-order a size up and still does not fit, the bras poke you on the side cage, material is touch and cheap, even the hardware look cheap. The underwear elastic just folds and does not hold up.
Very disappointed i really wanted to like it and have an different options

My girlfriend sent me a link to a 75% off sale. I wanted to make her happy and find something nice to use when the mood was right. It seemed like a steal. I was buying an 80$ piece of lingerie for 15$ plus shipping. All was well until I received a notification 2 weeks later for a $59.95 charge. I called multiple customer service numbers and was finally put in front of an up-seller to get me in on the brand. I was being used the whole time. Also, the lingerie sucked and it was itchy and poor quality. Do not listen to Rihanna, if she has her hands on this, she is evil. But I am sure that is not the case, She is too lazy and has too much going on to take care of her own personal brands. She pawns it off on some goofy team that does not care how her customers feel. If I could give it negative stars I would. The website is deceptive about the membership fee every month. I got charged $120 for signing up for a membership that I never agreed to. It automatically signs you up for it. The best part is you can't get any of your money back and if something doesn't fit you'll never get a refund. $#*! that place for real.

Cancelled my subscription only for money to still be taken out of my account. Via my card details as the DD was cancelled. They forget to mention If you buy an item for £59.00 then you use two credits of £49.99x2 to cover the cost so whos benefitting when thats nearly £100 for a £59.00 item. How much did Rhiannas sons bday cost again. Remember nothings 49.99 exactly there will always be "something" to take it over. Shipping costs etc

Wow. My experiences for the last 2 years with SavX have been fantastic. Orders arrive quickly, and have never had an issue of being wrongfully charged. My customer service experiences have all been pleasant and issues (which were my fault, not theirs) were resolved quickly and easily. There had been a few times I missed the skip the month by a day. Money had not been taken out yet so each of those times I called cs, and they were happy to skip the month for me on their end so I wouldn't be charged. They've been fantastic, and I love their products.

As indicated on the website, you will be charged if you do not opt out each month. Just take the time to log in at the beginning of every month, and let them know your intentions. It’s not hard, but it’s easy to forget.

I have been a victim of this scam and lost up to $305k. All my life i've always been looking for ways to invest and save money, so as to retire early. Do not recommend savage at all. I used to have VIP account with them. When I was charged monthly fees I was unable to spend my credit on order as the amount in my VIP account was not deducted from value of the purchase, so I have close to my VIP account. I have received refund of the money outstanding for me to use. Week after my bank account was charged again by savage, second time, I have contacted them via email twice and phone 3 x and I am keeping hearing that I have received refund ( Yes of the first charges as I was unable to use them) they keep asking if I have another account with them:He'll no and I never will. At that point I don't think I will get my money back but I hope my experience will save any other person the trouble and losing their money.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. Ordered at the end of July, no updated order status since 8. 4. 21, customer service said allow more time. My first and last order unfortunately. My order is sitting a few cities away with no movement over a week.

I made one purchase (which for the record I am happy with) however I do not remember consenting to them storing my card information or signing up for a membership. I have been trying to cancel the $49 membership fee for over a week and the chat feature automatically closes out, the cancel membership button does not work! I have tried different browsers and nothing is working.

The customer service reps will attempt to put you on hold for at least 15-20 minutes to try and get you to drop issues like long waits for return processing.
Returns often sit in the warehouse unprocessed for weeks. The items almost always go out of stock. This has happened 3 times to me.
The quality of the materials is incredibly low. The majority of products are lined with a mesh that is incredibly irritating to the skin. The bra sizing is also INCREDIBLY irregular, hence the high return rates of their products. The products are often very expensive for being very cheap. They do not last long. This is fast fashion marketed far above its value.

Their stuff is cute but for a company that is lauded as a "size inclusive" brand to offer absolutely no sizes over DDD is ridiculous. I'm not a particularly large person but their DDD has me spilling out all over the place. I hate to think that I would need to lose weight in order to fit into their biggest cup size and I cannot go up another band size. If they're going to advertise as size inclusive, they need to actually be size inclusive.

Order on March 19... my items have been sitting in Indiana since March 26. It's now about to be April 1st and still nothing but get this... my tracking says delivered today and still nothing. How the hell are they even still in business? Third parties such as USPS, UPS, FED EX etc don't have issues getting me all the other millions of things I order so why is it savage X Fenty is the only one having issues? I knew this was trash when it requires a subscription to order anything in the first place. I'll either request a refund or chalk up that 34.00 dollars as a loss. I bought from this store up to four times, and everytime I had issues with the shipment. The package always got "lost" and after battling with customer service for days I would get them sent again. If I have to talk about quality, it's plain bad. They'd charge 70 dollars for a bra you could easily get for 10. I get why Rihanna is a billionaire, when you scam people by selling them low quality items for ridiculously high prices just because she puts her name on them. I'm tired of people having 0 moral values. To think about people who actually have to save for a long time to purchase from this stores just to get laughed at.

I have ordered from this site twice and have had delayed shipping both times. It states on their website "Normally, orders can take up to 2 business days to ship." then orders should arrive within 5-7 days in the US. My packages did not arrive for over a month and customer service does not care. You will get hung up on and put on hold constantly. Also, a horrible return process.

I went into Savage x Fenty at Westfield mall in Culver City, CA just to look around. Then I meet Alexandria. She had an amazing personality and her energy was so wonderful. She was wearing the black lounge Terry pants. She appeared so comfortable and happy. So many customers were laughing and smiling as she gave us a mini walk down the runway modeling her outfit. I immediately pulled out my card and bought the set in Black Caviar. Her positive attitude and great customer service was so very helpful and appreciated.

I bought a jumpsuit where on their Pictures of people wearing the jumpsuit they were bigger than me and wore a smaller size than what I ordered and when it arrived it was way too small you'd have to be an Ethiopian to fit into the medium. I'm confused on how the girls in the picture wearing the Jumpsuit didn't bust a zipper. This brand most definitely runs very very small, the clothes I've ordered from China fit better than this did. Make sure to size up. The quality is also very cheap the zipper immediately broke when I tried zipping it up. Buy clothes somewhere else and don't waste your money on $#*!
