My order was delivered on time and well packaged. There were no leaks,.
The enclosed instruction card showing how much should be in each container made it easy to see I had been sent the correct amount. Great way to sample several fragrances without breaking the bank. I'll be buying again!

Ordered travel size 10ml bottle of Tom Ford. I use it for many years and love that flavor but willing to have a travel bottle and do not carry big one. Received cheap bottle from aliexpress with completely different flavor (not bad, but different), it doesn't stay long on a body (original tom ford you can feel on a next day easily).
Tried to contact Scents Angel using their website, and got no response. Week should be enough to text back

First time using Scent Angel ordering was quick and easy. Didn't take long to get my testers either. Like the fact you can get a sample size to test, before you spend top dollar for the fragrance. Will be ordering again from them.

I ordered samples of perfumes I wanted to try. They were quick and responsive! Would recommend purchasing from them. There's enough product in each sample decanter to get a real feel for the smell for a few days.

My samples were received quickly, which was important because I needed to decided if I should pull the trigger on a pricey scent from one of my favorite houses that I saw for sale online. That was a blind buying disaster averted! Thank you Scent Angel!

Because we are all different it is great to be able to test out fragrances on our body to see how they smell on us, how long they last, etc. it should be nice to be able to purchase full bottles from Scents Angel as well or have more of a designer selection but they have more than hard to get fragrances than retail place like Sephora. Buying samples has helped me not waste my money on a full bottles that I could probably never get back.

I ordered a 10 ml decant of a perfume, and received a bottle labeled 10 ml, but it's actually a 5 ml bottle. They are decanting into 5 ml bottles and selling them as a 10 ml. I will provide a picture below of the perfume that I received from scents angel, next to a 10 ML bottle from a Tom Ford travel size. See for yourself the massive difference.

I was able to order something I would have never owned otherwise. It was shipped in a timely manner. I realized there was a problem with one of the two decants I had ordered and sent an email much later than I would have thought an office would be open. I received a response that night! Anything in the high-end niche world of fragrance is worth trying from Scents Angel first!

Great experience! I ordered my fragrances after watching YouTube reviews that talked about them. I ordered and it shipped next day and I was pleasantly surprised to see it shipped from Spring, TX and it is only about 50 miles from my house. I received my fragrances the next day and they were safe and packaged great. I will use them again when I want to try another fragrance before I buy a full bottle.

I purchased Baccarat Rouge 540 Maison Francis Kurkdjian 10ml spray and received a bottle of rubbing alcohol. My husband felt terrible as it was a present for our 16th wedding anniversary. They will not refund me, even if I return the product or send me a proper bottle. Do not be fooled by this fraudulent company.

This is a fantastic site and alternative to get samples before committing to a full bottle. All is carefully packed and deliveries are fast. I am really pleased with this website and shopping experience. Highly recommend

Your site offered a 10% discount, then later offered 5% on first order and 10% on second order. Then when I signed up, gave my info, no discount code was provided. *update…. I received a response the next day and the issue was resolved!

Amazing selection! You had the exact one I wanted to sample, plus others I didn't know I wanted to sample! ;) The scents are AMZING! The service is great. I prefer to test a new fragrance before paying for an entire bottle!

It was on time and easy. The only thing I don't understand is why they have a 50 word minimum on this. I don't even have to do this much because it wasn't over the top it was what it was supposed to be.

I ordered a small spray of Tom of Finland. What I received said Tom of Finland but did not smell like Tom of Finland. At all. Made me wonder if Scents Angel was a "smells like" company. If they are I wasn't aware of it when I made the purchase.

The product is not from original bottle or they mixed with alcohol…. Horrible experience. Don't waste your money!

Postage and taxes more than doubled the price. 150euro for 11ml of fragrance. I shan't be doing that again.
Go to the official perfume house sites. You shall receive a better deal. 30.19 Euro for 5ml of Roja Elysium while a 100ml bottle from the official site costs 275 Euro. Do the maths people! I expect to pay a mark up on decants but not to get ridden like Secratariat was in the Belmont stakes!

What can customer service do about the ridiculous shipping and tax costs ?

The bottle and packaging looks original, but the scent fades away very easily than original. Compare with original from brand store and you will find out. They don't sell original perfumes.

Had issues with usps " called postal services and they said they had internal issues with packages showing delivered and never left the truck or lost.

They have charged me for 2 days UPS delivery and they waited 2 days before they shipped it out, now it is going to come after 5 days but I am still being charged for 2 days.

Not a fast shipping. One of sample bottles that I have order is not a spray bottle. It was not clear on a website description

Very nice experience but the creed that I have doesn't really smell like the creed I like it a different scent
