Sent an email with a simple query a month ago. As of today, I received the 4th email reply telling me they "are very busy and will get to me question soon". Um, couldn't one of those email replies have been the answer to my question? That's low key passive aggressive and just plain absurd. It's pretty apparent that under this current ownership this company should be avoided.
Tip for consumers:
I would have perhaps liked to have done business with this company. Their complete lack of customer service (all I needed was an answer to a question) is astounding.
My wife and I purchased a pressure cooker from Schoolhouse for over $400. It lasted 10 months before the lid broke. I asked Schoolhouse to send a new lid and they said they only stand behind their products for 30 days. Crappy product and crappy service. We will never purchase from them again. BUYER BEWARE
This company is terrible - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I have been waiting for two months for them to fulfill an order that was listed as "in stock". Their customer service has either lied or been non-responsive. Ultimately I had to file a dispute through my credit card to get my money back. This company is a farce.
