Don't buy products from Scooterx. I purchased a complete wheel hub from Scooterx in July 2020. The sales person Brittaney indicated that Scooterx manufactures a complete rear hub. I purchased the rear hub but, it took 2 weeks for Scooterx to send out the rear hub. When I received the rear hub, it was defective. Clearly, no one took the time to inspect the rear hub to see if the hub was safe to use. Photos are included below of the shoddy work. These photos were also sent to Scooterx. Since the hub was defective, I had to send it back to Scooterx at a cost of $25.00. I sent an email to the manager Yesenia about the additional charge for sending back defective goods. I wanted to be reimbursed for mail fees for a defective product. Yesenia refused to reimburse me for their error. Clearly, Scooterx takes absolutely no responsibility for the products it manufactures. I wrote to the owner of Scooterx about this problem. I went back to the Scooterx website to write the owner an email about getting a refund on the mail charges. I could not login to the website. Apparently, the owner of Scooterx was so very angry that I sent him a letter about Scooterx defective products; they have banned me from their website. They did me a favor because; there are other scooter companies who don't sell defective products. If you buy products from this company, expect defective products. I will be sending this information to the BBB in Las Vagas.
