We placed and order Jan 2022 and waited the 2-3 weeks processing time before reaching out the status of our order. After many emails and form submissions for customer service support unanswered I messaged them on Etsy. Jonathan informed me since it was an order placed on their website he could not help me to find the status of my order. This company is a scam. Do not attempt to purchase from them.

I purchased a set of ring on October 19,2021. As of today, September 23,2022, I still have not received my order. I have reached out to Score's customer service numerous times. I have any received 1 response.It was to ask me for my order number. There has been no response. On their website it show my order is being processed. I have asked for a refund since they have failed to fulfill my order. But, no one has even bothered to respond. If they can't fulfill my order then give me a refund.

Ordered a ring in June of 2021. Score Jewelry gladly took our money but has not delivered the ring in 11 months up to writing this review in May of 2022. We have emailed Score Jewelry multiple times (5) requesting the ring or a refund and they have never responded.

Do not order from this company. I ordered an engagement set on 5/31. My order doesn't show up on my account with them, and my card was charged. Despite sending them 5 emails asking about my order status, they have not responded. This company is a scam and will take your money.

I placed an order on May 6th, 2022. I waited 8 weeks, then sent an email to inquire about the rings I ordred, no response. Waited 10 weeks then tried again to contact them through email, website, and review website. Finally got a response to email them. I sent an email with order number and date. Never heard back. In the end I had to go through the pay app to get a refund of my money. I would have loved to receive the rings I ordered, but it looks like this company just takes your money and runs.

Me and my partner have ordered our wedding rings 8 weeks ago we are growing very concerned we haven't had any updates from yourselves and we have tried every way to contact you via email etsy and facebook all we want is an update on what's happening with our order we have spent alot of money with you and these are something special for our wedding day we just want answers is that too much to ask for. We have raised a dispute with the correct people and I will be looking into your company in depth and will be making everyone aware incase this is a scam which I personally think is discusting duping hard earned money out of people especially when wedding are Stressful enough to organise.

Shipping took awhile as it was coming from overseas and the tracking disappeared for a week but when the product finally showed up it was Fantastic, I was quite pleased just bummed they didn't have the ring in a smaller size.

I paid for rings in early June I did not receive them. After trying again and again to contact them through their website and email as well as messenger I finally got a reply from their Etsy account just to be told to email them. Very poor company I would avoid.

I ordered this ring to serve as my wedding band and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the product.
The ring looks and feels exactly as I expected it to be and the feedback from others (most importantly my wife) has been very positive.
When I had a question about my order, I received a very prompt response so the customer service is a huge plus

It's exactly how I pictured it. It was a custom job for my wedding band. It's made very well. The sizing, color, and design is exactly how I wanted it. They were great at working with me on what I wanted on the ring and getting it to me in time for my wedding. My fiance and I both are very happy with the product.

The best part was that the customer service was fantastic. This was my first time using Etsy so I was a little nervous but the customer service by ScoreSportsJewlery was great. When I had a question about shipping, they responded almost immediately to my question. When the ring turned out to be too small, they gave me very generous options for how to return it and get the correct size.
Will absolutely be ordering products in the future from this vendor!

This ring was amazing! Especially wonderful customer service when the ring came too big for my fiancées finger. Will definitely buy from this shop again (especially because I'm sure my fiancée will lose/damage his ring in no time, knowing him, and need a new one

The item is exactly as advertised. Great quality. The lettering inside the rings is very well done specially with the larger ring, of course. Seller was very polite and helpful. The only "issue" was the shipping, but that wasn't anything that could be helped. Would definitely recommend these.

These rings are gorgeous and the colours truly stand out. You can feel the nice weight of the rings when you pick them up and the engraving inside is perfect :) Also the seller is super nice and went above and beyond to help us out with sizing.

I ordered a ring on 6/29/23 and my order still says pending. I have called, messaged and emailed them numerous times and no response! They have a website which I ordered from also have an Etsy shop which I also messaged them on they responded on the etsy message to email them I did 3 more times! They have a Facebook page I sent a message they sent an automatic reply to email them at *******@scorejewelry.com extremely frustrating need the ring for my wedding on 9/24/23. Definitely a shady business! Want my order or money back!

The rings are absolutely beautiful. I'm so giddy about the entire thing. There were delays with shipping but they were so open with their communication that there weren't any surprises. I'm really thankful for their work and I'd shop with them again if ever needed.

I got a custom. Ring, it turned out great, except I don't like that it says score on the inside. It was made super fast and shipped very very fast. Although, it was very poorly packaged, I was told it would come inside a little box, it was sent in an envelope that was duct tapped, cheap packaging

The quality of the details and customized message in the ring are flawless, which is specially remarkable considering the small size it! The seller is also very commited to their customer's happiness, answering questions and providing help in any way they were able to.

This item was of quality and they went out of their way to get my engraving instructions as to my specifications and even went out of their way to do further engraving that I asked for that was not offered. I would definitely recommend this item and company to all!

Possibly a scam site, I have made a purchase, since card has been charged I have not been able to get in touch with company. Have not received product and the site says I don't have an order pending when I have an order number.

What a great shop! Placed the order and within a few minutes they confirmed the order with me and explained when the ring will be ready and shipped. Provided me with the tracking info and received my rings way quicker than was supposed to arrive. Customer service is friendly, quick to replies to messages and over delivers. I did receive my rings with the wrong mickey mouse logo. After notifying the shop owner of the mistake, Jonathan was nice enough to send me a brand new pair of rings with the correct logo for FREE. I was in shock! Pleasant experience, beautiful rings, great customer service which goes above and beyod to keep my business. Highly recommended shop! Will shop here again.
