I found the process of obtaining my reports to be very efficient and straightforward. Navigating the website was a breeze due to its user-friendly interface.
I received my scores but didn't realize there was a charge. I paid $1 which I thought was refundable & now see I was charged. I'm 85 years old & I guess I didn't know there was a charge. I really can't afford this charge & would like to cancel this & I would please like a refund. Thank you!
Didn't approve a refund. Of course you wouldn't if you're a bull$#*! company, I had money taken off not even remembering setting up and they tried to keep services that I didn't need and wouldn't refund me
I was prompted to view my credit score for $1. I viewed my credit score one time, but really it was a $30 membership I never wanted. Misleading website. Asked for a refund and they gave me a refund for the $1 not the $30 membership. Great way to scam someone out of money I guess. Horrible. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

It was easy to download and get all three credit scores. Now for people who need to improve their credit I would recommend it. I just wanted to know what my scores are. The one thing I wouldn't recommend is ordering services you don't need.
I was please with the information that was provided to me. However, I noticed that some information, i.e., "Names" section was limited. When I checked on the Experian website, they have me listed with my birth name and my mother's name. Other than that, the information was helpful in starting my quest to reestablishing my credit.
Avoid this company. The company lacks integrity and is looking to SCAM you. They say they will provide a free credit report but automatically enroll you in a $30/mo service that you will not be refunded you for.
There are plenty of actual FREE services (like, Credit Karma- they are truly free and do not ask for your credit card information).
Just what I needed... I tried to go through credit Karma but where I had already had an account an didn't remember my password or login information they wouldn't let me start another account. So I just went through you guys...
I call to cancel this and the lady that answer was on her house with a baby crying like crazy. She cancel my membership after few minutes she was was trying to convence me. Well they charge to my credit card. I was in chat we some lady and the only that she write was going to makn menu. That is not serious about a company. By the way I dont received my three credit reports.
Easy to use, well informed all around on the site and APP. I would recommend using this site to anyone, I wasn't aware of my score until I got on ScoreSense. And now I'm constantly looking to increase my score. They give you options to help with the increase.

Requested Cancellation Unfulfilled - what do I have to do to get your Attention? I never requested your Service - some 'friends' signed me up as a gag - not funny! Please remove Me from your Membership Roll and issue a full $46.00 Refund for Services never utilized or this matter will be referred to the Better Business Bureau
I recieved my scores and all of your 'hints' but still have no idea what to do to raise my scores.
I have paid off most of my accounts that were negligent and none have been reported to credit agencies and my score has dropped 27 points since paying them off.
I wanted to cancel my membership because I've only use it once and they kept charging my account. When I called the FIRST time, one of the customer service representatives that answered was being a bit rude when I tried to get my membership cancelled, they kept offering me discounts and was basically trying to get me to stay, but I didn't want to and kept repeating that I just want the whole thing canceled; however he had the AUDACITY to tell me that I didn't care about my credit and etc, which was very unprofessional. He hung up on me after I refused his other offer that he made. I understand people get bad days, but saying those things like, " I didn't care about my credit" was very uncalled for and rude.
I called again and talk to another representative who was more professional, helpful, understanding. He immediately canceled my membership with no problem at all! :)
I checked my 3 credit score through score sense it still in the poor position but hopefully soon i hope to build my score back up because score sense is an good company to work with & i would remend score sense to my family, friends & co workers.
I tried the week trial and passed it by 1 day. They are on a different timezone than me. I couldn't reach them the 1st time. Then when I called the gentleman was very helpful. He said they would contact me about my refund. I received an email stating my refund was not approved because I used my trial. You would think i could use the membership for the month I paid for but no. They canceled my membership and stole my money.
