I found the process of obtaining my reports to be very efficient and straightforward. Navigating the website was a breeze due to its user-friendly interface.
I just wanted what I was given in a pamphlet from NYS attorney General office. Which stated a free one time a year credit report from all three credit agencies. Instead I have to pay a fee plus charge a subscription to my card. Which is suppose to be free for seven days the the monthly fee. This is bait and switch. I had to pay for it to be printed and pay you for the free credit report. No thank you.
Had a great experience! Thank You I feel I was treated great and was given the report I asked for in good time. I also had all my questions answered and was very happy about that. My mind is more relaxed and I hope they can help me repair my credit.
My interaction with Scoresense was very beneficial and helpful. I was treated with respect and fully appreciate all that Scoresense has to offer.
Your information was clearly presented and easy to understand. I found the company to be authentic and straightforward in their dealings with a client.
Thank you very much.
The necessary data for a credit rating review seemed necessary, but highly suspicious. Example: the full social security number.
The claim for no charges as a free service, countered by a request for detailed info on a credit card (in my case a debit card).
I am in need of a confirmed status for security on all data provided, and a final confirmation of the free service,
No charges to be placed on the debit card at that time, or in the foreseeable future.
I do not intend at all to be asking for updates on my credit score standing.
The system isn't design to be accurate, there r companies that's r not accredited by the credit beaury, and the hacking of the latest scheme, but it doesn't reflect on your behalf, so It's a flawed system.
After many messages about negative issues on my reports that I believed to be scams, I signed up for Score Sense to check things out. Much to my relief they were just scams! It makes me feel better to know that I have options to check my scores!
This company charged me 1.00 to get a credit score. Only to turn around and charge my account 29.95. I called to cancel and the refunded the 1.00. And kept the 29.95. Very disappointed in the company. I will never recommend this company to anyone. For any reason. They bait you in and take youroney. Oh and it's at the company's discretion to refund your money.
Tip for consumers:
That there is surprise charges

I feel like I was tricked into going to 360 to get my Fico Scores. In the email that was sent, said there were a breach at Equifax and my info may have been compromised. But when I went to the website, there was no mention of the problem about a breach at Equifax.
Had some issues with no download button on the site, but chat gave step by step instructions and download worked fine. There should be an option on the site to download or print your report. Now print only
I called to cancel my subscription and they continued to charge me for an additional 4 months. When I called, they said the 4 months would be refunded. However I received a email stating that my refund was not approved. When I call to see why that was. They told me that even if I didn't use the service after calling to cancel it. They were still going to charge me for it. Do not recommend this company to anyone.
* ScoreSense attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
Score sense notified me that a bank claimed that I/O you and $40 on a credit card that was closed two years ago. When I called the bank, they claimed that they had never done this and agreed that when I closed I had paid my balance in full. When I called Scoresense they basically said they could not and would not help me figure out what happened. So basically I would say that they "service "that they provided was to put a black mark on my credit rating.

I'm having a bad experience. I tried to order the credit book. I was charged but have no confirmation if the book was went or anything. It was very confusing and Everytime I try to get information I'm asked to spend more money.
Sensescore will have you put all info down to sign up for a subscription before getting your score. Giving your credit card, will not stop them from taking your money even tho you have canceled out. My conversation with a rep on 3/19; 2021, has made this clear to me.
I've been looking to properly fix me credit for years. But sadly only 2 of the 3 credit bureau's had info on me. This site allowed me to fix my merge all 3 and see what steps i needed to take to improve my credit
The folks at ScoreSense were thoughtful and concerned for me, unlike my bank which just brushed me aside as if this is just an everyday matter. Not for me! I was the victim of a bizarre mail theft and ScoresSense is helping me to secure some sense of security.
I signed up for free trial for a credit report. They automatically enrolled me in their subscription without letting me know and charged me every month for four months. I finally noticed it and contacted them. They didn't approve the refund and after I called a second time they approve refund for one month. I was being charge the whole time without even knowing that I was enrolled. That's shady business...
So you pay 9.99 then paid 119.00 then 19.97 monthly didnt help my scores then cancelled in April 2021 received confirmation they are still taking 19.97 out after 5 months ive asked to cancel again and now they say they cant find my account but they can find my bank account because they are still taking money faithfully. Dont do it.

dont do it remember if it sounds to good to be true it is . paid about $300 for nothing

monthly credit info which my credit cards give free
I called to cancel membership, as I needed only to see if a certain credit card I cancelled had given me a bad report. I was being charged
29.99 % on balance, that was TOO MUCH. They refused, and I canceled, and a rep. Said it would be reported as I had cancelled. I did
Not know if that would have any problems for my credit score. Your rep. Bobbie, was very nice to me.
I was skeptical of giving all my private information out, as I always am and almost never do, but I saw the ratings at the bottom, said a prayer and continued to go forward. It was easy, and I got the information I wanted.
Diane the rep, talked to me when I wanted to cancel and went through the website to let me know all the informative things I would be giving up if I cancelled. After all that, I decided to keep my subscription a bit longer.
I checked my credit scores with this company, although they say it's free they ask for your credit card information and charge you $1.00 that will be credited back to your card. Not true, not only did they not credit the money back the next two days my card was compromised twice. The bank is investigateing but they feel it stemmed from this company. Be careful people this is not a false review!
Somehow I subscribed to the service unknowingly for 10 months, yes, it was my fault not check my credit card draft, but the way it started was unclear to me at the time when I used the "free" credit scores the one & only time. When I asked for refund, I was rewarded a $1.00 after my explanation of never used the service. Since lost of my wife last year I have been dealing with huge amount of medical debts and collection agencies, thus for the concern of my credit rating. However, never used the service didn't seem to matter to the accounting folks I was dealing with.
Defiantly trying to cancel. I thought it was going to give me a FICO credit score for each union. Instead it's just a vantage score; this is not your actual credit score and you can get your vantage score from your bank (capital ones is free and updates weekly). Also HSBC and discover have your FICO score every month (so does Sallie Mae). I made one big purchase in the beginning of the month and paid it off but it hurt my vantage score so my FICO is significantly higher. I just it's fine for people just initially trying to build credit but very misleading

After enter the needed information that was request there it was my credit score from all 3 credit score companies, (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion). Took about 5 minutes total to enter the info and get the results. Try it.
Simple fast and easy to enter. I was not surprised with the results. It pointed to things that i need to attend to. I wish they would describe what contributed to my score and how to prioritize what is most critical
