I ordered a screen for my Acer, got the runaround, they sent me a (not needed) extension cable, Had to send pictures to prove the unit wouldn't fit, finally got a refund, they didn't make good on any shipping charges, $ 20 dollars for the lesson.

I bought my netbook screen from them off of Ebay. Once my purchase was complete the next day they email me and requested a photo of my old screen. I sent the photo and had the new screen two day's later. So I must say product was receive as stated 2-3 days, and i received the proper screen with no issues. Installed with no problems and my daughter is happy her netbook is up and running

Screenaid (aka Yall) sent me a defective screen. I took the screen to MicroCenter for installation. They told me the screen was defective. When I tried to return the screen for a replacement, Yall gave me a hard time and didn't believe that their cheap product from China was defective. Eventually I was able to get a refund, but they only gave me $5 to cover the $8.70 it cost to return the product. Stay clear of Yall!

Their web site is misleading and inaccurate, They substituted a generic engineering sample instead of the Dell replacement they advertized and they gave me a return address that UPS is not able to find. I still ahve not received a refund and they are refusing to pay all shipping costs that resulted from their mistake.

These folks advertise NEW items and send USED and frequently BROKEN items instead! We are a reputable computer shop and installed a screen we ordered for our customer, we ordered new and they sent used... it had bad marks and was damaged but functioned well enough to use. Our customer had waited long enough and was willing to work with us as long as he could use the computer. All I asked them was to send the NEW item they were supposed to send and we would replace it with the used one while the customer waited and then ship back the old one. I even offered to pay again. They would not do it. I had to refund our the customer and we lost money and more importantly our reputation. In the dispute with Ebay, they made it clear that they don't care about the lies on the ads. Just send it back for refund and that would be all they could do. That was unacceptable for us and the case was closed as if we were doing something wrong. BEWARE the FALSE ADVERTISING and stay away from these con artists!

FAST delivery - affordable quality product. The monitor is better than the original - installation directions would be helpful for the novice.
