If I could give a 0/5 I would. Avoid this site at all costs. I placed an order 8/26 and 1 week later, no shipping email. Fast forward to 2 weeks, the company stated they will put me on the cancellation list due to it being on "back order". ONE MONTH later, I get an email stating it shipped. I call them and tell me there is nothing they can do about it. Normally, I wouldn't care, however I needed this for school and it's way past the deadline. Unbelievable company!
I received the scrub top. Tried it on and it was a little too snug for me. I lose clothes. I sent it back and haven't heard a thing so I emailed them yesterday. Their reply was that they are sending the item back because it had dog hair on it and the tags had been cutting off. #1 Dog hair can be removed. If you own it dog you're going to have dog hair. It wasn't covered in it butter there might have been a hair or two. #2 I did cut off the tags to try it on but I sent the tags along with the top. They could very easily put them back on. Very lame customer service. I like UA uniforms. They're nicer and less expensive AND THEY ARE NICER.

My wife ordered several sets of scrubs for a new job she was starting in a month. When she hadn't received the order just before starting, she contacted the company and the Representative could not give an answer for the delay and stated they would look into it and get back to her. We still haven't been notified about the reason almost 2 months after the order.
Since she would need more scrubs, my wife ordered the same scrubs as before ( new job colors) and received THAT order within a week. Scrubs and Beyond only today notified us that the order is now being delivered.
To say this is terrible Customer Service is mild. When contacted about it today, the Rep tried to say the scrubs were back ordered; despite ordering the same thing 2 weeks lares AND taking delivery. Also, there was NO notification of back order during the online order or when we contacted the company. So, to me, the back order seems an excuse to me.
They write:"We have a deep gratitude and respect for our caregivers who are actively fighting Covid-19 Virus" Zero respect they have. Don't write if you don't have it. Dend me deffective surgical cap, uneven side, way off. Cost of cap 10$ amd return 9$.

I have ordered 3 different times. The very first order nothing wrong. It came fast no problems. 2nd and 3rd order? I'm getting extra tops and pants the same that I didn't order. I called Customer Service? They can't stop an order, they can't cancel the order, and they can't fix mistake of multiple pants. So why have Customer Service. They were pleasant but they can't help you! Waste of time.

Be very careful of being a return shopper. You’ll find mistakes happening like extra tops or pants that you paid for but didn’t know about till you track your order. And customer services can’t even help you.

I was so disappointed. I ordered a smalk cause at 115 pounds i am usually small to medium. It was so tight that I couldnt get it on. I loved the pattern so i ordered a medium. So it seemed okay but when i stRted working ir was so restrictive i could not reach for things. U cant return when worn and i lost all shopping costs on the first shirt. I spent 50 dollats trying to find one top. Be careful these run so small to size and sewen funny where you cant lift your arms forward. They are short in back as well.

I ordered my 7 items on September 16th, and still have not received any kind of tracking number. I have tried to call 5 times, no one answers. I emailed them and got a run around answer saying they will let me know when my order arrives... still haven't heard anything. They told me one of my items was on backorder until the end of October... fine but what about my other stuff?
So far I got 2 of 7 of my items and that was received on October 19th... it has been over a month and my stuff still has not arrived. The least they could do is send me updates. I had emailed them a not so nice message again requesting updates and they completely ignored it. Will never order from them again, this is ridiculous.

I'm never ordering from this company again. I have been back and forth on the phone with different customer service reps and supervisors and no one can seem to give a straight or correct answer. I ordered 2 pair of scrub pants TEN days ago and the order is still pending. Hasn't been processed, fulfilled, nothing. So I call and they send it to a higher up who hasn't gotten back to me in almost a week. Everyone keeps saying they have no idea why it hasn't processed but will figure it out. Ten days later I still have no answer. Apparently now my issue was sent to corporate and thats been 2 days and I still haven't heard anything. They all keep saying they will contact the warehouse and nothing comes of it. I'm also told now they can't just cancel my order and re process it because I'll be charged twice? It makes absolutely no sense. I don't understand how it takes 10 days to contact a warehouse over 2 pair of pants. I'm relying on these because I can not buy in store and as I'm pregnant I ordered maternity scrubs and my regular ones don't fit. I work in Healthcare I have to wear scrubs.

Ordered 3 pairs of scrub pants and 3 scrub tops. Recd. 1 pair of pants and 3 tops. Expedited shipping dollars 24.+ dollars. Called 2 pants on backorder with no date of availability? The customer service employee spoke with her manager... they will refund me 8.00 on expedited shipping? Really this will be last time ordering from scrubs and beyound, have had similar issues w/ them before. Would have liked to have known about back order purchasing. I recently ordered from this company. After the fact- the day after- read the reviews and out of concern for what I needed- chanced calling Customer Service and was kindly greeted. Explained that after I read the complaints about shipping and things being in stock, the delays. The representative understood my concerns. I know that sometimes people just complain, are never pleased, but the consistency was a real concern. The rep took the time to confirm that what I needed was in stock and that I would receive an email when it was shipped. Later that same day (the day after order was placed) I received that email, and 2 days later it was delivered. While it's obvious that there was time when there was an issue with fulfillment at some point for a while- or frustration with communication and poor quality customer service; it was not what I experienced, and I will be ordering again. Should you be discouraged by the reviews beforehand, call customer service and ask if things are in stock or answer questions you might have. I definitely love the variety of what they offer.

I called customer service today to check on the status of my. I ordered 6 items on 9/16 making sure that all of the items ordered were "in stock". The confirmation email I received stated to allow 4-6 business days for delivery and I did receive one of the items ordered on 9/28/2020. I will say that the one item received is great and am very pleased with it. Unfortunately I did not receive the remainder of my order as promised within the 4-6 business day time frame. I was told by the customer service representative that I spoke to that the "remainder of my items were being shipped straight from the manufacturer" and would take additional time to process. That is not what my order stated- that all items were in stock and would be shipped within 4-6 business days. I then asked to cancel my order and was told that this was not possible. I was then transferred to a supervisor (Amanda) who was anything but apologetic, simply stated that she would "send an email to the warehouse asking that the remainder of my order was cancelled." That makes no sense to me whatsoever! She had no reference number for my phone call, no cancellation # to give me. I am very disappointed in this company and will make sure that all of my friends and are aware of the poor customer service provided today. I will never shop at Scrubs & Beyond again (in store or online). Shame on this company!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with an online order. I placed an order on November 14 which had been pending until I called customer service on the 22nd to inquire about the order. I was put on hold and eventually disconnected on, which I was later told was an "accident." I had to call back and got their outsourced customer service, it was difficult to communicate at that point, but I did manage to understand that my order was being routed to another warehouse, but HAD NOT BEEN DONE until that day when I called. The outsourced customer service did nothing but repeat the standard apology scripts and stated it was "impossible" to expedite my order. I had to beg to speak to a rep in the US, who told me they would try to expedite my order but could not guarantee it. (Again I was told this was "impossible" by their overseas agents). To this day I have only received half my order, which my daughter needs to wear to work, and a second call to inquire only routes me to the overseas call center, who cannot give me any definite information as to whether I will receive the pants, without which the scrub tops are useless. I will be sharing this horrible first experience with this company on all my socials, since medical personnel who need these items to wear at their place of work deserve better service.

I bought 2 scrubs and 2 pants on sunday. It said on the page that they took until 2 business day to process the purchase and ship it out. They divide my items into two shipment. They shipped it out the first shipment on the third business day ( until there it was everything good) but they send 3 items on the first shipment and there was missing one scrub to be shipped out. I asked them how long it was gonna take until they ship out the scrubs which was missing and they replied me that they did not even know. So i asked them to change the address of the second shipment and they were ok with that. The problem was that they did not change a $#*! and if you want to return the item they will give you up to 8 dollars per item you want to return. In conclusion DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THEM. THE PEOPLE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE USELESS AND THE SHIPMENT TAKE TO LONG. BUY ON AMAZON CHEAPER AND FASTER.

After receiving no further updates regarding my order placed on 02/06/2023, I contacted the customer service phone number on 02/15/2023 to see what was taking so long. I was advised by the customer representative that she does see that the item is in stock, she proceeded to tell she will add a note to my order but it will take up to 2 business days before someone responds. This was a bit disappointing, for one, Scrubs and Beyond took my money instantly and then never bother to ship my item, now I would have to wait 2 more day before I may or may not hear back from someone. I needed this item by Monday, 02/20/23. I advised the representative to simply cancel my order, decided to order from Amazon and have received the item in a timely manner. Sadly, your representative wasn't even apologetic on behalf of the company, seemed like this is a recurring issue with the company.

Odered a top, received pants. I called customer service, explained the situation, and emailed a photo if wrong item as directed. After waiting disproportionately long for the correct item, I checked for email from Scrubs and Beyond. My email to them was "rejected as spam". Who sets up a customer service line to reject email?!? I'm guessing a company that doesn't care about customer service.
I call again, angry this time. I got the basic " sorry, will send right item" reply. But this time they want pants returned and sending a return label via PDF file. I asked for a physical label because I do not have a printer. The respone...'Sorry can't be done, Go to FedEx store, sorry for inconvenience"
I tell him I am angry that their mistakes have become my problem and going out of my way to find a FedEx store totally defeats the purpose of shopping online.
His response..."sorry"... that's it... one word... no attempt to assuage the inconvenience.
A three week wait plus a drive to FedEx for a $25 scrub top is NOT a good value.
So that's it. If Scrubs and Beyond is happy with this level of service, I'm done... unless their is a problem with the "right item" that is supposedly enroute, then I will be forced to deal with them again

Don't shop them ever. Very poor made clothes and very poor cut. I wash all my clothes before I try on because of allergy to dye and only them telle it's my problem there crap don't fit. Never bought pants from them before WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. I do believe that all there stuff isade in sweat shops overseas and that's why it's very poorly made
