Order placed in aug 2019 is still missing its March 2020! No communication any more. Message through the website only and generic this is a priority but no resolutions. They are done. Drowning in problematic past orders. Try somewhere else.

Order placed in aug 2019 is still missing its March 2020! No communication any more. Message through the website only and generic this is a priority but no resolutions. They are done. Drowning in problematic past orders. Try somewhere else.

In September I ordered 25 lab coats. We have been ordering through this company since 2015. Looks like the company was having issues with their orders and they shut down the website. I posted a screenshot of the message from their website.To date, we have a not received the order. I've sent multiple emails and no response. Now that their website is back up the only option they have to contact them is through text even worst than email. In their message they say "don't fret" but of course I am going to worry especially since they don't respond. As a long time consumer of Scrubshopper, I recommend you look elsewhere. There are plenty of companies that do the same but they actually have a phone number you can call and a live person will answer.

I ordered 2 sets of scrubs from Scrub shopper. They didn't fit and I've been trying to return them for a month. The website doesn't work, they no longer handle phone calls, and the only email I've received is an auto reply that says I will be contacted, which I have never been (despite four emails). This is over $100 in merchandise. I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau in hopes that I may be able to receive this refund and to help warn others. Save yourself a giant headache.

Ordered two lab coats and they took 36 business days to arrive. Scrub Shopper only answered two of dozens of phone calls and responded to none of my emails. Only response was from Ryan to state my order was delayed and coming soon. No apology, no reason, no customer service. Bad company - AVOID!

I purchased 3 Polos of different styles. Two did not fit. These were shipped to me in a bag. I returned them in my own box and paid the shipping. They subtracted $3.00 because I did not return the original shipping bag.

I've being waiting for my order for the past month I even paid extra to have deliver early. No luck. No uniforms and no where to compliant to. But scrubshoppers did got my money from my account. Or I should say stole my money. I want my money back. HELP!

I was very happy with my first order and shipments from SCRUB SHOPPER in early June 2017, so I placed another order in July, didn't fit, shipped back and reorder same pieces the next week. The shipment arrived July 27, with one jacket missing from the order. I emailed several times in regards to the missing jacket. Size 3X. The first time I got a reply that it would be shipped. It wasn't. I emailed again, and received no reply whatsoever. It is now Sept. 2nd. I want the jacket, but if I do no receive a reply for shipment today, by phone, then I will take it off my credit card and not purchase from them again.

Do no use this company, actually it looks like it's one women at 1 West Center Street
Fayetteville, AR *******, US Tel: *******919 who has no idea of what she is doing, is either incompetent or takes on more orders than she is able to finish, and writes extraordinarily rude and condescending replies as to order status. Because she "Brittany" perha[ps, knows she's clueless

HORRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. MY ITEM HAS BEEN DISCONTINURED THEY NEVER NOTIFIED ME NOR DID THEY GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND NOW IVE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR 30 MINS TRYING TO FIGURE THIS OUT. THEY ARE SO RUDE!

Still waiting on an order from 2 months ago. Cannot speak to anyone live. They do not offer live customer service. Their text program stinks. They do not respond. Go elsewhere.

Do not order from this company. Had to call several times for order updates (ordered 8/26) and was given different information (basically lied about the status) on each occasion. After my 3rd call (order had been misplaced), I was assured my order was to ship that day but it did not. You would think at this point they would make sure that order shipped out if it was actually found as the rep knew I was upset on the poor handling of my order. I was assured it would ship that day and I would receive a tracking number. By Monday no tracking number was emailed to me so I made my 4th call (9/13), was told it would ship today because their shipping department was too busy on Friday (my 3rd call) to actually ship it too me even though I was assured by the previous customer service rep it would ship. At this point after talking with the rep, I decided to cancel as I felt the rep was irritated with me and I would wait another week to only find out that my order would either not arrive or the wrong items would probably be sent. It sounds like they have a poor management of their distribution centers. If YOU decide to order from this company be prepared to be disappointed! All in all the customer service reps are defensive of their company and will tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone.

Placed an order 3 months ago. Still haven't received it. No text message back, no emails. They took my money and ran! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS. Next stop for me is cancel payment, FTC, and BBB.

No shipment, no response to multiple emails and phone calls- learn from my mistake and stay away. What more can i say this is bad bad bad
