“Poor return policy”
September 18th, 2024

Purchased a boat cover July tenth, finally had opportunity to put it on my boat Sept. 16th. Cover wasn't what I thought it would be, wouldn't work for my needs. Called customer service the next day. It is outside their return deadline, so I'm stuck, never used but they won't take it back even if I were charged for a restocking fee.
