Whenever my order is wrong i contact seamless and they refund me. Not sure why everyone else is having issues. But do not call the restaurant because they are going to pull a bunch of crap, and make things complicated. Seamless has been very similar to amazon and does a lot to help the customer. Very good experience!
It's been several times that my delivery has been left for me in front of the door of my building, and the driver doesn't take the trouble to come up and give me my food. I didn't eat the food or people could have touchor something else. I find it dangerous and unprofessional so the food went in the trash. It's unacceptable
Beware. The site had me enter my paypal info before applying the promo code and charged the full price without applying the promo code. Contacted customer service and they did nothing to address my problem nor did they reimburse me. Unacceptable.
I ordered food 3 hours ago and I am still waiting for it. I called their customer service number and their staff sounded nonchalant and would not give me a refund. 3 hours! And your choices are you can wait for it or we can cancel and then at that point give you a refund! What happened to you will get your food shortly and we will give you a refund! Oh but it gets worse, they changed the driver and when the new one went to get the food the restaurant stated that they had already given the food to the previous driver. The way they handled the situation was terrible.
The worst, they gave me a time for my delivery, then right before the time they messaged me and said it would be delayed by half an hour, then right before the half hour they messaged me and said they canceled my order. I was at work and that was supposed to be my lunch. They deserve to be UT out of business. I hope they refund my money.
Called seamless customer service multiple times because of a order that was never delivered i had to call 3 times becaused they refused to help me get my refund untill i finally gave up the order was $40
I have been a customer of Seamless for 10 years. My most recent order the driver did not come into the building to deliver, nor did he give the delivery to the front desk, he sat in his car. Then he decided instead of delivering the food to just give it to the valets and tell them that the order was canceled and they could eat the dinner. Mind you I am very pregnant and have a 15 month old daughter so not eating is not an option. When I called seamless to advise why the delivery showed as delivered they said that the driver was there and that he attempted delivery(which he did not). They the informed me that they would not refund my order and there would not be any refund for my order. The woman told me I could order again and they would discount 50% off. I told her this was unacceptable and she refused to refund. After all of the support and money I have given Seamless over the years I would have expected better customer service...
I ordered dinner from a fast food restaurant at 7pm. It was delivered at 9pm. It was hot, so the problem wasn't with delivery. But almost 2 hours to fill an order?!
When I complained to customer service I actually had to ask for an apology. And after being put on hold was told they'd give me a $10 credit. But only good for 30 days.
Ridiculous.
For delivery I give it 5 stars, BUT I was out of town and this was the cheapest for delivery and quicker time. I haven't used this particular card in a while. I used it on this website. The very next morning I get an alert saying my card was used in Illinois. Their website apparently has a hacker. I would stear clear of using them.
I placed my order with a Mexican restaurant, and delivery time was gjven. Within 20 minutes (or less), I received a text msg that my order was cancelled. No explanation as to why, and by the time I get to the restaurant to pickup my order, bring it home, it was cold! Terrible service!
I placed an order at 11.26. I called yhe restaurant at 12.05 they told me that the order was ready for pick up from seamless. Seamless delivered my order at 1.00. They had originally given me an ETA of 12.20pm.
You would think that they could be responsible and be accountable for they inefficiency and just apologize, but they blatantly lied saying it was the restaurant.
Also they force you to pay 15%. I wanted to pay 10% in the custom area they provided but they have changed my amount. So on top of thieving from you you pay for horrible service.
I placed an order with the simplest instructions for getting to my home, the driver became confused anyway and ended up miles from the intended destination, and because my phone was dead they couldn't contact me.
When I called customer service I could barely understand them, what I heard was that because they couldn't contact me it was my fault and they wouldn't refund me the $60 dollars I spent.
So thanks for that $#*!s.
Absolutely a waste of money. Zero live customer service. Horrible data. No return phone calls. Template email replies. The data is sparse and inaccurate.
Spend $75 on an order, it says and shows delivered. But sadly, not to our location. Hooray for getting a refund, only partial, in maybe 3-5 days, and no food. Thanks. Last time we order from here.

Completely disappointed. Ordered food through Seamless 5 days ago for a breakfast delivery from a local restaurant. FOOD NEVER ARRIVED. Yes, I got confirmation of the order when I ordered. Got an email and text confirmation this morning saying it would be delivered in 20 minutes. Order never arrived. Called restaurant and they had NO record of the order. ALWAYS call the restaurant you order Seamless food through. You cannot trust that the restaurant gets the order.
After using Seamless for the last decade, I was shocked at my experience this weekend. Having placed an order, my delivery window was 11:20am - 11:50am. I sat around with my phone until at 12:20pm I receive a text from Seamless saying to call them.
Over the phone the rep sounded drunk and immediately dived into telling me that I will be receiving a $25 Seamless credit on a $52 order! Why? "The driver could not reach you."
I have sent Seamless my phone logs, voicemail logs, and text logs showing that I was not contacted. They have yet to resolve my issue and are being completely non-transparent about what happened. Horrible, will not use again.
First and last time I'll use Seamless. I ordered from them this eve, paid for the order and waited. I got an update that the order would be 10 minutes later than originally was told. Then that followed with a message telling me they canceled my order and no explanation given. I called the restaurant, Zhen Choo, to find out what happened. They told me the pricing was not correct for the food ordered off the seamless app, the driver refused the order, and I get the cancelation notice?! Not happy with Seamless, not happy with Danny, the driver. If they had called I would have been happy to deal with the $5 difference! Way to go, idiots! Never again.

I order food from the Chinese restaurant about 10 block from my house the was suppose to deliver at 6:35 the man came after 7 then I had put down to bring it to my apartment door he would not come up he was so rude and disrespectful to me i try to tell him I had a newborn and couldn't come down so he just left with my food so now I have to wait for my money to go back into my account how knows how long that's going to take every time I use Seamless it is a problem with getting my food all the time i will no be using them again. I didn't want to give no stars.
I ordered from here around 2:30. They kept delaying the delivery and i didn't get my food til almost 4pm. When I got my food, it was cold. What a waste of time. Never again will I use them.
I wanted to place an order for delivery in East Bakersfield, which is hugely discriminated against. The order was already $10 more than if I went there, thet added $27 in bogus fees BEFORE ANY DRIVER TIP. Delivery fee $8. And additional $8 delivery fee just for having the audacity to order through them. Driver's fees, CA fees, and I'm sure a f-you fee, to make the order total over $57. Then they expected me to give a huge tip. Huge rip-off and bait and awitch. I will be filing a complaint with the California Department of Corporations for deceptive and egregious fees.

Placed an order through seemless, food was never delivered. I reported this and they said they would look into it and get back to me. They called me later to inform me that the restaurant did indeed deliver the food (their words). My response was I don't know who they gave the food to but it wasn't me.
Their demeanor was that I was lying about not receiving the food but that they would give me a courtesy refund. A courtesy? You didn't fulfill the service I paid for, how is that a courtesy? When I asked this question the lady hung up on me. Rude and will never use again.
Ordered on Friday afternoon for late lunch at work in NYC, got a text the next day Saturday (upstate NY)@ 9am saying I am making it difficult to deliver the order since I am not answering the phone. 17 hours late and they blame me. I live upstate and work in NYC 2 hours away. Just order directly from the restaurant and stop this unseamless BS!
Love Seamless! When I'm working late, they do a great job of delivering to the office. I probably use Seamless at least twice a week, and it's been reliable so far :)
I used seamless to order food for my kids we got the food and it was disgusting so i asked for a refund of over $65 and they refuse! Never use them again! Or wendys

The driver did not deliver my order, despite being in our parking lot. I missed the phone call alerting me to his being on his way but instead of, after already having paid for the order and waiting in the office for the delivery, he did not even try to come in to the building or up to the suite to deliver the order. THAT IS NOT AN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER. So, he left with my food and they refuse to refund my money or re-deliver the original order. Sounds like a load of crap! Especially when it has already been paid for. If i buy office supplies and I am not in the office, the delivery guy still comes in and delivers. He does not call me from downstairs and because i'm not in just doesn't deliver the package. DO NOT USE SEAMLESS OR GRUBHUB! They are the exact same company, same problem, same lazy idiots working for them.
