Whenever my order is wrong i contact seamless and they refund me. Not sure why everyone else is having issues. But do not call the restaurant because they are going to pull a bunch of crap, and make things complicated. Seamless has been very similar to amazon and does a lot to help the customer. Very good experience!
It's been several times that my delivery has been left for me in front of the door of my building, and the driver doesn't take the trouble to come up and give me my food. I didn't eat the food or people could have touchor something else. I find it dangerous and unprofessional so the food went in the trash. It's unacceptable
Every time I tried to use the promotion coupons they sent by mail it fails. Every time I called customer service I got excuses and offer to send me another coupon for next time. I wonder if what Seamless is doing is legal. Don't count on the discount. Use a different service if possible.
The delivery was constantly being pushed back later and later. I asked on the form for them to knock and ring the doorbell as this was a surprise gift for my friends. The driver did neither! Just left the dinner outside and about an hour late.
Waited over an hour and a half for the food even though at first it said up to 20 minutes. Food was barely warm and soggy so you know it was ready way long before it was delivered. The food was also was tossed onto the doorstep, and just left there. The driver was rude as well.

Saw a promo of $12 off my first order. I signed up, received a mail with a code, saying that it would automatically be applied to my order. I placed a pickup order, went to check out and it said that it could only be applied to pick up orders, please change type. It was a pickup order, so I proceeded, and the code was not applied. I contacted them and went to pick up my order. I received a mail back saying that they had no record of me and asking me to send a screenshot. I did, and I keep getting mails that my case was updated, but there is no way for me to check and their online help dies not work. I'm done.
I don't know how many times I ordered with these over priced Nazis, but tonight was the last time!

So i was on vacation right. I ordered a 12 inch from subway and it arrived NOT ONLY AN HOUR LATE, but also the chicken in my sandwich was RAW. Since i was on vacation i didn't have time to report it at the time so i waited a few days til i had free time. When i request a live agent i am told that i can't get a refund because i waited more than 24 hours. First of all i've gotten a refund before on an order that was placed nearly a week ago. Second of all it doesn't say it ANYWHERE on the app that i have 24 hours to report an issue. Third of all i got redirected so many times to a live agent because the chat kept disconnecting on my phone and on my laptop after fighting for a refund for nearly 45 minutes. Imagine that lol. So i gave up after about an hour and they basically took my money and my 1 hour of time wasted and not even any type of credit they just said "sorry not sorry". LOL im still laughing to this day. Good jokes!
So ok, I believe in giving everyone a fair chance or two as I work with the public myself. F**k seamless and their drivers. I already have 3 charges waiting to be refunded back to my account in one week. First time I waited 2.20 hours (and no I am not exaggerating)and after 3 phone calls and bull$#*! excuses they claim their driver had an emergency and was not able to get anyone else to deliver, ordered cancelled. Second time, after one hour order was cancelled for unknown reasons, third time( omfg Im so damn pissed off right now) an hour later driver put that my food was delivered, not once I received a call or message with attempted delivery. How about you jackasses of a company screen your idiot thieves of drivers and only charge the account once my food is actually delivered. I will make sure your reputation is ruined, I will not rest until it is ruined. Clearly everyone here seams to be having a problem with you scammers!
First and last time seamless user here. They canceled my order 1 hour after I placed it. Now it is late and I am not even sure if I can get food today. Not sure why my order was canceled. Apparently the restaurant doesn't do delivery on this day? But if it does not, then why was I able to place the order, and also, why did it take them one hour to tell me they cannot bring me food? I have been traveling all day and this sucks. The person on the phone at seamless was 0% help. Going to stick with Uber eats now.
First time the delivery woman misplaced my order didn't even apologized

Placed my first order and did not receive any food. I called them up and they tried to get a hold of the restaurant to see what was going on (note that they did not contact their driver as most food delivery companies would do). They couldn't get more details and apologized for the delay. I said I wanted my money back so they cancelled my order and refunded my money. When I told them that I'm extremely disappointed with their service and would not make any future orders, they asked a supervisor but was told there was nothing more they could do. Do not trust them to deliver you food as I'm still hungry and nothing showed up.
Got charges from them in my credit card even when I don't live in the US and have never given them with my credit card information. They won't let people outside the US to access their website or interact with them, even if they charge their credit cards which I wonder how they get in the first place. Fraudsters!
Ordered from a Chinese restaurant that allegedly has no idea that they are linked to Seemless for delivery. Placed the order at 6pm... recieved a notification that the food arrived at 735pm which it did not. My card was charged! And I'm furious!
2/3 orders cancelled. Hours of delays. No notification when some orders are cancelled. Some restaurants listed don't exist or don't take orders despite seamless accepting and "confirming" the order. Rude customer service.
Terrible customer service caused by a 40 minute wait to get through to someone at seemless. They weren't willing to do anything more then offer a $10 credit towards another order to make up for there costing me $30.00. The restaurant actually said they had never used seemless but if it was a food delivery app then they would deliver my order - it never happened.
LITERALLY the worst food delivery service I've ever had to use. My husband's employers provides credits ever week for us to order food through the service, and we won't even use the free money anymore... that's how terrible this service is.

Grubhub used to great. For the most part on time and never gave a problem with guarantees for late or missing orders. Now both Grubhub and Seemless send email/text confirmations with conflicting times, usually the last communication changing the ETA time about another 20 mins later. And it's a hassle trying to get a partial refund for missing food or very late deliveries.
Seamless offered a 50% off coupon through an email if I downloaded the app and made an order, which I did but the coupon never arrived. I emailed them and got no response. I chatted with their customer "support" and got no help, then I called them and got no help either... They asked me to send another email... It looks like a scam to get people to download the app. Looking forward to get this solved but they are not giving me the time I wasted on this back.
Placed a $30 order. It was cancelled. They still charged me and I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Was told by Seamless to place order again and pay another $30. $60 for some bagels! No way! Seamless should be able to fulfill order first and then charge. What a ripoff. Will never use them again.
I place an order they take my money instantly, and no food CS just read a script no help. I contacted another business they were saddened by my story gave me a small credit took my order. I am now eating my eggrolls same day not 2 days later like seamless wanted me to wait. Fudging crazy krap business.

I messaged your team, I got redirected at least 5th times to different members of your company with no solution.
Also, I called the support service and still, it seems that I won't receive my food as my order was blocked. But they will still take my money.
It is the second time I order on your website and I don't receive my order!
The last time, it was too late to go outside, so I had to stay without food the whole night.
First, please give me my money back!
Second, explain to me the reason behind blocking my orders twice.

Literally thieves, I attempted to order lunch through their site, and it wan't difficult, seems they have the selection part of their website down, the other aspect they have right on point is definitely making absolutely sure that you are charged first, ordered for 2nd as I was charged 40 bucks and my order was never placed. Not only was my order never placed but the order never left the bag, and it's still there now. If you try to order this, your bank will be charged, but order will never be placed. This is absolutely theft, could be considered fraud. Their answer, "we can't find your order, so it never happened" then i sent them the bank statement and screenshots of the order. Btw, they still can not find the order, but they certainly found my bank account.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Tonight was the first time we ordered from them. We ordered out food 1 hour before the restaurant was supposed to close which we assumed would be plenty of time compared to doordash and uber eats. 58 min went by and we got a text from the driver saying she was with grubhub and was just assigned the order and was 45 min away from the restaurant and they close in 1 min did we still want our food... we ended up calling the restaurant and they said they would stay open long enough for us to come pick it up ourselves and we canceled through the service... horrible first and last impression of this service.
I ordered from here the first time because the restaurant I was ordering from was only available on this service. Well, they took my order, took my money, then cancelled the order 30 minutes later. Although they returned my money, I was very unhappy. Of course, I forgot to cancel the trial membership. I got charged for a month and saw a credit on my account. So I thought I'd give it another try. I ordered my food and then for a notice that the restaurant wasn't taking orders from Seamless at this time. So basically, they got my money bur offered no service whatsoever. Just use someone else and don't waste your time or money here.

None. I tried to use their food delivery. The only proof of purchase I could send would be a bank statement showing their charge.... but I don't want to publish my bank statement.
I thought the restaurant had increased prices. When I checked the receipt from the restaurant, turned out prices were the same and seamless had marked everything up and stole what I had intended to pay to the restaurant. Does not get any worse than stealing from small businesses during these tough times.
Tried using them twice in case the first time was a fluke. First time some items were incorrect and some were not delivered at all. The second time, the order was apparently canceled yet no notification was sent, so we waited an hour for nothing. Awful, horrible.

Don't... don't use it. Items were not received - was told we'd be refunded for those items but we never were. Replied to their customer service three more times with no response. Had to file a claim through paypal for the items. The second time, the order was canceled without any notice at all - not even an email; yet I still received an email that the charge was authorized with no follow-up email saying a refund would be issued. Will probably need to dispute the charge through our card company.
