This company is a complete scam. They list parts on their website as being 'In-Stock' yet are not at all in stock. Their business model appears to be: list everything as in stock and when a customer orders the item, order it and ship once received. I ordered over a dozen items that all showed as being in stock. A couple days later, I receive an email stating the items are no longer available and my order has been cancelled and refunded. I called their customer support line and asked to speak to a supervisor. She gave me a bunch of BS excuses that others have also mentioned on here. Including that the "website is being upgraded". I expressed my frustration and asked how they can be so unethical and she hung up on me. Avoid this company at all costs... you've been warned!

Terrible

Terrible website, pricing, shipping costs, lead times, order turnaround times, product availability. One day the part is available 6 months from now, next day it's 2 months, the day after it's 6 months. Website isn't user friendly at all. Customer service only cares about booking orders and not actually helping. Can't find previous orders without order #. Part specs not listed. Etc, etc, etc

No updates, false claims

Bought a washer handle, july 06, paid extra to have it in 2-3 days. No emails or anything, part never comes. I call back week later... they said it will be there in 2-3 days... im busy in another job for 2 weeks, come back, still not here, call again, they said it will ship in a week! No it wont... canceled my order.
Some guy in India, looking at a screen that some loser in the states just puts random updates on... customer gets nothing

The $90 Part did not fit. I ordered the part from another supplier and their part fits perfectly. Returning idem was extremely difficult - to the point that I felt it was deliberate. They said I could expect the $80.01 refund within 365 days. Wish I had seen the review page before ordering.

Don't buy here

Ordered a small part which cost $30. And with packaging weighed less than an ounce. Was charged $10 for shipping UPS.
Was the wrong part. Was told could not return by 1st class mail; had to use their UPS label with another $10 charge. Also got a restock fee of $7. Even though exchanged. Bottom line, $30 part returned for a refund $3.00!

They would not return the wrong part, very poor service and customer service is based over seas, making it very difficult to communicate the problem, more concerned about other services at a cost.

I cant believe this site is associated with Sears. The quality of service is poor at best. The folks dont care about customers and lie every chance they get. I had to file a dispute with the credit card company to get my money back after I did not receive my ordered product after two weeks past said delivery date.

Horrible

My order says the part is in stock and "in process" but it is now 12 days past the expected delivery date
The "care" dept does not They are overseas, hard to understand, refuse to transfer me to a supervisor, refuse to transfer me to someone in USA.
They are however, diligent about trying to sell me a water filter at the end of every fruitless call.
Sears was once a proud American retailer. Not anymore. Pathetic.
Thank you and while I have you, how often do you change your water filter?……..

Horrible customer service, on the phone for over two hours because I kept getting transferred to the wrong department. All I wanted to do was cancel the order that Sears said was already cancelled. Impossible to get a straight answer, two weeks later I'm still waiting for the return label and half the order still says in process, but hey they cant cancel it. Worst company to work with, never purchase sears again!

First time they never even shipped the part I ordered, they created a shipping label, but probably found out they did not have it, so they just let the order go into limbo. When I contacted them after 10 days, they were all apologetic and said part would be shipped UPS expedited shipping. 4 more days no part. Contact again, Oh expedited shipping was not available from the supplier, you will get it in another 3-4 days..

Can't Cancel Order
September 30, 2022

I made the mistake of discounting the horrible reviews and ordering from this horrible website. I was notified that the part was back-ordered just after placing my order. I then tried to cancel my order and have been unable to. Each time I've called Customer Service, I've been told a different story from "Your cancellation is not yet approved," to "Your cancellation is approved and you'll receive an email confirmation within 3 business days." Meanwhile, the Customer Service Rep reading off a script, tries to sell me your services!

Call the 1-800 # on the inside of Refrigerator. To check how much was the part. It's a Sears in Houston on Shepard. Woke up just morning to find I have been charged for something I never ordered. Never in life will I give any one my debit card info ever. Been on the good all day. Trying to get a refund. How sad. No wonder they are going out of Business.

Ordered two parts for my Kenmore Range Hood in early March. After two months of "status incomplete", I called them and asked for a status. I got a heavily accented Hispanic lady who could no tell me when I might get the parts if at all. At least that is what I think she said. I asked for a refund. She said that would refund parts cost but not the shipping? I decided to cut my losses and accept it. Sears is history, done, kaput. Buy elsewhere.

This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered the part in April, still didn't have it a month later and when I called, they said they would have to call me back. Never did. Called two more times, was told the same thing and never received a call back. Started posting bad reviews and got an email from them saying I would have my refund within 3 business days. When they refunded the money, it was $10.54 less. Now I am trying to call to get the rest of my money and no one is answering. TERRIBLE experience. Do NOT waste your time or money buying from this place!

Don't waste your time or money buying anything from Sears. Put your part number in the search bar for Amazon and your part automatically comes up. You'll get it faster and cheaper without a hassle. Ordered my part four weeks ago, still haven't gotten it.

I ordered a part on 1/24 that was supposed to be "in stock", after no updates I called 2 days after the supposed delivery date, only to be told that the order was canceled, even though checking from my order confirmation, it still said "ordered". Thanks for letting me know. Then, when the second order failed to show up, they offered to order the part a third time...for $100 more and NONE of the previous discounts or free shipping "for my inconvenience."

The website states in stock. Then the give you a run around on back order. Then after over ten calls, still cannot get my money back. I had to get my bank involved
DO NOT USE Them. Terrible company. Customer service is in another company and they talk to you in circles just terrible to deal with. Don't put your self through it.

I ordered a part from sears direct on January 24th, the website said it was in stock and would be at my house in 3 to 5 days. 8 days later the status shows back ordered. At the time of ordering the part it was in stock and now its not even showing an estimated delivery date. I called customer service and spoke to a lady who barely spoke English and had no idea what was going on and told me that the manufacturer would email me an update. It's been 3 days still no update no part and no clean clothes due to my broken dryer... thanks Sears

2 separate orders for parts for a Whirlpool refrigerator over a month ago, website said and still says in stock now a month later.
When calling either customer numbers listed, the call disconnects. No email response, so I got my credit card company involved since I was charged 2 days after placing the orders.
