I am a regular online buyer and I ususally buy in bulk. When I heard about this site selling sea mineral skin care products I decided to buy but try with just one kit for the first time. So I ordered their facial kit and also paid the courier charges. After a couple of days I wanted to check the status so I mailed them. They said it will be despatched "tomorrow". After 5 days of their "tomorrow" I did hear from the courier co. Even though being in same city, so i mailed again. They asked for a 2 days times to check and get back. After 3 more days they say the courier co. Did not have you no. And could not locate the address. I provided them my no. Later I got mail saying they came back from the address as they could not contact. I again mailed my no. Then Also I did not hear from them. I asked them the tracking id which they never replied. I got mails from the director apologising and mentioning the kit will reach in 2-3 days. This process became never ending. I lost interest in the item and m glad that I did not order for more quantity!
I want to be clear on following things:

1. Are not they suppossed to take ph no. While taking address details?
2. If they have why wasnt it given to the courier ppl?
3. The courier could not locate or was not able to contact, unsure?
4. When they went back why did not they update the website ppl?
5. Why did not the website confirm the delivery from their end?
6. How long does it take to track the courier, 2-3 days? And then too no whereabouts? Why send thru such courier when taking money from customer only?

They might be doing good business and selling in bulk but they are equally answerable to their retail customers and if they can not handle small orders they should stop selling like this.

I placed the order around 28-29 Jan and today is 17 Feb, being in the same city I did not receive my order nor timely update nor replies to my mails.

First they say it was courierd from blr, then in some mail they say it will be sent from chennai and later they told me we have sent it from delhi head office. I wish I had received even one of the 3 couriers sent in my name!
