I have a question around a purchase and I can't get through to anyone to get help

My experience with Seatingminds was awful, the worst customer service ever. I ask them to call me, never received a call. The chair I received was used with dirty wheels, seat with lent all over it, and a missing headrest. I will be requesting a return and refund today. I ask for a call and customer service has denied me that right as a customer. It is apparent this is a one man shop, who lacks any customer service skills at all. Jacob takes your money, you wait over a month to get the chair and then it's used and missing parts. Why can't the consumer care about their customers? Just feed up...stay away and save yourself from unnecessary stress. They are too unprofessional to be in business!
I ordered on May 3rd and still don't have my purchase. You are impossible to get through with customer service. Please have someone call me and tell me where my order is. Ben Queen *******533
There were shipping delays due to covid, which are understandable. I admit I was a little frustrated when shipping was assured and then didn't happen, but the response team got back to me on the weekend and made sure that my chair went out first thing the next week. I do understand this is an extraordinary time and there are extraordinary demands on us all.
Easy to site, excited to get chair
Prices are excellent. From what I can tell quality is the same. Wonderful selection. I found exactly what I was looking for.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! It is a scam. I contacted them before ordering asking how long it would take an item to ship and they replied 7-10 business days. After 10 business days I contacted them asking where my item was and was told it was out of stock. They asked if they could replace it with the same chair but with a different finish. I said if they could ship it within 24 hours and is new with all the same features sure. I did not hear back from them. I then sent them an email canceling the order. 3 days later they shipped a chair. Was it the chair I ordered? No. Was it new? No. Was it heavily used? Yes. Was it missing the upgraded features? Yes. After contacting them saying what the hell, they offered me $200 off my purchase price for the chair. The chair they sent was over $200 less then the chair I purchased and it was used. I then shipped the chair back to them and was charged again for the same chair after disputing the charge with my credit card company. Basically I was charged for a chair I did not want and do not have. Avoid this place like the plague!
Purchased a chair. They said it was fraudulent and cancelled my order but still charged my credit card. Now I can't get a hold of them.
Never got my chair
The chair I received was greasy and dirty. The wheel base finish was worn off and the casters were so chewed up that they would have destroyed my wood floors. I complained and this is not yet resolved. The chair was not like brand new condition as promised by the web site.
I was able to find the chair I was looking for at a great price. It was so easy to put together as I only had to use an allen wrench to screw the seatback into position. It feels great and looks great and I am glad I didn't have to pay double the price. It also shipped over night to me and I was using it right away.
I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron Chair in April via PayPal. First off, don't pay by PayPal. If you pay on Amazon you'll be much better off to track these shysters. At the end of the month the chair was still not delivered so I wrote the company 3x. They never answered. I filed a dispute with PayPal. The company sent a fake invoice that didn't have my name nor address on it and the item on the invoice was another chair. I finally got a hold of FedEx who proved to me the item was indeed not mine and sent to another person. I hope this company goes out of business for their lying scheming ways especially during Covid. How dare they try to pull one over on people? STAY FAR AWAY.
So far my experience has been pleasing. When I asked a question I got answered immediately.
My chair arrived missing a headrest. The headrest is clearly supposed to be included in the order but did not arrive with the rest of my chair.
You are required to create account to obtain tracking information. Website wants customer personal information apparently for unclear reasons. Wish they would simply provide access to tracking information and without requiring additional steps like other online retailers. I will not use this website again as a result.
Payment for a chair was excepted on April 20. Still no chair... not a word... nothing. BBB is my next move.
Excellent. Company was very accommodating to allow me to pick up item locally since I live in NJ, despite the COVID, and it was ready to go when I got to the loading dock.
They did not ship what purchased.
Not able to contact them. Nobody returns call or email.
It looks like they took the money and vanished.
