I ordered a chair 1 month ago and still have not received confirmation that it has been processed, let alone shipped. 4 weeks from NJ is too long. I Want To Cancel This order - they do not answerer the phone and use covid as an excuse -if anything, the phone service should have been amazing during that time since everyone was working from home!

Pricing is great, and the chairs are top quality. We have had minor issues with shipments in the past, but their customer service team is very responsive, and they resolve issues quickly. Shipping times can be a bit slow, but we are very satisfied with the results.

Same chair I have in the office and it was a great price. It arrived in pristine condition and was easy to put together and adjust making working from home back pain free. Customer Service was responsive to emails.

I was thrilled to get the good quality chair for half the cost of the original price. Yet, there was a catch. The chair shipped was not new and has very visible signs of wear and tear. The issue was resolved buy full refund, yet we wasted time with a return.

My Herman Miller chair took about a month to arrive due to COVID (which was disappointing) but it's in great shape, was fully cleaned and reconditioned, and the price can't be beat! Customer service promptly answered my question when I contacted them via email. Would do business here again.

When the chair was ordered, there was no tracking information and responses from customer service was very short. Each time i called in, it went straight to VM. Probably wouldn't order another chair due to poor service.

"In Stock" item wasn't

"In Stock" item wasn't. A partial shipment took weeks after it was promised. What showed up was in pieces with no documentation and this was after I filed a paypal complaint. Headrest did not ship, promised for 2 weeks later via email, they then stopped responding to any communications. They never did answer their phone despite 10 or 12 calls. No headrest, no communications. I received a usable decent condition Aeron chair missing promised pieces at a fair price, that is about the best I can say. The hassle was not worth the savings. Avoid them unless you are willing to put up with a lot of uncertainty and gamble on what you get to save a few bucks. My thought is the warranty may not be worth much as they would need to communicate with you to honor it. Replacement Headrest will cost me a $150, so not much of a good deal. I will not do business with them again.

Not bad, there are a few options that were not clear and required a call but that was easily answered.
It took 3 weeks or so to arrive (which I was expecting 2). The chair was partly disassembled with no instructions for the controls (which was an easy print job) or how to put it together (that was mostly clear but took a nudge that made me nervous). It cam in a box almost no protection/packaging. I am supersized it was not damaged but appears to be in working order.

Originally ordered a steelchase chair not realizing that it was refurbished and didn't have all the features I wanted. I contacted Jacob a asked if I could change the order 4 days after it was placed. He was extremely accommodating - charged my card the additional balance as opposed to a refund and changed the order. Great service!

We ordered new office chairs from Seatingmind.com for a very good price. Initially there were some issues with the chairs not being exactly what we expected based on the item description. We reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. Since the first issue, we had a piece break on one of the chairs, through no fault whatsoever of Seatingmind. I reached out to customer service once again to assist with getting a replacement part. I had no expectations to even receive a replacement part. Not only did they send the part at no cost, they did it within a day of me reaching out and immediately sent tracking information. I am very impressed with their service and follow-through and will be buying more from them in the future.

There was a delay on shipping when I ordered the chair due to Covid, but completely understandable. When I received the chair there was a hole in the upholstery and the quality of the upholstery that was done was poor. I contacted customer service immediately and they were prompt to let me know they would escalate my issue and provide resolve. It's been 3 weeks since I have heard anything and have sent 4 follow up emails with no response. I have not used the chair as I am waiting to hear if I need to ship back. There is a 30 day return policy and I am running up against the 30 days. The fine print also states if you return the chair you have to be shipping and a restocking fee. Customer service and overall quality of the chair has left a sour taste from ever recommending or doing business with Seating.com.

I ordered a chair for $489.00 on 4/30/2020 time went by no sign of the chair arriving so I waited a bit as I got an email telling me to be patient with the Covid-19 event. I sent an email asking for a refund and was told yes but wait up to 7 days for the refund well that came and went with no refund so I put my purchase in dispute. I tired to call and was told to send an email. After I placed this order read recent reviews and I'm not alone and feel this is a scam. I know the product well and worked for the Sheriffs Office in which we have those types of office chairs. I just want a refund so I can buy from a reputable source thanks

Overall satisfied with my purchase, I ordered in early May, in the heat of COVID quarantine and needed a new chair for home. Seems like everyone else did too. At the time, the website showed 2 week to ship. I honestly expected this. After that time, I contacted customer service and they informed me of the delays. I understood and I continued to wait. I received today, a week or so after the new timeline provided by customer service. Did it take a long time, yes. I only wish that the company was more clear up front on the extreme timeline given then COVID situation. Chair is in very good condition and functions very well. Glad to have my chair!

I have sent 2 emails to check on my order. I have received 2 responses that seem to be coming from an automated system. Both with incorrect information in regards to shipping speed. The discounted price is not worth the hassle. The phone number listed on your website is not manned. I would say that I am receiving poor customer service which would indicate that I did receive customer service which I have not. At this point I would never buy from you guys again nor would I recommend that anyone else buy from you.

Great price if new item

Great price if new item. The chair was shipped in a very poor cobbled together two boxes loosely taped together. The chair was damaged in shipping as it rubbed against the box during shipping. When contacting the company I was advised the chair was restored to the best possible quality. Restored? First I had heard of that. Did not read it back a month ago when I ordered. Yes, that is right it took over a month to get my order.
I read over the site and still did not find the note this was a site of restored products.

So far, so good. Proof will be in the execution and quality of product delivered.
Following up: The order was delivered on time on the scheduled date. It was in fine condition, requiring minimal assembly. There were no instructions but it was quite simple and intuitive.
I would definitely order from Seatingmind again; very pleased with the product, the value and the service.

I both called and email customer support and did not get a return call or email. I suggest you return calls and emails.

The chair appears to be used. There are stains on the fabric. The seat back fabric is coming away from the plastic. There are 2 plastic pieces that were loose in the box and I do not see where it goes. The bottom of the chair bottom is separating from the rest of the chair.
