“Poor customer service”

I paid for Sehen mirrors in Kickstarter campaigns to be ready by Oct`17.
Yet, it`s still Dec'18 and no mirrors arrived and no updates of orders been paid for.
After sending emails to them and they don`t reply back.

They give false ongoing updates of problems arised but they are not working hard.
They are a backyard operators.

Worst customer services.
