A/C went out 7/20, Called Select Home Warranty and they sent a repair company to fix on 7/27. I paid them and have been trying to get reimbursed ever since. It's now 9/27, I call them almost daily and they tell me they haven't gotten the bill, or can't reach the company, a supervisor is looking into it, resolution department is studying it, or someone will contact me. Nothing happens!
Tip for consumers:
Avoid this company at all costs! They are dishonest and will not pay for any repairs needed!
