Visited the website. Got a quote. They provide the shipping label with the choice of FedEx or UPS. Packed up my computers. Sent them off. Waited. A couple of days after I got the confirmation they'd been delivered, the money promised was in my PayPal. Would trust/do business with SB again!
Been working with a company on liquidating a cache of older electronics inherited after a buyout. Was dreading trying to flip the equipment using local ads or auctions sites. Sellbroke took all of the hassle out of cashing out these old assets. Always gotten paid the estimate within 24 hours of delivery. Only thing I think they could improve on would be some of the phone estimates. They aren't as competitive as some other services in that regard, but you really can't find a better place to sell an old laptop. Highly recommend.
I traded in an fairly old dell laptop in great condition. Prior to sellbroke I checked multiple websites even selling it on my own and wouldn't get more than half of what sell broke gave me. Shipment took a while to get there which had me curious but inspection and payment was quick and smooth. They received the product Monday night, inspected Tuesday, and my money was in my paypal today. Definitely recommend

I spoke with Patrick the owner who was empathetic of my situation that my equipment is now damaged... lied to me multiple times and change his story to not incriminate himeslf, put the blame on me without confirmation that that was indeed the reason. The company does not insure their packages so if something happens you could be at a greater loss and Sellbroke will walk away unscathed. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau to help me in my case. I strongly recommend anyone else but this company because I would never want anyone to be treated like I was or to be put in the situation.
Getting a quote was easy. Quoted a decent value for my 4 year old Lenovo laptop. Sent a shipping label right away. Had to provide my own shipping box, which is a little bit of pain. Received the exact quoted amount one day after the laptop was delivered to them. Overall a good experience.

Sent in a old tablet that was great a few years ago but had some problems. Found it when cleaning out a closet and was going to trash it when I heard of this site from a friend. I figured what do I gotta lose its a piece of junk now... A few days later i have money in my paypal! Great service!
I sent in a brand new Acer aspire switch 2 laptop in its original packaging for a quote of $250. The company sent me an email after receiving the item saying it was defective and did not power on. Hopefully they send it back to me in one piece. If it was "broke" as they claim I would of sent it back to the manufacturer under warranty.
We're sorry you had a problem with your transaction. We purchase and process many laptops every day and can assure you, this isn't a scam site. Your laptop was received this morning and did not power on when received to our facility. You called and asked for your laptop to be returned to you. It has been sent back to you in the same exact box that it was shipped to us in.
Found the service through a Google Search. We had several older computers that we no longer needed, seamless quote on their website. One computer was not on their website and I requested them to give me a quote and it was on their website in a matter of minutes. Received my quote, they sent me a label, I shipped it out and within a matter of a few days we received payment. For us to have such a positive turnaround with this company I am not sure how they have people who review negatively. Just my opinion!
Submitted an honest description of my laptop (easy since it was in new condition) and mailed it off securely packaged about a week and a half after they emailed me my shipping label. In 3-4 business days I got an email saying they sent me a check for the quoted price. 3-4 business days later I received my check in the mail. They were quick to respond when I had questions and I'm happy with the experience.

I got a little worried when I didn't hear anything from them after the laptop was delivered so I wish they let me know they received it. I had to message in a couple times but got the money. Would sell again!
