Before this order was placed we called to confirm the return policy because of Covid we were waiting on other parts and had issues with the garage we were using for the restoration. We were told returns can be made after 90 days of a restocking fee is paid. We called again before placing a second order to verify that the return policy was the same, we got the same information that returns are accepted but restocking fee's might be incurred. When we called again to do the return customer service said their return policy changed and no returns are being processed. I've spent over 6 hours on the phone with customer service and they are unable to process any returns for me.
