The company has a refund policy of 7 days, but when customers send emails requesting a refund, they are met with unresponsive customer service representatives who refuse to give the money back. In addition, Semalt adds meaningless keywords to customers' websites, which can harm their search engine rankings.
It is important to warn others to stay away from this scam company. Semalt uses unethical tactics to trick customers into paying for services that do not deliver any value. Their customer service is non-existent, and their refund policy is a complete sham. If you are considering using Semalt, I strongly advise against it. There are plenty of reputable SEO software providers out there that actually deliver on their promises and provide excellent customer service. Don't fall for Semalt's tricks - it's a waste of your time and money.

They disappoint me, I lost a lot of money and a lot of time. I asked then when I will get a good result? They said to me, that within 6 months I will get a good result, but after one year they said me the same answer. I think they can't give me a good result. Just killed my time.

Worst Scammers ever
These guys wont leave me alone! I regret ever giving them my contact info as they are spamming me and recently they also wrote me on whatsapp & they keep calling. This needs to stop!

They are professional spammers but not professional in what they do because they can't offer a price for their services, most of the companies that hide details and prices of their services are scammers!
Next time it won't be like that it will be a lawsuit stop spamming!
