“The order was delivered with low quality and card sent had incomplete message.”

The order was delivered with low quality almost no good representation. The message on the card was not complete so left a wrong impression to the receiver.

The most disappointing matter was no response from the company, I tried calling them many times but non one picked up. After many tries finally able to communicate with a person name Sohail Arif, but he did not call me although I made many requests. He just replied on WhatsApp after long delay but did nothing to rectify the problem.
Please don't order with them, you will be disappointed as they just wanted to grab the money and no response after that.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this company for your gifts and flowers, you will be disappointed.
