The worst service ever. Would give them no stars but google review would not allow. Don't ever buy online with these People. I bought some stuff on 5th Oct and I talked them 4-5 times they didn't resolve my problem now today 25th Oct I still talk with them they still stick with same bull$#*! no process going on and either not refund my money as well I will never gonna buy anything from them and not prefer to anyone. They are making customer fool to give a stupid reasons. The surprising thing is that in 20 days they haven't been touch with their courier this makes me more angry. What kind of service is that. A big multinational company and they treat their loyal customers like this. They should be ashamed. We are currently taking this further to fair trading. I am really very disappointed with their service and even I bought before as well never happened like this with me I don't know why they doing this

I actually prefer shopping on Sephora.com vs shopping in their stores because I don't have to worry as much about something being out of stock or the packaging having been tampered with. And their shipping is comparable to Amazon - meaning very, very fast.

While visiting the store in Ala Moana I was constantly bombarded by workers and felt i was being nagged on by them. I simply just wanted to shop by myself in peace, yet everywhere I turtles or walked a worker was asking me if i needed help looking or needed a bag. In fact two workers asked me multiple times. Once is good enough and there is nothing wrong with peacefully shopping. My shopping experience was anything but peaceful or fun because the workers were constantly nagging me. This experience makes me never want to enter into any sephora location again.

I attempted to place an order this evening to use my $20 Rewards Certificate towards that purchase. I was told that that Rewards Certificate had already been used this year. That is a lie. Sephora does not honor their Rewards Certificate. I cut up my card and will take my business elsewhere. Customer service was as unprofessional as they were unhelpful. You are much better off taking your business to Macy's, Bloomingdale's or Nordstrom. The only way I can submit this review is by giving it a rating. It is not even worth the one star.

I ordered an item online along with the promised 3 samples. Not a single selected sample came with my order. In fact, the "substitutions" were insulting. If they are out of stock of a sample. It would be easy enough in this day and age of UX to alert the consumer.
I never asked for them to promote free samples as a sales device, but since they offer it, they should honor it.
Won't be using them again with all of the other choice available to me. Would advise you to look elsewhere too.

I gave one of my fave stores a 4, rather than a 5 star, due to the mere fact that even though I think this store is top-notch when it comes to the products they have, they are still too pricey. Nevertheless, this will always be my go-to makeup place. Sephora dominates, in my opinion, the cheaper makeup stores, like Walmart, or even with such places as Ulta. They have the best brands out there and I love that all of their makeup is of high-quality, hence the higher prices.

Always has what I need and gives samples and promo codes with each purchase. Flash 2 day shipping is definitely worth it too, I always get it fast and I only have to pay a one time fee, saves me so much money in the long run

I've been using their makeup for years. I just started ordering from their website because I don't really like to go to retail stores. The orders have been correct when I receive them, but there shipping does take longer than most places. The last order took about 3 weeks. Also, I had to change my order and I was not able to do so, even though I had just placed it. The quality of the product is excellent and the site is easy to navigate.

Overall, it has a good selection. More organic and niche perfumery would be great, but maybe that is just not Sephora's bag. However, nice selection and usually a great staff. I like the Las Vegas store, in particular.

Never had a problem if I had to return a product to Sephora
Love shopping here, even though it can be pricey that goes with the territory. With your purchase points you can get free gifts. My main shopping items are in the skin care line. I rarely use makeup, so the products are top quality. Overall I'm quite happy with Sephora. I have been a customer for over 10 years.

DIsgusting trying to order from Sephora on line. Everything is out of stock and then deletes it out of your cart. Frustrating and time wasting. You think a company of that size would have their act together better than that! If they can't hold enough stock don't offer the line.

Over the years I've spent a lot of money at Sephora. Never really had any issues until recently, so I never had to deal with their "customer service". Not sure what kind of training is required for them, but so far all the people I spoke to had 0 people skills. Two of my packages never got to me, so I contacted Sephora via email, 4 days later I get my reply, to call them directly (big help). So I call them, spoke to some girl who was bumbling thru the phone call, seemed very confused and I was told to call back in a week or so. No resolution. I've been at the rouge level for some years now, but I'd rather buy my products at a place where they value their customers. I'm so done with Sephora.

I had been using another well known cosmetic name for their eyelid primer, for years and loved it. Someone suggested the Sephora one to me, so I thought I would try it. Oh my, what a difference! My eye shadow really does stay on all day! I have oily lids and I just did not think that was even possible. It really is the best, and this is my now new best product!

Mostly shop online because in-store isn't super helpful. Returns are super easy -- they barely ask you a question when doing the refund. I can echo other reviews that say I wish they used less packaging. Everything comes in plastic bags in addition to the regular packaging.

Hi. I'm a conservative Christian. I guess this means I "hate" everyone which is father from the truth. I have friend's and family that's a part of the LGBTQ community. Yes, conservative Christians and the LGBTQ community gets along if you allow us to.
To side with one party is disgusting.
Makeup and beauty is for EVERYONE. Of every race, color and religion. Ben Nye is famous for his product's. He doesn't get political. Neither should Sephora. If there is gay beauty consultant that uses Sephora? Christian beauty consultant should be held in the same regard.
Get your priorities right! You don't want me but, you sure want my money. No thanks

It doesn't matter your party of your views. Makeup is that ONE thing we can all agree upon. Left wing, right wing or down the middle.
When a company sides with one party above another? It's time to find a new store.

For me it was always a luxury to shop here, but I think they are finally getting the hint that people don't have the money to be buying a $30+ dollar lipstick. I'm so happy they have added new brands that are of great quality but with lower price tags and also a yearly fee for 2 day shipping.

I absolutely love Sephora! I think I even like shopping online better than going to the retail store. They have pretty good sales most of the time and many fragrance value sets. You can get a free shipment with 50$ order, get 3 samples and you can also redeem your beauty points. Not to mention they have a special b-day gift waiting for you!

Ordered over $150 worth of makeup in two separate purchases on the same day and received them both 3 days later, even though it was holiday season! And they package all of the makeup safely so none of it breaks. And they are awesome with returns, even if you've used a product and realized it just isn't for you! Love shopping online on sephora!

This is one of the easiest companies to work with because they have employees in excess. Going to the physical store has the same level of customer service as the website: exemplary. The site is secure and user friendly, which is a necessity if you want to enjoy an online shopping experience. Best feature of ordering online is you always get a LOT of samples, more free samples than any other company. The biggest and only con to shopping on sephora.com is the very high prices.

The Sephora in the Burlington Mall has one of the worst group of employees where they all lack in the customer service department. One girl with obviously died red/orange hair and more makeup on her face than the store carries was super rude and got in a women's face with an attitude because someone opened the underneath draw looking for more of a product. God forbid you ask an employee you'd think you asked them to re-shingle the roof of the mall with the looks they give as you interrupt their group chat. Even the girls at the register ask if you are a beauty creator without even explaining what it is just asking for a phone number. When given the phone number that wasn't linked they look at you like you're a fool. I've worked in retail for 20 years and know how difficult it can be especially holiday times. This group of employees at this Sephora are an embarrassment and the management should be ashamed.

They have a complete collection of beauty supplies to choose from and when you buy online you can return to the store with no questions asked. I bought Wen and my hair felt dirty after using it even though I really gave it a chance. The lovely cashier at the store took back my totally used product and issued me a gift card, which I promptly spent in the store. They are fabulous!

I order a lot and I've never had a problem. In the stores they are well versed with enough employees to give you 1:1 attention for as long as you need them. I like that I can get a sample of most products if I want. Online had always been fast shipping and they're always standing by to chat if you have a question plus the reviews I find very helpful. I like the deals, promos, mini items, rewards and sale items. They're simply one of the best for personalized help in store and the variety of items is amazing. Definitely a fantastic company and I highly recommend..

... they don't care about their customers. I was sent the wrong order and the guy on the phone seemed not to believe me & said that they will be doing an investigation only after saying it wasn't possible (wrong order). Since they messed up so many times, I went from a Rouge to not buying at all. A company which does not appreciate the customers does not need business.

I have received defective items twice from here and they send a replacement asap. They also have a great selection however I wish they would add more drugstore lines as well. They are not as big as Ulta but if you limit yourself to higher end brands, this is your mecca.
