Everyone please be careful about buying things online from Sephora website! Last week, I spent my 337 hard earning money to buy many items from Sephora website, I have been working so hard, thought I deserve to buy something nice! When I received the package, guess what, they only gave me 5 out of 17 items! When I called coustomer service to clarify my order, they said they cannot give me my item because they need to start an investigation first! I have lost almost 250 hard earning money and do not know if I will ever get my missing item ever again! I will never buy anything from the company again, and I am here advice other people be careful about online shopping with this company, do not waste your hard earning money!

I usually order my cosmetics online through Sephora since they have a variety of brands. I never had an issue with the order process and shipping. The quality of the brand I usually order is fabulous (Nars, btw). The only issues with Sephora that I have are—the website is over-saturated with useless features and they offer Klarna instead of Afterpay (which I believe they offered Afterpay awhile ago but Klarna is the only option).
When I shop online, I want to easily find what I want and not have to be bothered with features that provide no use (e.g. Community Forum, Groups and Gallery). It's an eCommerce website, not a social media/review platform. It's just too much! People like minimalist layouts that focus on your content, which in this case would be your products.
Tip for consumers:
Sephora uses Klarna not Afterpay so you would have to signup for a Klarna account to take advantage of the pay later option.

I have to go to sephora to get my Fenty highlights. The staff is dismissive. They sold me the wrong color foundation 2 times. Now I just get my highliters and run. I bought a new Fenty highlighter last week, the service was horrible. I made it out alive.

I did purchased two product from sephora, i don't exactly understand what to say about this, should i say this is a good site or should i say it is bad because acne protection cream that i have purchased is started working for me but the dry shampoo i purchased is just destroyed my hair in three wash it self.

I love Sephora! It has everything I need for hair, make-up, skin care, nails, everything! Since I know the store so well, I can get what I need on the website shipped to me by the next week. The best things are: free shipping for purchases over $50 (easy), free returns (easy to do) and free samples!

This was my first time shopping with Sephora, and I was so excited to receive the FORVR candles that I purchased as a Christmas gift to my wife"she loves scented candles" when the packets arrived I was ecstatic, but when I open the package I was mortified and so disappointed to say the least my dreams of a perfect Christmas went down the chimney. The candles were shattered and glass fell all in my carpet I pray I was able to get it all up. And it's to late to order something else because it would never arrive by Christmas Day

I definately have an addiction to Sephora :) I'm often disappointed and surprised by the brand lines they don't carry, however I love how many they do carry. I won't bother with the in-person sephora stores anymore because they don't give out samples anymore, just deluxe ones; on the sephora website I can have my deluxe sample and still get 3 little samples(I totally base purchases on those samples, I won't bother w/ the expensive stuff unless I first try a sample that blows me away). Not a fan of the pricing, but I love the selection, it's like the supermarket of beauty products :)

I placed an order online, a Temp Authorization was attached to my CC and an initial e-mail from Sephora was received. My order was the "unsuccessful authorization" and rejected with no follow-up notice. When I realized I attempted the order again. Same thing.
I contacted customer service and they claim that the issue is I used the site to identify my billing address and a separate shipping address (my work so I would not have to get a slip and go to the post office). They say that because they could not verify I lived at the shipping address their security policies prevent authorization.
This is contrary to how all major online vendors work. The billing address is attached to the CC. The shipping address is where you want it delivered. By this logic, you would never be able to purchase for someone else and ship to them as your CC company would have no record of the person or address.
Absolutely ridiculous, and no offer to try to work with me to rectify the situation.

Sephora offers free samples from a variety of products with each order. Most products have customer ratings/reviews, and sales can be found daily. I signed up for a $5 shipping special, which waives my shipping charges for a year. You accumulate points with each purchase, which can be traded in for products.

I have a few stores local, and every time I go in the staff are so friendly and helpful! I'm not that great with anything girly, so when they help me with the makeup and show me what products work best for what, I am so thankful!

Sephora is a girl's best friend. They have "cult classic" favorites of cosmetics, skincare, hair care, etc. You can send it back without having to pay return shipping, and you can keep the free samples you get with every order. You get 3 free samples with every order and if you Google for sephora online coupon codes you can find good deluxe sample codes too!
Deluxe samples are in larger quantities that you can use for a week or more to see if you really like the product. Their site has a place where the members review the products, and most products also have a list of ingredients. Customer service is helpful and they sound like they are American customer service.

I am unable to checkout on your website, even when I use your app. Twice. I have ordered product somewhere else as a result. It also insists I put Lake Sherwood as my city when it is actually Westlake Village. You are losing money. I noticed other people have encountered the same problem. Why wouldn't you make sure this is fixed? You are losing money.

Free samples are the best reason to use this website and not shop at sephora in the mall. No free samples in the mall. Combine that with free shipping and getting a "new" product rather than what someone else just tried on their face 10 minutes ago makes shopping online a no brainer.

I had a chance of buying my make up from Sephora. The staff was so well trained. They guided me through each step. They told me all the specifications of all products. The make up was so well organized at the store. In short, my visit at Sephora has been great. I bought a lot of good make up from here. And they are so great in use as well.

If you don't live near a sephora you are MISSING OUT. This is the best makeup store here in the US. Forget going to dept store counters or high end boutiques when you can get the same cosmetics for about 20% less. Website has good deals and I would recommend signing up for their discounts.

Sephora stores & Sephora.com by far has been the worst experience I have had to deal with ever in over 30 years! I have my receipts and the items are new in the original packaging received less than 3 wks ago and they refused to return my item in store because I purchased it online! Good Luck trying to resolve any problem, complaint, or concern because you will get the run around. They ship you damaged/used items but then treat you like a criminal when trying to return them back to the store w/ receipts! They shouldn't have sent them in the first place since they were obviously used & returned already. The quality control/returns department clearly doesn't check items before sending them back out to new customers. Will definitely be filing a B. B. B. Claim for refusing to return as stated on website & receipts!

I really like Sephora.com even more than I really like the shop. For an elegant shop that offers high end items you would think they would have a reasonable strategy when it comes to their clients. They provide a extensive range of manufacturers and opinions from clients. Their website has a place where the associates evaluation the items, and most items also have a record of components. Client support is beneficial and they audio like they are United states customer support.

Last time I bought two new product that customer service suggested to me and it cost me over $80.00, it took me while to start using them. When I used them for the first time after 5 minutes the powder turn to the white plaster, so I when back and explain that to the customer service and they told me it was a wrong product, and then they suggest another one which was way lower in price and gives me my full redound and I bought the new one.
Not all of the customer service are knowledgeable but they have a great return policy.

I really love sephora the store and online. It can get too expensive for me but they do have a rewards program that helps you save. As a woman, you just get to a point where you realize you have to spend a little more to get the quality you need, especially when it comes to your face.
