Awful! I've order 6 lip oil and only got five and a $#*!ty lip liner I've never ordered, texted costumer service according to the agent and the supervisor who assisted me they can't refund or ship again the item because I use a forwarding company which is insane and pretty convenient for whoever packs and order and decides what items to send...I've never had an issue with the company I use, I've been doing business with them for 6 years now, I've been ordering from Sephora for almost 2 yrs if not. While this year only I've spent more than $2,5k ( you can imagine how many little $150 order packages I've received so far and never had a issue until now) and I can't get my item or my $35 back. PRETTY WILD. Never ordering again. For all international buyers be advise, your entire order can be missing and they take no responsibility even when it's their fault like in this case. STAY AWAY IF YOU'RE INTL BUYER.
I am extremely dissatisfied with Sephora's service. I placed an order and chose to have it shipped to a freight forwarding address.
Unfortunately, the delivery company used,
Veho, abandoned my package on the street in poor conditions, as evidenced by the attached photo. Despite my attempts to contact Veho, I received no response. Sephora's policy does not provide any accommodations for issues with freight forwarding addresses, which has left me with lost products and no resolution.
The lack of accountability from both Sephora and the delivery company is unacceptable. I am now out $150 and have no way to recover my products or get a refund. I would strongly advise against using Sephora's service, especially if you plan to use freight forwarding.
Their customer service has been unhelpful, and the delivery partner they use is unreliable
Sephora's delivery service left much to be desired. My order arrived weeks late, and the products were damaged beyond recognition. Attempts to contact customer service were futile, as they seemed disinterested in resolving the issue. Sephora, if you want to keep customers coming back, you need to improve your shipping reliability.
Sephora is my go-to destination for all things beauty. The store offers a vast selection of makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance products from top brands, as well as exclusive Sephora collections. I appreciate the knowledgeable staff who are always available to offer personalized recommendations and advice. The rewards program offers additional savings and perks for frequent shoppers.
I purchased $161.18 worth of merchandise sometime ago and still have not received it. I contacted Sephora and found out the carrier still has not picked up the package. I asked them to cancel the order and they claimed they are unable to do so. Sephora should NEVER have promotions if they cannot handle the volume. I will Never purchase anything from them again.
Treatment of customers at…
Terrible treatment of customers at Sephora. They reeled me in to make a purchase of products with an offer of a reward and then due to application of a membership code the total came 7 PENNIES under and they didn't send the reward. Unlike other honest sites, nowhere was this highlighted during the checkout, and there is no redress from the company and really poor response from what they laughingly call customer service. Since Feelunique has been bought by Americans the treatment of customers went down the hill, and fast. I will not purchase another item from Sephora, either online or in a physical store.
Worst customer experience, First they send my package to my local Post mail service which forced me to walk in a snow storm to grab my package. Only to find out that they send me an empty box. After contacting their costumer service three time. I was told that a refund or a replacement was not going to be offered to me. Not only did I lost my girlfriend present. I will lost some precious time dealing with them. I will never order from them again and tell everyone the bad experience that I had
Ordered an expensive conditioner, which arrived damaged. Tried to contact customer service through 3 different routes and heard nothing back despite the repeated attempts to contact. It's almost like Sephora don't care once they have your money. But that's OK, I can hold a grudge for a very long time, so will be getting at least £22 of enjoyment out of leaving honest, bad reviews. Don't buy from Sephora, there really are better options out there.
While this website has been absolutely vicious when it comes to ravaging my bank account, I absolutely love shopping here. They have a fantastic selection of mid to premium cosmetics and skincare, and their customer service and return policies are top notch.
On December 30th 2023 I received an email that my package was delivered from sephora., upon checking for my package it was missing, I called Sephora customer service to let them know I didn't receive the package and that I lived in an apartment complex and they need to ring my doorbell which they didn't, the representative was so rude, she told me it's my duty to check with the shipping company to know when when my package is gonna arrive and that she's gonna give me the benefit of the doubt by replacing the item, that was so disrespectful and inappropriate
Answer: There are a ton of great moisturizing and anti-aging products out there to help you. Sephora has so many that your head will spin, but there are also a lot of drugstore alternatives that are rated just as highly (or better) than a lot of higher-end ones. I would do some research online before ever stepping foot into a store like Sephora (trust me - they will bombard you with very expensive things you don't need). Honestly, I really like Ulta as a store better than Sephora because they carry both drugstore, middle-end, and higher-end products. (MUCH better service, too) But before you go anywhere, Google things like "best anti-aging products for mature skin" or things like that. Using multiple products, such as a glycolic toner, a serum, as well as a moisturizer is a good idea. One thing that is FANTASTIC for wrinkles and dark spots is Retin-A, but you have to get a prescription for it and it is harsh on your skin (especially if you're sensitive). It literally kills off your top layer of skin (which leads to a very annoying period of your face peeling for a few weeks), but once you get over the growing pains, your skin is amazing. I was diagnosed with melasma, which is hyperpigmentation of the skin, on my face, so my doctor gave me Retin-A and hydroquinone, which really works at fading dark spots. If you can't afford the Retin-A (mine is over $200 a tube), there are a lot of great OTC products that contain retinol and work well, just not like the Rx version. Neutrogena has a great line of products for dark spots and wrinkles. But like I said, do your research and don't let sales reps push you into really expensive products, because they get a commission, and you may get stuck with a bad product and an empty wallet. Hope this helps!
Answer: This is Sephora's list of current promo codes. They should always be valid - whether you get them to actually give you what they're supposed to is always a gamble. To get a birthday promo, you have to join their Beauty Insiders club. It's free - just go to their website.
Answer: Yes. I have to take Care of my skin in every routine when my acne appears
Answer: Yes! They have a VERY liberal return policy. You can try most products in store, as well. But, if you do buy something that you don't agree with, for any reason, don't worry. They exchange easily. I always use Sephora.com... never have had a problem returning for any reason whatsoever.
Sephora has a rating of 2.8 stars from 530 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Sephora most frequently mention customer service, gift card and next day. Sephora ranks 706th among Cosmetics sites.
