Well for one thing I buy a looooot of makeup (yes I have a problem) and sephora offers so many different brands at so many price points which is great for a lot of shoppers. I have never had any problems ordering items from sephora online and they've always arrived on time, but the items come in such a huge box! Save the trees people! I do like that if an item isn't in Stock online you can check and see if it's in Stock in the stores in your area from the website! The best thing about the online store is definitely the samples! You always get FREE samples with your order and there's always some kind of promotion going on which is handy dandy! I love love love Sephora!

My experience with this company has been horrible and the rude customer service rep. I was never given a credit and now the company wants to change me for the credit. My bank account was charged and also they owe me an outstanding amount.

Sephora is without a doubt, hands down, the best place for anyone that loves makeup! They literally have anything and everything that your heart could ever desire. I honestly cannot get enough of shopping at Sephora. I have been shopping there for years and years and I have never been disappointed with any of my experiences with them.

I bought approximately $4,000 in products. Yes, approx $4,000.
I tried to return 2 products about 2 weeks later and I was told that I cannot return them.
In fact they said I cannot return anything until after 365 days.
Yes, you read that right. I called the # they asked me to call. I was told I cannot escalate the call because there is no one higher than the person I spoke with who by the way barely spoke English. I called again, another similar accent, same story.
Simply awful. I would give them a 0 if I could.

Very unsatisfied with my lost package from Sephora Canada. Canada Post lost yet again my parcel. Sephora won't refund me nor send me another parcel. They only have to do a service bill to get their money back and refund me but no. So I am here without my skincare/makeup with a 250$ bill. Canada Post won't refund me because I am not the one who sent the parcel (obviously). I lost my day on the phone trying to save the situation but no Sephora doesn't care. You have lost a good costumer.

I bought my first tattoo concealer from this company. To this day, I still have some. I can't believe it lasted this long. It covers well. It's smooth and I would buy from here again. I could not find this product anywhere else. I will recommend to others.

This is literally the only one cosmetic store that I've beed using during last years! Easy to use website and huge variety of products (especially which I need). I also like that they start to sell all new things of even new brands, so I can try something new always, not the same things and same brands.

I love Sephora.com even more than I love the store! Sometimes when I go into the actual store, the workers are a little snobby (probably because I look like a high schooler or something). The customer service from the website is awesome =)
Their free shipping can't be beat! It gets to Hawaii so quickly! Which is something I can't say about most places. They also have the best promo codes and their sale selection is great and you can't get most of those things on sale in the store.

There customer service top notch and the fact that I can get anything I want makes it so beautiful. I really didn't have to look elsewhere to get all i wanted and that makes it so convenient. Secondly, the price is relatively good when compared with other shops in the same line

I love Sephora. The delivery is very unprofessional. When you check our. It glorifies the delivery date. 2 day delivery?. Yet still I must wait 4 days. The reason I check out with my items, was because of the delivery date! Let's work on that!

I ordered a bunch of items off the Sephora website and two items were half empty. I emailed and got a computer generated response. I emailed them again and it's been 4 days with no response. They really only care about making money and don't care about the customers.

I ordered three items for christmas gifts from Sephora. I find out almost a week after ordering them that one of the items is out of stock so they cancel my whole order and replace it with a new order of the two remaining items. In that time another of my items goes out of stock so again they replace the order with only one of my items. I don't think I will ever try to order from them again.

I tried to purchase an eGift card for my girlfriend for our 2 year anniversary. They took money out of my bank account but then sent me an email saying they can't process my eGift card purchase. When I called customer support to find out why, I was transferred to another department that told me it was for security reasons but couldn't tell me why. Said I would need to just purchase one at a store. I work 12 hour days. There's a reason why I tried to do it online. So gentleman, fair warning if you try to buy your lovely lady a eGift card. Get ready to deal with unhelpful customer service and inconvenience if you try to go the online route.

I have always received the greatest service in store and online. The staff is very helpful in personal solutions. Efficient in processing and online deliveries. Its just weird to receive one eyeline pencil in a big box and all that bubble rap. LOL

I have shopped at Sephora for many years and for the past several years, have reached their $1000 minimum spend to become a Rouge member. I received the annual Holiday Savings Event coupon and I was listed as a VIB member, not Rouge, therefore getting a 15% discount instead of the Rouge 20% discount. I called and spoke to a customer service representative, who proceeded to tell me that for this discount, you aren't considered "Rouge" unless you have spent $1000 in the first 9 months of this calendar year rather than the stated annual 12 month spend amount. It does not state this policy anywhere on the coupon or their website that I can find. This makes no sense. Your current status appears in your account. I perceive this as an unscrupulous business practice and a way to "cheat" loyal members out of the discount to which they are entitled.

I placed numerous orders with Sephora given that they promised same day or next day delivery. But Sephora uses fleetoptics as their carrier and that company is unreliable. They'll write failed delivery attempt when they didn't make any, write recipient not home, etc. They even once uploaded a picture of someone else's front door to prove they made a bogus attempt. I had to send photo and video of my front door in order to prove that their driver was malicious. Every time I speak to Sephora they make me understand that it's not their issue to contact the carrier. If you're lucky you'll get to chat with them after hours of waiting but over the phone nearly impossible. I informed Sephora and still nothing. I provided pictures, explained the situation and go in details. All to end up with a generic answer from Sephora. I can't even cancel the order. Sephora should hold the carrier responsible for their bad service. Also Sephora should provide its customer with assistance, not premade answer ready before you've even finished explaining the situation. I'll boycott Sephora until they give insurance about the service from their carrier.

Did you know that Sephora has a customer service policy that they can only help you once? After that, any problem you have with your order, it's on you. Sephora lost one of my packages (easily verifiable, given that my building has secure lockers with codes that send notifications to both the receiver and the delivery service), so they re-sent my order. Months later I ordered something else, and came completely broken due to poor packaging. I contacted customer service to see if they could send a replacement, showing them the pictures of the broken item the same day of delivery. They literally responded that "they couldn't help me because they had helped me before". Note the fact that replacing a package that was not delivered by the company they hire is a *favor* to me... unbelievable. After that, chaos. I placed a hold in my bank due to the fact they wouldn't replace or refund the item, Sephora LOST the dispute with my bank and they proceeded to place my account "under review" without telling me, so I couldn't place any online orders. I only found out about this six months later, when placing an order that never arrived (I received a confirmation email and everything). Sephora never told me anything about this, or how to solve it. I had to consistently talk to their customer service, where they told me multiple times they would escalate this and someone would contact me within 24hrs, but nothing happened. Overall, terrible customer service experience, and it's just not worth it. Their customer representatives are incredibly rude and unhelpful, and I won't be shopping here again.
