I ordered flowers on a Saturday morning, and the website promised Same Day delivery.
However, I received an email at 6pm informing me that it was not possible to fulfil my order 'due to limited availability'.
Due to their very late communication, it was too late to organise flowers to be delivered by another supplier.
I will not be using them again.

I cant fault delivery. They were delivered early on the correct day. They were a congratulations gift for my sons girlfriend so I asked them to send a picture when they arrived. (We live exact opposites of the UK) The flowers very very pretty and were as I had ordered but I was deeply disappointed at how few there were. Thought the charge of £2.99 for a gift card was extremely steep. As they state free delivery I honestly thought that there would be more stems for £25 (£27.98 inc card) I know I could of bought the equivalent for about £8 from any supermarket. I should of ordered some with a bottle of fizz from Tesco or Sainsburys and had them delivered thinking about it now. It would of been cheaper. You live and learn. Wont be using the company again.

Last minute order of flowers & little Birthday cake from Australia for UK delivery. Easy to do, and arrived promptly. The photos I have seen look good, flowers look fresh and apparently smell beautiful. Will be interesting to see how long flowers last, they look like good size buds. Recipient very happy so for now, very happy to use again. Good value.

Happy with the dozen roses purchaser for my wife on valentines day. The prices are expensive compared to if I went to my local florist, but as I wanted items delivered to her work I did feel that this was the best value out of all the online flower shops. The product came as described so overall I am happy with Serenata.

I sent some flowers to my daughter at work for her birthday. They arrived on time and she was very happy with them. She told me that they smelt wonderful & sent me a picture of what they looked like. They looked very fresh and just like the picture advertised. I would use them again, however my only criticism is you have to purchase a card to let the recipient know who they are from when as far as I know other companies when you order flowers let you fill out a complimentary small card and put a small message on there. I had already sent a birthday card previously so I didn't see the point in more expense in sending another.

I have filled in the relevant form on line but because I could not get the photos to attach I expect them not to do anything about it. I have used them many times before but unless this is sorted to my satisfaction I will not be using or recommending them again. Marion St Quinton

I ordered two lots of flowers for two of my friends/family. Both arrived in time and both were delighted with them.

However, It appears that Serenata have some homework to do and look at the reasons the unsatisfied customers were left with dismay. Not good reading and one wonders whether I was just fortunate with my orders.

The order process was easy, the look of the Flowers were in line with expectations, price was a little high but ok.

However, although my wife appreciated receiving flowers for Valentines Day she mentioned that 2 of the rose heads were already detached on delivery. Not happy with this level of service and would not order again.

Ordered for a family member, flowers missing, and poor quality. Contacted customer services who sent an email to apologise but believed what was received was fine. Super market flowers are much better quality and value. Customer service refused to help or resolve.

I arranged to have these delivered to my wife and sadly we were disappointed - no more than 3 freesias, very little greenery and the roses were already starting to go over - nothing like the website photo definitely not worth the money spent.

Ordered a bouquet for a friend late one afternoon and they were delivered the following morning, with regular emails to tell me they'd been dispatched, were en route, and had arrived. Bouquet exactly like the photograph. Great value, great service, thank you.

First time of ordering and couldnt be more pleased. Free delivery was a bonus. Will certainly use this service and passed on details to friends. The recipient was well pleased so all in all a win win situation. Thank you very much

I live in Canada. Serenata's website is efficient and easy to use. There is a wide range of selections and options. There delivery was speedy. I would have liked to tell them more about what to do at the door to the apartment complex. However, their website instruction button 'be patient' seems to have conveyed what I wanted to say to their delivery person. My recipient loves the flowers, which is all I can ask! I can highly recommend this company.

I ordered a bouquet late afternoon and they were delivered the next day. The delivery updates were brilliant and my lovely Aunt rang me straight away to say how beautiful the flowers were, she was delighted. Fab service i would highly recommend.

From placing the order and choosing delivery date, I must have received 4 emails, all using a slightly personal, charming wording to update me about the order & delivery. The flowers arrived, on time and were very nice. I would recommend Serenata.

My friend received the peace Lilly and teddy, she loves both and was delighted with the gifts I sent her.
Everything was so easy... choose which bouquet of flowers or plants you'd like to send add an extra gift and card, write a message, then arrange delivery, pay then they're delivered asap SO EASY to do and to make the recipients day.

I ordered flowers to be delivered 2 days prior to a birthday, no a problems. The transaction was quick and simple.
I got a call from the receiver who absolutely loved them.
Reasonably priced too.
Will certainly be using them again and again. Big recommendations to family & Friends.

Purchased Amazonia flowers as they looked more interesting than usual products.
Very disappointed with product, stems were going brown and all flowers were looking "Jaded" and had black marks as if they had been cut too long

Sympathy flowers delivered to wrong address. They even sent me a photo of the front door they had left the flowers at and very clearly the wrong front door. Very little communication and poor service. Lesson learnt... never use Serenata flowers. Ps has anyone noticed Serenata have carefully selected the reviews for their own website. Conveniently you are unable to leave a review directly on the site. Streams of negative reviews and not one added to their site

Very competitive quote for an attractive bouquet. We were kept informed of the delivery progress (to an area not covered by another large, well known, service), and the actual delivery time was confirmed. An immediate call from the delighted recipient was icing on the cake.

Ordered flowers from Australia for delivery in London. Flowers arrived on time and the email updates to advise of the despatch was very much appreciated. The bouquet was delivered as described and I will definitely use SerenataFlowers again.
