Ordered flowers and wine on a Sunday for next day delivery for my mother in law, paid for guaranteed am delivery. Worth every penny, she was over the moon the bouquet is beautiful and well presented. Would definitely use again. Thankyou for saving my bacon:-)

Flowers arrived in perfect condition tho the vase was broken. I contacted support instant refund. Like I had received reply within 2 minutes. However there was no help in receiving a replacement instead. Kinda needed a vase for the flowers to begin with. Otherwise would have had a 5 star rating.

Ordered online, unsure as never heard of the company but my step mum loves the flowers and the delivery confirmation was a excellent idea not offered by other companies.

Ordered flowers/baby gift on Friday delivered Saturday morning and had an email to say they were delivered. Quality of flowers and gift excellent and much cheaper than other online retailers too. Highly recommend them!

I was a tad nervous ordering flowers on Easter Sunday, from New Zealand, to be delivered for a birthday on Easter Tuesday in Reading. However the process was very smooth thanks to the easy to navigate website, plus the immediate order confirmation, along with promises to keep in touch about dispatch and delivery.

I used this company to send my sister some flowers she lives I the north and I'm in the south. I ordered on line the night b4 and she received then the following day. The flowers were exactly as shown in picture and she was delighted as I was. This company are extremely good they give u regular up dates via email every step of the way. Funeral flowers did not arrive in time for the service despite us ordering them for delivery an extra day in advance. No offer of a refund as 'weather was bad' even though bad weather did not start until the evening of our advised delivery day (morning slot). As with the many other bad reviews here they just cited t's and c's.

I ordered some beautiful roses for my wife on a Sunday evening and they were delivered at 9.30am next day so very happy with the quality and ease of ordering. I don't hesitate in telling the world this company is superb!

Sent the "scented sunshine" arrangement to an elderly friend for her birthday. She was thrilled as it contained freesias which are her favourite & sunshine yellow roses. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you.

The flowers looked beautiful on the web site when they arrived for my mums 70th birthday they were such a disappointment. I contacted customer service 5 times and not once was any empathy shown nor a resolution offered. I will never use this company again and would urge you to consider other options before shopping with them.

Ordered what they call a grandissmo or huge in English basket of flowers which says on website 32 stems, only 24 stems and other bits. Not worth 39.99. Customer service rubbish. Told nothing they can do about it. Never again

Delivered of a dozen red roses Thursday 26th October. Flowers looked blown and despite carrying out all the instructions and keeping them cool, now after 2 days they are in very poor condition. This was for our anniversary and am bitterly disappointed with the quality of these flowers. Will not use Serenata again.

Couriers tell lies. State item delivered when it never was. Then we get story of damaged in transit! My wifes birthday surprise ruined. Demanded refund which have been told takes 5 days! Disgusting service! You don't deserve to be in business.

I ordered a bouquet of aquarius flowers and a pink teddy bear for my special friends birthday... the delivery was great. The flowers in the box look fantastic... until we got the flowers out of the box to put them in a vase... what a disappointment... all the petals on the pink roses just fell off all over the floor... I paid £30 for these I never expected that my friend was very disappointed... not saying it to me but I saw it on her face... I will not be ordering again from you...

Ordered flowers for my aunties funeral: they arrived soaked and broken. Serenata offered 25% refund with no replacement. Unbelievable lack of empathy. Fortunately Interflora saved the day (50% more but much nicer flower and not broken). I wouldn't trust Serenata to stick a daffodil up my bum.

Bit anxious as didnt know site at all, but t'was so easy, choices abundant, good prices, 'extras' ( chocolates, vases, etc) galore and arrived so well held together.
ONLY negative is no PayPal.
Highly highly recommend. :)
