Ordered what is described as the 'Love Letter', twenty-four red roses for £39.99 and paid an additional £9.99 for premium guaranteed delivery before 1pm.

What arrived was six tiny pink roses with some other weed-like foliage all squashed up in flat cardboard envelope.

Do not trust this company to deliver what you ordered for a special occasion. Disgusting, despicable service.

First time of using this site, ordered on a Sunday and needed next day; arrived via courier between 5-6pm as informed; I haven't seen them however they are apparently really nice and packaged very well.

Bought a beautiful bouquet at discounted cost for a very dear friend. I've used this site before so knew they would be good but these were exemplary. Never disappointing & are always my first choice & I send a lot of flowers. Fabulous.

I will certainly be using this service again without a doubt. Plenty if communication to let me know when the flowers were out fir delivery and then to say they had been delivered... My friend loved them so I was pleased.

The website is a little over-detailed and could be confusing. Could do with simplification offering not quite so many alternatives

Ordered 4 bunches for my team late Friday evening - all had been delivered by lunchtime the following day - Saturday. Feedback on them was very good, excellent value for money and easy to use web site, will use again

Postal services during peak periods can be dismal if not disappointing due to the large volume of deliveries. But with SerenataFlowers, the guaranteed delivery is most useful especially during critical and time handicapped moments.

From my end as sender a perfect transaction and great communications on delivery time. For my recipient she fed back that the flowers were stunning. All such good value, will definitely use you again. Thank you

Shocking customer service prior to order and when order arrived the recipient actually burst into tears because she felt appalled someone had paid good money for what in her words were "dead garage flowers". Avoid at all costs!

Apparently flowers were left in the conservatory, there isn't one. Contacted customer services but unfortunately they also dont know where the flowers are. Its a mystery. Takes 48 hours for them to investigate meanly the birthday is over, very disappointed, wil just go to tescos from now on and deliver them myself. Useless. I'd give a 0 out of 5

Promised deadlines were kept, quality flowers delivered. Especially I found your website user friendly, after I and several relatives, had spent far too much time with other websites without getting any satisfactory results.

I've used Serenata for my flowers for a few years now and the recipients (various family members) have always been delighted with their bouquets. I'm confident that if I order from them, a great arrangement will arrive on time.

Flowers are slightly limp, nothing of note. Almost looked super old fashioned too.

Having said that, I'm likely to use again for last minute arrangements.

As I was away for Valentines, thought I would order online (for a change) as a surprise for my wife. The flowers arrived on time, however looked nothing like the picture on the web site, 11 short roses and 3 random other flowers (in bud) added to the mix. I complained via there website and was sent an answer that referred to 'outer guard petals'. I responded with a 'if you can't be bothered to take me seriously' email and was then asked to supply more photos when the guard petals have been removed. It would be interesting to find out how many complaints get upheld and refunds provided, I have had 4 further emails waffling about customer service being important to them, but no offer. I'm sure that they hope that we will just get bored and go away.

My daughter-in-law, the recipient, reports prompt delivery on Sunday, in fine condition, and excellent choice of blooms.
Will certainly use in future as another firm's website completely incomprehensible.

I used Serenata to express my sympathy to a close friend whose husband had passed away... got such sensitive and appropriate service. The little personal email reminders are just great... Thank you Serenata

Lovely options, reasonable price... delivered fine and I only ordered the day before. I didn't opt for a card as that was extra so consequently my Mum didn't know who they were from but that actually gave it all an element of surprise!

Easily ordered flowers on the internet for a couple celebrating their Golden wedding anniversary; unfortunately, we were unable to attend the party!
Ecstatic response from the recipients as to the beauty and quality, which appears contrary to some comments below. I've therefore included the branch of Serenata in the title. Perhaps reviews could include such detail at the outset, so customers can differentiate between outlets? I'd certainly use Royston again.

Ordered same day delivery flowers on a Saturday for my daughters surprise engagement.
Found out on Sunday that they were not going to be delivered until Monday, when my daughter is back at work.
Very disappointed and frankly appalled that I had to do the chasing before being told this news. Cancelled the order but still waiting for my refund. Will not use again.

First time I've used Serenata. Really impressed with the communication from the company right through to delivery. I didn't actually see the bouquet that I bought for my Mum but she loved it. Reasonably priced too. Would definitely use again.

I have never bought 'Flowers' on-line before, and I can assure you that I never will again, unless 'Serenata' is my supplier! I placed my order at approx. 23-30 on Tues 8/08, arr. Before 09-00 Thurs 10/08! When I spoke to my Mum (recipient) later that day, she banged on for about 15 mins about how Beautiful & Fresh they were, and went on to describe the packaging, inc. how each had its own water source whilst en-route... in a nutshell, she was made up! ( I should add that she is one fussy old mare). P.S. I apologise for only giving you 5 Stars, but 5,000,000,000... was not a site option.

Does what it says on the tin - picked, ordered and delivered within 2 days, and for a Sunday delivery, to the hour, with email/tracking updates, at reasonable price and as expected. Impressed with the accurate 1 hour estimate (2-3, arrived at 2:35!) delivery time email from the DPD courier, relayed by Serenata - good, linked-up IT. Very happy with printed card, the large helium balloon that popped out the box, the massive mixed-summer flowers basket (wicker) which had £10 discount off rrp, plus the added customer discount. The birthday cake was a bit small, compared to photo/expectation, but think they have changed supplier to prior ones, or ran out, compared to the photo online. Great service, communication and products at reasonable value/discount price. Currently my favoured online supplier of flowers/baskets for gifts - and have tried 3 various online ones.
