This is the first time I have used SerenataFlowers and was most impressed with the quick response both acknowledging my order advising its proposed delivery and then advised it had been delivered. As this was an overseas order I was a little hesitant but it could not have been better. Would highly recommend SerenataFlowers.

Just wonderful. The flowers were for my sister in law and they arrived exactly when you informed me they would. She sent me a photo and they looked wonderful Would definitely recommend this service. Very reasonable price as well and Sunday morning delivery.
I sent expensive flowers to my grieving elderly Dad which contained 4 white Roses. There were no instructions and no food. I contacted them on the same day and they said to use sugar. I contacted them again to say Roses had to be cut off close to head and put in egg cups... still wilted anyway... apparently they are only guaranteed for 3 days. Tesco sell Roses guaranteed for 7 days. They would do nothing to remedy the situation causing alot of distress on a very sad occasion. I had used them many times but they still did nothing... they don't care.
This was the second time I had used Serenata to send flowers, on each occasion the flowers were exactly as ordered, and very much appreciated. I love the idea of there being a 'gift' which keeps on giving after the flowers have finished!
The bunch I ordered looked nothing like the pics on the website. Less than half the flowers shown and mostly filler leaves. Disappointing and will never order from these jokers again. Delivery turn around was quick and on time. So... disappointment was punctual?
I never found the website easy, I ordered flowers to be delivered at a family member funeral for 11.15. They arrived 2 hours late. I was told it was my fault not using the correct delivery? They were told the time of the funeral, if I had made a mistake I think it should of been pick up and notified. This was very important delivery.

Just like to say my friend was over the moon with her flowers, they were beautiful she even sent me a photo of them, can't fault the service, delivered on the date I chose and was kept up to date with my order.
I had happily been using Seranta flowers for some years until today. I tried for one and a half hours to place an order, but their site would not take me to the make page. I contacted their customer services dept which is now on line and heard nothing. Eventually I used a different company and contacted Seranta to inform them. After th is e-mail I eventually received a generic e-mail blaming my device or browser for the problem. I must reiterate that I had placed an order with another company which took a matter of minutes, using the same browser and device. They have a website problem but will not admit it. Unfortunately they have become like many other companies whereby they have no regard for their loyal customers. I am absolutely furious about the way I have been treated after many years of dealing with them.
Whilst the price seemed and online pictures looked good the end product wasn't up to expectations. Most of the roses outer petals were brown and some of the other flowers were missing petals / leaves. The overall content wasn't as anticipated either. I have used this company (SerenataFlowers) before and despite good communication I'm not sure I would again. In addition, despite requesting they be delivered and left at back door as we'd be out they were left on the front doorstep. Fortunately they were still there on our return.
I ordered some flowers for my mum for mothers day and after realising I'd only ordered 11 stems I was worried the bunch would look quite empty.
I tried to ammend my order but unfortunately it was too late. (Their communication regarding this was good)
My mums flowers were delivered to her the next morning and she loved them and after seeing a photo I was happy myself. Despite there only being 11 stems the bunch still looked full and beautiful.
Overall a great service.

I ordered the bouquet on Saturday December 30th and was pleased to see that they could be delivered on the Sunday and at no extra cost. The ordering process was very easy and I was kept informed about the progress of the delivery. I received a delighted phone call from my elderly (86) aunt just after lunch to say how delighted she was. As a largely house bound lady the bouquet brought a ray of sunshine and joy into her life. I have only just had feedback on these from my Sister who received them on her 70th birthday as a surprise from family in Manchester. She lives just outside London.
She didn't want to tell me how poor a display they were as she didn't want to disappoint me knowing I'd paid for them in good faith.
But I explained you needed feedback.
So I feel you must let you know in order not to disappoint other recipients of your goods.

This is the first time I have used this company and it is the last. Order arrived quiet late and flowers passed their best. As I had ordered one of the more expensive arrangements together with chocolates for my daughter, I was upset to hear her comments on how late it was when the flowers arrived and also on their condition. So much for the company guarantee on the life of their flowers as they were binned within a short time of arriving. I will not be using this company again.
I ordered these flowers to arrive the day my mother went home from hospital. I searched specifically for someone who would deliver on A Sunday and I was delighted to find this site. The ordering process was easy and the site was very user friendly. I paid for the largest of the three sizes and although the flowers were pretty they were only a few stems and a lot of greenery. Certainly no bigger than a normal standard arrangement. I wanted to make an impact and delight my mother as I live in Spain and couldn't be there in person. Disappointed definitely. Would I use them again?. At the moment I am not sure.
I wanted to send flowers from Australia to a dear friend in Penzance. I tried Interflora but they had to decline as they don't have a local agent. I found Serenata on line. The flowers were delivered on the specified day and my friend is delighted with the selection. Would not hesitate to use them again.
Ordered flowers for a birthday on the Sunday for the following Thursday. I was informed at every step of the way to the delivery. The recipient said they were beautiful flowers and sent a picture. I would give 5 stars but another birthday is coming up and will see if the service is just as good

I ordered Sympathy Flowers for Saturday 30th September, and paid an extra £9.99 for them to be delivered before 10.30 a.m. However, they were not delivered until 1.13 p.m. and whilst the recipient was pleased, what is the point of paying extra for delivery if this is not carried out. I have written to Serenata directly, but have received no reply.
Very happy with delivery service, thank you very much. However, I was surprised too see that the floral arrangement was not as rich as the photo on the website, had maybe the correct number of plants but they were tiny. Overall happy with service but found it a bit pricey as I thought I paid for something as in the photo. Oh, and the apples were not all red. But thank you x.
Ordered flowers for delivery Xmas eve. Special instructions on order "knock hard". Delivery driver didn't knock at all and just left them on the doorstep. I had to ring my mother to see if anything had been delivered 4hrs after receiving an email saying they were delivered. She went to the door to check and found them which ruined the surprise.
From start to finish I was impressed with the service. Easy ordering, plenty of communication throughout and a quality product delivered as promised. The human touch with the emails makes the difference from being just another order to abit of time and effort to make me feel like a valued customer. Not worth the money at all I wish I had gone to the local garage which would have been better value and had more life in them. I was embarrassed that I had sent these as a gift and went and bought more flowers to make up for this poor bouquet.
