I have used the company several times recently and had been happy with them but on 4th May l ordered flowers same day delivery for my cousins Golden Wedding Anniversary and was sent an email in the afternoon saying they could not deliver them they did not offer an alternative or an alternative delivery day merely l would get a refund in 3 or 4 days leaving to to frantically try and get an alternative delivery l used Interflora they were able to deliver within 2 hours of my online order. Serenata should not offer a same day service if they literally can not deliver - very disappointed

Flowers arrived on the selected date - the only good thing about this order! Flowers arrived wilted, browning, and with petals already falling off on day 1! I paid extra for the deluxe version, £30, and not at all impressed! Around 6 stems when I paid for 15. Unbelievable! Do not use!

I have ordered several times for flowers to be delivered to friends/family in UK. I live in Australia and it is hard to find a decent florist on line. Serenata tick all the boxes every time. This last time was exceptional! It was my sister's 80th birthday so I ordered flowers for a specific delivery time. The day before delivery date I discovered she would be away for a few days. Panic! I messaged Serenata and problem solved, they have delayed delivery until she is back. You can't ask for better service than that - Thank you Serenata, I will let you know what they are like soon. :)

I was very fortunate to se sent a beautiful bunch of flowers from my best friend when i was recently unwell. I loved the care instructions went with them. So impressed when i needed to send flowers i chose serenata flowers rather than interflora or M&S. Great to get update texts

Horrendous.
The flowers weren't fresh and had brown marks all over the petals, not just on the guard leaves as they claim. The foliage had large black spots and insect bites all over it. There were also far fewer flowers than the website photo.
I complained but didn't get anywhere. They're not interested.
Please don't waste your money.

The wrong (cheaper) flowers were delivered so I complained and was given an apology and the correct Flowers which I paid £25 would be sent the next day but the next day the same ones appeared again! Then they started to give me rubbish about flowers blooming! Just a rip off!

Avoid this company at all costs. They don't give a fig after they have taken your money. I received some already dying flowers and after getting in touch and sending photos they just fobbed me off continually saying they will deal with it, or making excuses why they haven't yet responded. They don't even have a telephone number - it has been de-activated I wonder why? They would be so deluged with complaints they wouldn't. Be able to cope, and if they give refunds they would be out of business. Be warned!

Used twice in the last week, fast efficient service, most importantly good blooms.
From order to delivery in less than 24 hours means you are guaranteed next day delivery even if you order the night before.

I live in Thailand my sister lives in the UK.
I stumbled across this site looking for online flowers to send to my sister for her birthday and the service is outstanding they arrived on time and we're exactly like the picture on the website.
I will be using this site again and again thank you serenataflowers for making our birthdays special. We are 2 years and 12 hours apart exactly.

Serenata provide a user friendly online ordering service together with prompt email acknowledgment of the order and tracking notifications. I would certainly recommend on the basis of quality, value for money and good online customer service.

Seranata provide an excellent service, confirming the status of order with wonderful emails. Ordering process is easy and any queries are answered promptly. The flowers and accompanying cards are superb and such a speedy and efficient service. Have used Serenata before and would definitely use again.

Very easy to use process in ordering the flowers and great service for delivery. Kept informed of progress, via email, and confirmation once the flowers had been delivered.
Delivery courier was very nice when delivering too

Hi, as it was my fiances Birthday, I ordered three different flowers, they were amazing.

Delivered on time. Perfect.

However, I had to pay extra charge about £5 for each one of them and they were all going to the same address. Ended up paying nearly £15 for delivery. One of the vase which I bought for about £7 was broken. That had to be put in the bin.

Not taking anything away of you, I appreciate your service and your flowers.

This is an excellent business to send flowers recommend it to every one. I needed a florist in Dumfries to send some flowers to my friend Irene who I hadn't seen for 20 odd years. They delivered them on time and to the right door. Thank you very much I live in Rosyth Fife a fair distance away but nothing was too much trouble for them

Left sending flowers until PM of the day before the big day. All other providers couldnt offer net day delivery at such late notice. Step up Serenata Flowers. Great price and delivered before 9.00 AM. Excellent.

I must admit, I was delighted when these flowers finally delivered.. however I was not impressed that I was unable to select the timing of delivery. This really saddened me as I was sent an email in the 10 o'clock hour to say my flowers were on there way yet they didn't get to the location until after 2pm!
I chose to order from you because you do have a beautiful selection of flowers however I had the same problem with my mums birthday flowers in January 2018. Again they came very late and the choice to select time was chosen after my order had gone through (which is why I kept refreshing my page to make sure that this time I would select a time) which unfortunately was not a choice. Also, despite leaving a preference of "wait patiently" or "knock hard" both delivery choices were dismissed.

The flowers didn't arrive on the date selected even though I gave them three days notice. They put it down to Covid-19 when in fact things were back to normal. The flowers didn't arrive as a bouquet - they were in a box. Plus there were only half the flowers shown in the photo. Furthermore you are unable to contact them by phone only email. I raised a complaint about non delivery via their website and didn't get a response. On Trust Pilot they just said sorry to hear about the delay which was due to Covid-19 - end of! I will never use them again. I suggest you stick to Interflora, M&S or Next.

After days of contact and flowers still not arriving, i was offered a refund or more flowers sent. But was for a friend on a day of a funeral to say thinking about her, so not the same, i asked could they send flowers and i been given a refund as this caused great upset.
Wont use again

By all accounts DPD registered a fair delivery to the hospital. So contacted customer services and arranged alternative address. I then received an e mail saying delivery was successful at Hospital? I then find out the delivery was sent Saturday not Sunday as requested.
The flowers were not a pictured and not very healthy. Will not use again

I ordered flowers, vase and a sympathy card for my friend who lost her father. What was delivered was flowers and chocolates which were left in a box at the side of her bin in her garden! She only found them when she went out to her bin! I was totally disgusted that they could get this order so wrong at a time like this. They should be more cautious about the order when it's a sympathy or a funeral order! I was so upset about it!

Unless the recipient informs you direct there is no confirmation that they had been received!
I sent my daughter (whom I had not communicated with for several years) some flowers and gifts for her new born.
I had confirmation from Serenata that they had been delivered, but not if they had been actually presented to my daughter.
For all I know they could have been left in a garden shed or with a neighbour!
It would have been nice to know if the goods had been received and not just delivered.
Service has been excellent in the past, but those recipients have always contacted me to voice there appreciation.
Unfortunately I cannot comment on the last order as I have had no response from my daughter sadly.

I processed an order and made mistakes on it so i cancelled that order and have askedTHREE times for confirmation of the cancellation so that I could order again. No notification has been received therefore i cannot re-order.

Not impressed with your administration set up, therefore I cannot comment on condition or freshness of your flowers which, I am sure would be lovely.

Very surprised to see negative comments about this company. My experience has been excellent.
Good and timely communication about the order and delivery. Notification of delivery was emailed to me only 20 minutes after the flowers were actually delivered, so I was reassured the gift had arrived.
The flowers were beautiful and as described.
I will use this company again.

I have booked flowers for my friend on Sunday to request delivery for Tuesday because they where celebrating wedding anniversary. Enough time to make arrangements to make sure that you will deliver custome service as promised. I was shocked when I called to say "happy anniversary, did you like the flower i have send"my friends answer was what flowers. She got her flowers next day left at neighbours.
