1st time used, Easy website, liked the prices and extras, ordered in the evening and delivered next day as requested.My nephew and niece loved them, although I doubt their 2 day old son took much notice. Will certainly use again

33rd Wedding Anniversary Gift let down because some of the flowers were damaged inside the box. Your packaging needs revising, or your courier replacing.
They were within a whisker of arriving late.

I brought flowers from you online for a friend. She tells me 6 days later half of them was dead on arrival I asked her why didn't you tell me she said she didn't want to sound ungrateful. I'm gutted as they wasn't cheap. Never again would I buy from you.

So disappointed that the flowers arrived without gift card.
Used the service as I live outside the uk and I was unable to deliver a personal bouquet on my daughter's birthday. She had no knowledge of who the boquet was from. Totally lost the impact of my surprise

It was my mother-in-laws birthday and with me being in Australia and her being in Wales it is difficult to ensure gifts get to her in a timely manner.
SerenataFlowers arranged, delivered, alerted me and kept in contact during the entire engagement of their service. Best of all, my mother-in-law loved her present and got it ON her birthday.
Thank you to all the staff (admin, florist, delivery). You are fantastic at what you do.

The flowers arrived after my mothers funeral which obviously was a difficult emotional day, this caused more upset. I ordered the flowers a week before the funeral giving the time and date, so plenty of time for the flowers to arrive for the funeral. The funeral director kindly sent me a photograph of the flowers which were nothing like the one on the web site. I am very disappointed and will not use this service again

I was asked to arrange a delivery of flowers and champagne last minute on Friday evening for delivery on Saturday. The website is simple and straight forward and I received my confirmation of booking straight away. The notifications for dispatch and delivery were great. The feedback from the recipient was excellent, 'best flowers they had received so far'. All in all will definitely use Serenata Flowers and recommend to others.

I received the flowers as a thank you gift and had to tell lies about how lovely they were. Awful, nearly dead, only lasted a few days and were mostly green thistle looking things and few flowers. I can't complain to Serenata because I wasn't their customer, if they do give me a refund as a result of my complaint (and going by other reviews on this site and others, that seems most unlikely) the person who bought the flowers will get the money and then know that I complained. A really shabby place to be, shabby flowers and shabby company.
Its so sad that others will waste their money unless they take the trouble to do their research - it should be somehow stopped but i don't know how it ever will be.

I was ordering from Canada to our relative in London. The order website was easy to use and displayed lots of choices. Ordering was easy. Serenata kept me updated by email as to the status of my order. My relative said the flowers were beautiful and I thought the price was reasonable. Can't ask for much more than that! Good job.

As usual, you have not let me down with the orders I have given to you and flowers have always arrived fresh.
I did make one mistake by not jotting down the code to allow me a £10 discount so lost out this time around.

I've used Serenata before and the recipients were happy with the flowers.
On this occasion I placed the order on the Tuesday and they were delivered the next day. My friend said they were fresh looking. The only small gripe I have is that I asked for them to be left with a neighbour but they were left in my friend's porch instead.

I had not used Serenata Flowers and found them online. They were able to deliver on the same day through their agent in Italy which was essential because the funeral was the next day. The flowers received compliments from the recipient. Their prices were competitive.

This was my first experience with SerenataFlowers and I found the start to finish process very positive. The communication from them was excellent, the delivery was as promised, and the flowers were beautiful and put a smile on the face of the recipient. Mission accomplished!

I sent my Mam flowers for her birthday and she was thrilled with them. She said in all the years iv been sending her flowers they were the best she has ever had. Thank you Serenata for your wonderful service and quality of your flowers.

This arrangement was for a Diamond Wedding Anniversary so had to be good, especially as Serenata flowers had been recommended! Was told the flowers were hand tied and were beautiful. I've seen a photo. I was also pleased with the delivery info i was given.

I ordered flowers for a funeral. Paid extra for next day delivery. I dont know where they left them as they were not there when i attended the funeral. Everyone elses (from different company's) were there. Maybe they have never delivered to a crematorium, before.

When my wife received the flowers the sunflowers which was the main reason I order them because they are her favourite flower We're half dead. I took them out the next day because they looked awful.
Will go back to using prestige flower next time.

Bouquet sent as consolation on bereavement. Good communication and delivery. Thank you as always. The recipients were very appreciative, especially as the flowers had coincidentally been amongst the deceased's favourites.

Delivered on time and taking advantage of the free delivery meant I could order a bigger bouquet. I did not see the flowers but the recipient called to say thank you. I hope they were lovely, because they were in recognition of a lovely deed.

Flowers arrived at 5pm, and were thrown on the side. The bunch that arrived was poor quality and small, they did not look like the bunch in the picture, petals had already started to fall off! You are better off getting a bunch from Morrisons!

Have asked for a refund, and will not be ordering from here again! Once was enough!

Excellent service and prices and delivery options too. I was updated when the delivery was taking place and at what time they would be delivered and to make things better the delivery was free also. I like the vouchers you get to send friends and keep yourself also. My Mum was very happy it seems with the flowers.

Ordered flowers for a funeral that I was unable to attend however, the feedback was very positive. I also found the order process very straightforward and was kept informed of progress with regards to my order as well as confirmation of delivery which was very reassuring as I did have reservations about placing an order online.

Bought 24 red roses for my dad to give mum on 60th wedding anniversary ad he cannot get out due to ill health
One fell to pieces straight away a couple of others had black spots on. As I did not have pic I couldn't prove it. Reply was they go through numerous inspections before being sent. Which clearly they don't. Fast delivery but would not buy from this company again.

I ordered some lovely flowers about 7:45pm on a Monday night, by 12pm the following day they were delivered to my girlfriends door and I have a very happy girlfriend.

Flowers ordered for the much awaited arrival of first grandchild, so I wanted them to be special. Some of the stems were broken and rotten and the flowers were of the quality that I would expect to pick up from my local garage. On the plus side the company agreed to refunded my money very quickly

Birthday bouquet for my wifes 50 th absolutely lovely flowers, really please only down side is no card inside so she didnt have a clue who they were from. Which was disappointing for her and me as she had 3 other bouquets delivered and could contact them to say thank you. Are we put off? Maybe a little
