The person I sent them to was delighted with the flowers and also the lovely instructions on the card.
This is not the first time I have used this company and it will not be the last - outstanding quality and service.
Ordered huge birthday arrangement - what arrived was 4 roses, a number of tiny blooms and lots of green foilage. I was embarrassed and mortified to have paid £45+ for equivalent of roadside flowers. Over half died within less than 48hrs, when I complained I was told to send photos. Although sent was told not received and nothing they could do as it was now the morning of day 4 not within 3 days. Shocked by poor customer service as have been ordering from Serenata for yrs. Will not be doing so again - do not waste your money!
Second time I've used Serenata - the administration side of things is certainly very good and I had no problems, including getting a discount as a repeat customer and amending the delivery date when I realised Mothers Day was a week earlier than usual... I haven't actually seen the flowers on either occasion so can't really comment on that side of things.
I have had a very poor response from serenata flowers it my sister in laws 40 th birthday, I ordered flowers they said they had delivered them 3 times but she received nothing. I contacted serenata flowers it was like they didn't want to know and wouldn't refund me I will never use them again or recommend them.
I live in the US and felt nervous about sending flowers overseas, but I was very pleased with how everything turned out. They were able to find the recipient based only on her name and the name of the hospital, they delivered them the day they said they were going to, and I received emails both when the flowers went out for delivery and after they'd been delivered. It gave me peace of mind to know they had been delivered safely, and I didn't have to spoil the surprise by asking anxiously if they had arrived. The recipient was pleased and so was I!
This is the second time this year I have had flowers delivered as a surprise for my mum. She was amazed with the colour of the flowers and couldn't believe they were real! I will be using Serenata again next year
My friend of 22 years, facing her first Xmas without her husband, was so pleased with the flowers that she phoned me to say how beautiful the flowers that were left on her doorstep, as per my instructions, were and how cheered she felt on coming home to them.
Last Valentine's Day arranged for Delivery of flowers but website said it couldn't be guaranteed due to the date, However they arrived on Valentiens day as hoped and before midday. My Girlfiend had no idea and she loved the flowers I got her and the little note that came with it. The presentation was also very professional and surpassed my expectations. She says she'll be disappointed if she doesn't see them again next year. We'll played Serenata, we'll played.
Very very poor service. Will not be using them again. I wanted the flowers sent today as my friend had just got back from having an operation. They say they could not gain access to her road. Unbelievable. I am so angry I will not be using them again
Beautiful flowers ordered for my daughters birthday at 8am and she had received them at work by 1pm excellent service. The lady who delivered them went out of her way to ensure she found my daughters office which apparently is not easily found in a large busy hospital. Will definitely recommend and use again
I purchased some flowers Thursday night ready to be delivered Friday. I was pleased with the quick turn around. I spent about £25 which I expected a decent bunch of flowers for money. Granted the flowers were nice but were not very big. I don't think it was particularly value for money. I am not sure if it is the heat, but also the flowers haven't lasted long.
After ordering from Serenta for many years now. I was disgusted at the way my Mum and Dads plants arrived. They were supposed to be in a basked, but when it arrived, it was as if someone had shaken the box. When it was opened the basket, plants and soil were all over the inside of the box. Serenta did rectify the problem the next day. That is the reason I only gave one star.
I hope this hasn't happened to many other people.

I ordered the flowers for my Wife's funereal the day before, and they arrived on time, I think the company are excellent, and the flowers were everything my wife would have loved. Once again a very good job done.

I ordered flowers, chocolates and a card for my Mums birthday. Serenata kept me up to date when they were out for delivery and when they were delivered. My Mum was happy with quality and the service is excellent.
Informed of morning of scheduled delivery that order could not be fulfilled due to "technical issue" - bit of a let down with no offer of recompense other than option to cancel order with refund. Unimpressed to say the least.
Bad experience with funeral flowers ordered. On expected delivery date, in the evening received an automated email of a 'delivery failure'. Evidently tried to deliver after funeral directors had closed. I was told because I hadn't chosen to pay extra for timed delivery, then basically wasn't their fault. After several emails protesting asking for a little empathy, they did manage to sort it the next morning, but I was not impressed with either their customer service or flowers.
I live in Australia and have used this site before to send flowers/plants/gifts to family in the UK. The prices are very reasonable, quality of plants is very good and the service is excellent. I received emails confirming my order had been received, then more advising the item had left their store and giving an estimate of the time they would be delivered, then more emails confirming the plants etc had been delivered. My family who received the plants etc always say how great they are.
Very Very disappointed, the quality of the flowers delivered was extremely poor, some of the flowers had already started to turn brown up on delivery. And with in 2 days a good majority were already dyeing off or had gone limp, then with in a week all but one flower had to be thrown away, my wife who i bought these for for her birthday was extremely disappointed as was I...
Flowers did not arrive on the day and they are now supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I am very disappointed about this I wonder if I had not rang up to find out why they had not arrived would they have picked up on it. I won't be using them again one very disappointed customer.
Very happy with this service. Arrived just when ordered, beautiful flowers. Would definitely use Serenata Flowers again. Very pleased with the services, and especially liked being kept up to date with the despatch and delivery aspect.
Advertise next day delivery. After chasing a van courier visited to tell recipients that their surprise had been ruined by a bottle of port breaking so they wouldn't be getting it. After web complaint it was delivered but 5 days late and not a surprise. The bottle was Vignes d'oc Pays d'oc not port. The web site asks me to get a photograph. |A simple gift to a seriously sick lady has turned into a nightmare. The complaints process is nonsense. I didn't want hard work I just wanted to cheer a grievously sick lady up a bit.

If you want to send flowers use someone local not someone in Malta. Do not believe grandiose claims.
