I swapped to Serenata flowers after a bad experience with another on-line florist. I am really impressed with the quality of flowers, value for money and service quality. I buy flowers for my mum ecery month and have found that ordering on line is really quick easy and its great to get a delivery notification by email when they have arrived. Mum is really impressed with the flowers and they always stay looking beautiful for around 10 days.

I have placed two order with Serenata Flowers and been the recipient of one, every bouquet has been simply stunning and lasted for many days. The colours, the quality of the flowers and the packaging were all first class. I will not use anyone else for flowers from now on, well done Serenata Flowers x

I ordered these flowers to be delivered for a friends birthday on Sat asking them to leave on step if no one in.
They didn't leave on step took back to depot.
They left a card, my friend called the number, the woman who answered said she didn't work for you anymore, but would get a message to the driver to leave in porch(Very Odd)
They finally arrived at 7.15pm tonight.
Flowers are a bit tired looking as I can imagine after 48hours.
I will never use this service again.
What a mess.
A refund or a new bunch delivered would of been nice.

I ordered the flowers for my sister who was feeling a bit down & she was absolutely thrilled with the flowers. Ive seen a photo of them & they look lovely. Delivered exactly when I requested & I was kept fully updated. Many thanks.

Have used serenta for the first time this week and sent flowers to different household i was very pleased to be told from both parties that their flowers were outstanding in fact one of my friends told me she has received many flowers over the years but never any as beautiful as this so no brainer i will certainly be using serenta again.

I ordered two different bouquets for the same house. Instead two of the same bouquets were delivered... BUT they were delivered to the wrong house. I gave the house number 26 and for some reason the delivery person dropped them off at house 22. Why? It's a good thing everyone knows everyone on that block. Still upsetting that the right order didn't go out. Would not use them ever again.

I ordered flowers on line from Crete to be delivered to Fleetwood. They were delivered at the requested time and the recipient was so pleased with the flowers that she contacted me, to thank me and to say how lovely the flowers were, the same day. I have not used SerenataFlowers before but have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I was very pleased with my choice.

Ordered the evening before I wanted the flowers delivered. It was quick and easy and the flowers got delivered early afternoon without any problems. I had email updates along the way so knew what was happening. Would definitely order again and recommend to others!

Terrible customer experience. I was advised at 7pm on Sunday night that my flowers for Mother's Day would not be delivered. Not able to talk to anyone in person, only online. Offered me a pitiful 15% discount after I complained a number of times yet said they would not be able to contact me by phone as they are an ecommerce company. No personal service, nobody taking responsibility, no sense of importance of getting the flowers delivered on this important day. I had to cancel the redelivery in the end as I had no confidence at all, and arrange another delivery from a genuine local florist which Serenata are not. Unacceptable service, and the online support just makes the situation so much worse

Have usually had lovely flowers. Ordered 2 rose baskets for MIL and my mum for mothers day. Neither of the baskets were delivered in expected way ie doorbell. They were both just found on the step! My mums basket looked flung together, obvious 3 pot of roses, squashed in a basket with bit of spagnum moss and no soil between pots didn't look fresh and very dry. Had to repot and fill in compost. Haven't seen MIL basket to comment. Not as expected, disappointed.

I have to leave a minimum of 100 characters? That's more work than I was anticipating.
Does anyone else get slightly put out by needy companies wanting constant reassurance about how wonderful they are? I expect good service as a bare minimum, it's what I pay my money... If the company is rubbish, that's where I want to leave my review, and it won't be a good one.

Flowers were delivered on the day and as requested. Regular delivery updates which were helpful. Improvements can be made to allow customers to track the actual delivery driver as at one point I basically had to stall the missus so she wouldn't miss them!

I misclicked and put the wrong delivery date for the order. I realised this immediately however I was unable to change the date via their website. I emailed customer services within 5 minutes who were unhelpful until my 3rd email. I have been refused any money back or additional flowers. I feel it is a very poor online service where you cannot change the date of the flower delivery 5 minutes after ordering. I will not use them again.

Ordered flowers for delivery to local hospital. Flowers were refused by hospital. If this is guidelines I would have expected this florist to know this and ask for alternative address before refusal.
When asked if delivery could be delayed till patient came home I was told that they could not guarantee flowers would last. Disappointed that consideration was not given to this request. When flowers were delivered three days later they were tired, still in box dated three days previous and I was then sent an email to say they had been delivered to hospital which was again incorrect.

I had birthday flowers delivered with dry and dead foliage and squashed flowers, after giving them the feedback Serenata flowers just kept telling me to follow the care instructions and contact them again after allowing the flowers to bloom, not sure how dead plants can bloom again... AVOID, bad customer service.

My daughter in law had flowers delivered to me for Mothers Day by Wednesday they are dying she payed £24.99 so feel this is unexpceptable I don't want to tell her because I know she will be upset but needed to get this of my chest as I do believe in good value for money and this was not

Used Serenata a couple of times now and they are brilliant - arrived when I requested them and flowers are lovely. I had to get in touch once as I had made an error with the order and Serenata dealt with it straightaway without any hassle. Will always use Serenata when I need to send flowers xx Thank you xx

Although there was 24 hours delay due to adverse snowy weather conditions (Probably couldn't get hold of the flowers due to flight cancellations in North Scotland I presumed) the flowers were delivered the day after that. Due to the long distance away, I haven't seen them myself but was telephoned to say that they were beautiful and lovely and fresh. Very happy.

I thought yhe service was good and the site easy to use, I was slightly disappointed when my friend sent photos of the flowers on the day they were delivered, the roses already had Brown outer leaves and were well opened. The website states that the flowers would be in bud. I felt the roses looked already past their best.

Thank you Serenata Flowers for the great looking flowers you delivered in time for the birthday of my friend in London. Ordered them Dec 29, to be delivered Dec 31, and it was delivered on time! I would definitely order from you guys again. Good job!

Ordered flowers for my elderly sister moving from Scotland to Droithwich flowers were left on someone else veranda which they returned to delivery company could they not try someone else in block even the caretaker and if you want them delivered again you have to pay so no flowers for my sister wont use again oh the company did offer 50% off

SerenataFlowers was recommended to me so the first time I had bought from them. What lovely customer friendly people they are. I had omitted something from my message to go with the flowers and I emailed them. They amended this immediately and let me know straightaway. I understand from my son that the flowers are lovely. So thank you SerenataFlowers, I will be coming back to you.

Saw the picture of a blue orchid bouquet and knew my girlfriend would like them, but the picture doesn't do the flowers justice. They are absolutely stunning, and she Loved them.
Will definitely be using Serenta again.
