1st time used, Easy website, liked the prices and extras, ordered in the evening and delivered next day as requested.My nephew and niece loved them, although I doubt their 2 day old son took much notice. Will certainly use again

Ordered the flowers to be delivered to my wife's place of work. The flowers were for our anniversary. She finished work at 3 in the afternoon and the flowers got delivered around half past 3 my plans got completely ruined as I could have done with them being delivered while she was at work. Poor delivery service.

Such a lovely website and easy to use. Lots of choice. Ordered flowers and chocolates on Sunday and they were delivered on the Monday morning. Recipient was delighted and said the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Wont use anyone else going forward.

I ordered the flowers for someone whose husband had recently died. I did not see the bouquet myself, but the recipient was delighted with it and it seemed to be exactly what I had ordered. I will use this company again.

The flowers were delivered first thing in the morning and my daughter was delighted with them, Sent me a picture and they looked lovely. Will have no hesitation to use Serenata Flowers again and have included them in my contacts list.

Do not use this company. Mothers Day flowers were ordered well in advance, for my 70 year old mother, the flowers never delivered (despite Serenata claiming that they were delivered at 22:40pm on Mothers Day.) Seriously? Even if they flowers were delivered, which they were not, how can any company rate that as delivery on Mothers Day? I have put in formal complaints, but I have this feeling I won't get my money back. Avoid them - nothing worse than ordering services or goods that dont turn up.

Received flowers on my birthday as arranged by my son. Unfortunately, they were left on my doorstep in the rain. Anyone could have walked off with them. However, once I opened the box the flowers were looking wilted and the card was damp. I arranged them into a vase but the following morning some of the spray chrysanthemums, mainly the pink ones were drooping. The roses were beautiful but even the alstromeria didn't look good. I was so disappointed. I've received a lot of flowers over the years but have to confess these were the worst. Ann W

Never had a straight forward procedure with them they are so unhelpful! I ordered a month in advance and was last on the list to be delivered that day meaning the person wasnt in so the order was left on her door step for anyone to take and they had cheek to email me saying they were delivered to my friend Who they wer for! Wont be ordering again theyr a joke!

I was very happy with the flowers from serenataflowers even thou they were not mine they was for my sister but I arrived not long after they was delivered to her it was a Thank you for being there for me after losing my husband 10 months ago

Flowers were nice and delivered on time, thought I'd buy the expensive ones for my fiancé's birthday but they didn't last 3 days so nearly £70 for your best bunch and probably would off been better off with the cheap ones of I knew they wasn't going to last that long.

I ordered flowers to arrive Thursday 7th Sept for a funeral on Friday 8tb. Details of funeral etc given. However, received message to say flowers would be delivered weds 6th. Tried 3 times to email the mistake but each email reply was we can't see your comment, then we will pass it to appropriate dept.
Couple of hours later I was advised the flowers were on the way. Customer service and communication is appalling. First time used and I'm afraid the last time. Still not received a reply to my email which was being sent to appropriate dept.

I ordered a bereavement flower from Serenata for the first time. I was so impressed with the level of service I got from the moment I clicked the order button till they delivered the follower to the beneficiary. Their communication is fantastic. Simple, easy to follow and correctly/sympathetically worded, as if their on the shoes of the customer. The beneficiary also texted upon recieving the flowers to let me know how pleased she was with the flowers.

The site was easy to use and flowers reasonably priced. However the flowers which were sent were totally different to what I ordered. If the ones I ordered were out of stock it would have been nice to ask which ones I wanted to send instead. Recipient was happy with the ones she received so no great problem.

I tried to send a card with these flowers but the website did not want to accept it!
My son and daughter in law said they liked the flowers but the photo they sent of them did not look as good as the ones on the website.So a bit disappointed.

A very fast and efficient service, thank you. I needed a 'get well' at short notice and the flowers were delivered on the next day, a Sunday! The flowers were lovely and the recipient was very happy to receive them. (I also found the messages to let me know they were being 'chauffeured' quite entertaining.) Excellent service.

The delivery was punctual and reached its destination (in a hospital ward - a challenging delivery) without a problem. Excellent service and reassuring communication. However, I did not see the flowers, as they were meant for a friend of mine who was in that hospital. She said that she was very pleased with the flowers.

I tried to send flowers to New Zealand - they never arrived. I was told that the address I gave was wrong I had no difficulty in finding the house when we visited in October. Had the florist not been able to gain access they could have left a delivery note in the post box but they did not. They added a line to the address I gave them - perhaps that was the problem - but they have now refused to give me a refund. I shall never use them again

Was meant to get delivered on same day but just delivered them when they wanted to then when they did come the courier decided to put them in the bin outside where all rubbish goes as the person receiving them was not in very poor service given the money paid

Fantastic, I ordered flowers with chocolates and a balloon for mothers day, my mum was very happy when she recived the gifts which were delivered on time as scheduled and she said they were beutiful flowers! Great service and will order from here again in the future!

I ordered a medium basket of flowers to be delivered to my mother in law for her birthday. The website was easy to use and plenty of choices. The email correspondence was good and kept me fully informed of my order and delivery.
The bouquet was not as large as I had imagined and some of the flowers were looking a little bit tired. So, on the whole I was pleased with the service but not so happy with the end product.

Delighted that I was able to arrange Birthday flowers to be delivered on a Sunday, free of charge. Friend was really pleased with the quality of the flowers, in addition to my thoughtfulness! I liked the emails to advise of delivery, this was re-assuring. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

I ordered this bouquet from here in New Zealand for my Aunt's 90th birthday in the UK. The flowers were delivered promptly on New Years Eve (which was a Sunday) and she said they were beautiful and fresh. My first order with you so thank you Serenata. I'll definitely use you again

Never have I received such poor, poor flowers! Supermarkets wouldn't display them, they are dead! I would never tell my friend who sent them to me as I wouldn't be so rude. I'm sure that they trade on this. In this time when we can't mix, they must be making a killing. Do not trade with them!

I ordered a basket of flowers for my Auntie's funeral. They arrived on time at the funeral directors. The flowers were of good quality and the card was hand written, which was a nice touch. Would use again.

Easy to order, great variety of the flowers. I was ordering flowers from Russia for my friends. I had no problems at all! Besides the delivery was on time!

Amazing service and delivery! I put the wrong address in and wanted to change it straight away, they replied within the hour and then the flowers were sent and delivered the following day!
Would definitely recommend to everyone!
