Ordered an exotic display for Mothers Day. Arrived as booked on the Saturday, dead by Monday. I took 2 photos and they agreed to send another identical bouquet. These arrived on the Thursday as booked, dying by Saturday.

Recipient very pleased with flowers and told me they were lovely
I was impressed with the fact that I was kept in touch as to when they were delivered

A dozen red roses for my partner to be delivered on her birthday. Arrived a day late and turned out to be a completley different bunch of flowers. Should have just used intaflora.

This is the second time they have ruined an order. First time was my mums birthday why oh why did i use them again?

Flowers ordered for delivery on a specific date. Didn't arrive. Recipient was only at the property until the specific date and then away for weeks thereafter.

Clowns delivered them at a later date to a neighbouring property, despite me specifically selecting the ‘do not deliver to neighbour' option.

Now they refuse to have the courier collect and return the flowers to them.

Recipient is now miles away in another city and cannot retrieve the delivery.

I am out of pocket for over £40 for something the recipient will never receive.

Whole bunch of excuses from them but refusing to refund.

Making a claim through my credit card company.

Absolutely DO NOT order from these liars and cheats.

The service was excellent, my Sister was very pleased with them. As she is in a hospice a long way off I have not seen them. So I will have to take her word for it. Thank you for the excellent service. Janet.

I ordered the flowers for my mum's 89th birthday. Unfortunately when she went to arrange the flowers, she found that she had 4 white roses (which have already turned brown), 3 disheartening and 16 sprays of greenery. She has been left upset and quite disappointed. I feel that for the money that I paid that this was an extremely poor bouquet of flowers and this left my mum feeling uncomfortable to have to speak to Melbourne poor quality. I would very much appreciate your feedback. Jacqueline Hughes

I sent these to my best friend who has been feeling quite low. She was delighted with them and sent me a picture, they were lovely.

Ordered flowers to say thank you to my sister. Ordering online was easy and they arrived as promised the next day. My sister was delighted with them and sent me a picture. They looked lovely and just like the photo on the website.

First time of using this company. I didnt get to see my order, but my sister said the flowers were beautiful, and the chocs lovely wrapped, and delicious.
Arrived on perfect timing as stipulated. Would reccomend to friends.

Very disappointed with this company. They said delivery was refused when the recipient was in and then did not deliver to my alternative address. Then offered to resend them if I paid even more money. My nan didn't get her 80th birthday flowers and the personal at customer service basically said I gave the wrong address. Will use a local florist in future.

Not happy the flowers WHEN they arrived(8.30pm), for my elderly aunts 90th birthday, were just not what we expected.The bouquet was mostly full of white carnations not very colourful to brighten up her day! Sadly she suffers from pancreatic cancer and remarkably held on to celebrate her 90th so when they did arrive she was in bed sleeping. Very angry!

The flowers arrived safely and my friend is delighted with them. She says they have a lovely scent which they can smell when entered no the room. I thought I ordered carnations which dont normally have scent. However as long as the bouquet arrived and my friend is pleased that is all that matters. Thank you.

I sent a complaint last monday for the flowers I sent on saturday, there were very poor and most of them old. Noone has replied so far, I am very disspointed with your services and customer services. At least they could reply to my request, the whole surprise was spoilled

Thankyou, your beautiful bouquet really made my mum's day. She lost my Dad earlier this year and the flowers were to celebrate what would have been their 60th wedding anniversary. They arrived shortly after her return from the crematorium and really gave her a lift. I live in Scotland and my Mum lives in Dartford, so I'm really pleased that i have found Serenta Flowers, I will certainly use you again.

I am very impressed by the communication about the order I placed for my mother, advising me of stages of preparation and finally of delivery. This take a lot of worry out of the process.
Furthermore, the plant was a great success. My mother commented on the many, many buds on the plant and the lovely basket it came in.
Price was reasonable too.
I will certainly recommend this company to others and use it again myself.

First time I've used Serenata Flowers, I did'nt see the flowers personally, but the recipient was so thrilled with them. The bouquet arrived promptly at midday and I received an email at 12.30pm to say they had been delivered. The delivery person was very polite, and they arrived in excellent condition, a lovely colourful surprise, to say thankyou to a very special person, for their kindness and help. I definitely recommend Serenata flowers and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I cant fault Serenta. Their delivery is always on time and the flowers or gifts arrive fresh and tidy. The communication is great with regular updates of their dispatch and arrival. You dont always want to send a message to the receiver did you get the flowers? So with the text and email info, you know they have been delivered. Im a regular flower shopper and have found everything with Serenta very satisfactory so far

Most disappointed that Birthday flowers ordered in plenty of time failed to be delivered on the requested day and that I was not notified until 5pm on the day, too late for me to make alternative arrangements. Although the flowers were in good condition when finally delivered the following day, I would find it hard to recommend this service,
