1st time used, Easy website, liked the prices and extras, ordered in the evening and delivered next day as requested.My nephew and niece loved them, although I doubt their 2 day old son took much notice. Will certainly use again

I ordered flowers for a special occasion
Despite receiving a confirmation email that they were in the process of being delivered on the special day, the flowers were delivered a day late
When finally delivered the flowers were left outside the delivery address (no effort made to ring the doorbell), vase was broken, the quality of the flowers was v. poor
Would recommend never using them again

I used Serenata Flowers for the first time. The service was brilliant - easy to use website, great detail on flowers and delivered promptly. My receipient was very pleased with the flowers and has stated she will also use them in the future. A great service and great value for money - but most of all - blooming wonderful blooms!

Extremely pleased with the whole experience, from ordering to the flowers being delivered, I was kept informed of when the order was received, dispatched, and when the flowers were delivered, they were just as advertised in the picture. In fact I'm just about to place another order. Really pleased.

We are English and we live in France. We wanted to send some flowers to a friend of ours for her 90th Birthday, which was on New Years Eve, a Sunday and we had difficulty finding a company that would deliver to her address on that day. She tells us that the flowers were delivered on time and they were beautiful. Delivery was free and we are very pleased. We looked at lots of different firms and Serenata Flowers gave us good value for our money, deliver free and deliver on Sundays, which is exactly what we wanted. Good Work! Well Done.

The flowers were for the Client for a building project I had recently completed. I opted and paid for the "same day" option, which would have been perfect.
The flowers arrived the following day after the Client had left site.
I should have gone for the refund option but chanced it on them arriving in time.
I had not tried serenta before and certainly will NOT use them again due to making promises they cannot keep. Use Interflora instead - you can depend on them.

I spent a lot of money on flowers and a helium balloon for my partners 50th birthday which were being delivered to her place of work. The delivery time is was given was too late and my partner had already left work when the flowers arrived. I was very disappointed after spending so much money and these were for a very special occasion. I had to drive to her works place and pick these up which when I did get them were in a poor condition anyway. The box was damaged and had been taped up with dpd delivery tape and the flowers were not in the best condition either. The white roses had browning to the ends of the petals. All in all a very disappointing purchase and I would certainly not use this company again.

I had high hopes when I looked at your website.
But the flowers my aunt received were no where near as good as the bouquet I had picked on your web site. There was surpose to be 19 stems & there was only 14 & far to much foliage.
Such a shame because ordering & my aunt receiving on time was all good.

My step mother absolutely adored the flowers in the basket. She said the colours were beautifully chosen. Even my dad commented on the colours!
Just one niggle, during the purchase I was asked what to write on the card. I assumed the card meant the little card with the flowers. However, I was charged for a large card. I was told by my sister (I havent seen them) the card they received was cheap and had a big tear in the corner. I little downer on my gift.

The flowers we received for the funeral were very nice, however the card which came with the flowers was very bad quality for £2.99 and not suitable for that occasion. I contacted the customer service and they sent us refund for the card straight away.

Ordered flowers for my friend to cheer her up as she was unwell, they were delivered the next day and she was delighted with them. Thankyou for helping me to cheer up my friend. Very efficient and would recommend.

I tracked an order I placed for funeral flowers and the website showed my order as incomplete so I ordered the flowers again. Both flower orders were sent to the funeral and I was charged twice and refused a refund on one order.

I found it easy to place my order. I was kept informed of the progress of the order and delivery confirmed. The recipient sent me a photo of the flowers and they looked like the picture on the website. Very satisfied.

Extremely disappointed with the flowers that I received for my wife's 30th birthday. I'm a regular customer with seranta, however that will be my final order from them. The flowers upon arrival looked lovely apart from the roses in the bouquet, they where dying and stood out.

I ordered them the day before her birthday so I could surprise her on her big day... by the end of her birthday the roses and other flowers had turned a shade of brown. These flowers cost me £50 so My wife decided to email seranta to voice my complaint, we taken the photos of the flowers with the date on and e-mailed the next day. We were told in a very rude manor that complaints needed to be made within 72 hours.

The flowers are now in the bin, 3 days after her birthday. I was a regular customer but We won't be returning and will tell friends and family about our experience

I ordered the flowers on the Sunday for the Monday - the flowers arrived on time and were lovely. No issue with the service or the quality of the flowers at all and in fact I thought they were also very good value for money compared to other providers. The information that I received via text was also spot on.
The flowers were for a funeral - the only issue was that the flowers were marked for the funeral director rather than for the family of the deceased. This meant they were actually overlooked by the firm and I had to ask when they did not appear at the crematorium. It was all sorted out amicably- and in the main it was not fault of the florist as they were delivered on time - but perhaps the labelling could be reviewed - but many thanks for flowers and the service received

Extremely happy with the service, ordered the evening before and they arrived the next morning. Was kept updated throughout the order and delivery process and the flowers and card were beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

Apparently plant really lovely. However box was left by electric gates at top of long drive. Only had to press button by Braeburn House and the Gates would have been opened and vehicle could have driven to house. Luckily someone noticed the box and brought it down.

I ordered the flowers online about a week before they were due for delivery. The recipient was very pleased with the flowers, the note was fine and they were delivered in a timely manner with due awareness of my delivery instructions. Perfectly happy with the service.

Web site very easy to use. The flowers were delivered next day and were exactly as stated. Will definitely use again. There were plenty of flowers to choose from and at reasonable prices. I was kept informed as it was easy to track the flowers.

I live in the US and wanted to send flowers to my niece who lives in the UK and I had encountered difficulties sending flowers overseas before. However, ordering online was so easy and the arrangements were just gorgeous and it was hard to decide on just one. I ordered later in the evening and they were delivered at noon the next day. My niece was delighted and so was I.

I wanted to send flowers to my friend as her husband had died. Unfortunately they did not arrive until about 8pm the following day, but my friend was delighted with the quality of the flowers and vase and said that they brightened up what had been a very tearful day for her.

The flowers were delivered quickly & when they arrived they were well packaged & my wife says they are beautiful the nicest flowers I have ever brought her & I bought her plenty, so it does say a lot for serenata flowers.

I wanted some flowers to be sent to UK to my mum would have been my parents 62nd wedding anniversary but my dad passed away 3 years ago! We live away looked on websites usually use another company but they could not deliver! The service from Serenata was awesome emailed to thank me then email to say flowers had been sent then an email to say they had been delivered my mum was amazed at the flowers etc what a great service

This company autofilled the incorrect address, when I tried to change this it was not possible, I contacted them 2 days before delivery and they still would not change the address so the flowers are going to the wrong address which I informed them... I asked to either change the address or give me a full refund, they refused both! Absolute cowboys, spend your money with a professional company. You will waste your money like I did with these jokers..

Tip for consumers:
avoid like the plague

Very disappointed, when my friend sent me a picture of the flowers I had sent. For the twenty pounds I spent I could of sent a beautiful big bouquet of flowers from the supermarket. You kept me informed with the emails which I was impressed with, but don't think I will be using you again
