Flowers delivered from my son for Mothers day dead within 4 days. Complained and dreadful service so complaint was escalated to Customer Delight Team (so amusing). Promised replacement delivery next day. Advised at 5pm still with Courier so tracked at 7:30 and still on the way. Minutes later advised they were unable to deliver. Just sent my 15 email in 3 days to see what is happening.

I ordered flowers which called "my heart", on the picture online it's looks amazing but received totally a different one! There's no option to contact anyone and no one! Spend lots of money for rubbish! Will make everything i can to get a full refund!
Purchased for no reason than to cheer up my daughter with her favourite flower. Great service from start to finish and delivery notification allowed her to pop back to work to collect even though she just missed their arrival. Will definitely use this company again.
Ordered roses for Valentine's day needed to change address due to illness two days before unable to do so. You can't speak to customer services all done via email. I have used them several times before and being very happy won't be using them again
I ordered a bouquet for a friend in pain. All I can say is that the flowers arrived in Bangor, Northern Ireland by 6 pm after I ordered them the night before. I was able to email and ask several times if they would be delivered in time as it was important. Definitely worth the money, when your friend feels better. It made her day. What price on happiness even if you cannot see it.
Thrilled that flowers arrived next day and looked exactly like the photo. Disappointed that you had to pay £2.99 for a card otherwise would have been 5* but certainly 5* for speed and product. Thanks, cheered up my poorly mum.

I tried to contact them but there is no phone you can call and the e-mail I sent never received an answer. I am trying to get my money back, difficult when you do not have a counterparty...
I ordered flowers for my Mum for Mother's Day. They arrived poorly packed in a box with at least three stems so badly damaged they were missing all flowers/buds and the greenery looked as though it had been trodden on. What was left looked a bit pathetic in the vase on its own. She wanted to love them but they looked cheap and somewhat depressing for a Mother's Day gift. I won't be ordering again and I now understand the flurry of voucher codes doing the rounds.
I wish I could give a better review, but it took about a dozen emails to resolve my issue. I think they went the extra mile after my last email because they were sick of me lol. Very happy with the final outcome that could have been offered a lot earlier and would have avoided worry that my order would not be received in time. The flowers arrived ok BUT you did not include my message saying who they were from and who they were for. The included bear went to the wrong child. Great! So - a complete waste of time and money until I saw the recipient 5 days later. When it was too late. Awful. What a terrible omission.
I left ordering some flowers for a gift a little to close to the wire regarding time frames. After being told by a few other popular names it couldnt be done I stumbled across serenata flowers. I wish Id have known about you guys sooner! If you need flowers and fantastic service. Look no further! A+
I placed my order two days ahead of when I wanted delivery. The flowers were intended for a friend's very special occasion: her art show at a gallery. They arrived FOUR days late, after the show ended, when she very luckily was there packing up paintings into her car. I had been in touch with the service center several times and got no satisfactory answers. I was told I had requested 48 hour delivery--which I had not--but if I had it would have arrived on the requested date anyway. There was no one to talk to about this. It was a totally frustrating experience. I would not use this service again. I am giving 3 stars out of fairness because the flowers were beautiful.
I ordered and paid for next day delivery, not only did I not get it, my order is still in transit nearly a week later. Their excuse? They cannot guarantee next-day (or even same-week, apparently) delivery to stated postcode. Don't you think they could have done me the common courtesy of telling me this so that I can place my order with someone else? My order was an anniversary gift which is now hideously late and has caused me embarrassment. I have sent several emails back and forth and asked to speak to a manager and they say they can't even forward my email to a manager. I'm so disappointed that I chose this company over the countless online florists I could have gone with.

I don't know about their products (because they haven't been delivered yet) but if you do run into any problems with them, don't expect them to rectify it or even acknowledge your issue. Go with another company.
Totally agree, terrible service. I ordered pink hydrangeas, 10 days in advance, and they tell me it's not available the day before it's due to be delivered. So I agreed to pink orchids (which is a nice pastel pink in the pics), and if these are not available then pink azaleas, or pink tulips. In every message I emphasised the importance that the flowers should be Pink Pink Pink! My mom received PURPLE orchids for her birthday, and they're trying to tell me that it's just a darker shade of pink, and they reserve the right to substitute as necessary! Serenata, do you think that we're colour blind? Absolutely the worst online florist I have ever used. So why bother to list so many flowers on your site when you're going to send the wrong ones anyway and say 'we reserve the right to substitute!'
Have ordered from this site on many occasions and friends /family, everyone of them has said how beautiful the flowers are and that they have lasted longer than any others they have received from other shops /sites. Very good value for money and updates from ordering to delivering, cannot fault at all.
I have sent flowers through Serenata a few times. Ordered from Canada to my aunt in England... everytime she says they are beautiful and fresh and also delivered on time. I also like the ease of ordering, even if I forget my password it directs me through the process... other sites don't do this... so very important to me.
Ordered some flowers for my wife as a sorry for not being able to get home from a work trip when expecting to. She was over the moon i saw an image of the flowers and they were spectacular.

I spent £46.00 on my order for my friends birthday and it looked more like I had spent £10 on some rubbish flowers picked up at a garage! I was actually embarrassed when my friend sent me a picture of them!
Poor quality, small bunch (I even paid extra to go deluxe! Would of hated to see what the normal bunch looks like!)

Cons: For £30 you would expect a lot more flowers - nothing like the quantity in the description / image. The flowers that were included were in shocking condition and an embarrassment on Mother's Day. Unless a partial refund is issued, I will never use again!
