Dont order from this company they are very minimal in terms of replies to any correspondence once they have got your money. Then going through the refund process is even worse. Try your best to avoid there are better online florist companies out there!

I purchased from Serenata Flowers online, the online purchasing was really straight forward and easy.
The reality of what arrived was less than poor. The flowers looked like the last punch at a petrol forecourt on mothering sunday.

Lucky for me, the person receiving them was happy with the sentiment, however after spending over £30 I would not use this company again.

Ordered a supposed deluxe bouquet for Mums birthday and paid extra for specified delivery so they could be handed to her but left on doorstep. Bouquet nothing like described or pictured and flowers dying or in dying buds, plus bouquet mainly leaves. Really upset as I could have got a better, cheaper bouquet from my local petrol station and delivered them myself!

Being away from home over Easter I wanted to send mum some flowers. Having googled inter flora this company came up first and I found a suitable Easter bouquet with ease. Easy to fill on line order form and payment system. Followed with instant email confirmation. Mum received the flowers on my requested day to her delight.
Ill be using this company again for sure

Disappointing to receive this from my mothers partner after flowers arrived:
Mums flowers arrived today.
I actually saw them arrive and they were delivered by DPD. The guy never knocked or rang the doorbell. He just left them in the porch.
I have to say that they were the worst specimens I have seen on such occasion. The flowers were in very sorry state.
The box had obviously been on its side, maybe even up-ended, and there was compost from the pots all over the place some of which had badly soiled the card within.
Sorry to come back to you with such comments but you may wish to take issue with the supplier. I would certainly recommend that you do not use them again!

The flowers were nice enough but tiny bouquet, not worth the price at all, we ended up dashing to a supermarket to buy something more substantial for much less which in hindsight should have done in the first place.

Easy to use website, delivered on time, flowers looked exactly as pictured and the price was great. Always a worry when you are overseas but got exactly what I ordered and kept well informed throughout the process thank you

I ordered a Christmas bouquet for delivery to a dear friend. I live in Swansea so had no knowledge of florists and their quality of service in the haverfordwest area. I made my order online which was an extremely easy step by step guide to follow. A lovely selection to choose from as well. They were very reasonably priced and free delivery.
At each step of my order I received correspondence notifying me of the progression of my order and confirmation when they had been delivered which was extremely reassuring having not seen any examples of their bouquets only following images depicted on their website.
A beautiful bouquet was delivered to my friend who is unwell at present, she was delighted with them and they certainly made her day. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend. Thank you

Haven't used SerenataFlowers before but will certainly do so again. No problem with tracking as I was keep up to speed by helpful e-mails. Delivery as required and my mother was very impressed with packaging and the beautiful bouquet.

Great service as I ordered very late in the evening and delivered the next day. My friend sent me a photo and they looked lovely. Have had some bad flowers from other providers but these were lovely and fresh.

Flowers delivered all foul age flowers in bloom past there best.
Customer service very good. Another bouquet being delivered today. Unfortunately the same one. Would have preferred to change it. As just a bit wary will have same issues..

Recipient loved flowers and they were delivered when quoted. Only quibble is that discount for introducing someone else only applies at that moment and cannot be redeemed later which doesn't make sense. You either want introductions or you don't!

Order 2 mothers days flowers (mum and in law) first set not delivered at all, second left outside house overnight (late delivery) driver did not ring bell/call. Flowers water damaged. Do yourself a big favour and buy flowers elsewhere.

Apart from a error with delivery address by the courier the flowers were eventually with the recipient. Serenataflowers did locate them and contacted the people who were holding the flowers which were held locally to the correct address. They e- mailed me regularly with updates with the exception of one e-mail I didn't receive. All was well in the end although after 24 hours. The flowers themselves I have been told are beautiful. So thanks serenata will use you again.

Used Serenata for first time. Easy to use site. Plenty of quirky communication which made me smile which is probably a bit over the top but the main thing is they delivered "what it said on the tin!" The delivery arrived in tact and on time and recipient was pleased with their gift.

I ordered flowers for a friend quite late one evening and they were delivered by lunch time the following day with no problems that I'm aware of. My friend said the flowers were lovely, though I didn't see them myself, so all in all an excellent service that does what it says it will do.

After having a very disappointing experience with another online florist, I was so pleased to see that the bouquet I ordered looked very similar to the online photo. I live in New Zealand, so have to rely on the photos sent by my Daughter-in-laws. As we have recently been in Scotland, I thought that Serenata offered good value for money (especially as I am paying double with the exchange rate.) Will definitely use this service again. I brought these for my husband for his Birthday and they arrived on time. But on opening the box the Bird of Paradise had started to go brown also the big orange/red flower tips turning brown, the red flower is still ok but this is only day 3. So they are not worth buying, would not buy them again and maybe next time I need flowers will try somewhere else as this was £27 wasted

Nice simple service, they were able to deliver flowers for mothers day when i ordered just the day before. Only thing that would have been nice is if they didn't just leave them outside the front door especially when my mum was at home, the could have knocked, rang the bell, waited etc when I'd written "be patient" other than that flowers were in good shape and had little vials of water which was nice.

Ordered and paid for an expensive flowers for my wife. They simply took the money and sent old flowers probably bough from other shops for cheap price. Made several complains, only to be bullied by repeated same words. Have reported them to my local trading standards. This so called company should be closed. Please never order from them and avoid them at all costs!

Needed next day delivery but didn't know until late on Sunday... flowers arrived promptly and new Mum, Dad and Grandma were delighted with them and the teddy for their new arrival.
Had a technical hitch while trying to order and the company emailed a discount code to compensate, as I didn't see it until I had placed the order I contacted to ask if it could still be applied and it was! No questions or fuss great customer service! Would recommend and use again!

Flowers arrived one and a half days late and the card was missing so my sister had no idea of who the flowers were from very embarrassing. I completed the online complaints form and just got an automated response I replied to this email but they did not even have the courtesy to reply. Very poor service I will not be using them again

Not having the cash to purchase gold for a fiftieth anniversary I racked my brain for something memorable but within my price range. And there it was. Hiding under the Serenata Flowers sign! The flowers were well received, even though I sent them two days early.
What more could I ask?
