I'm in a different country so was not sure how it would work out. But The online process was so easy. They were delivered right on time. I loved the fun email updates I received. My friend loved her flowers. Will use again.

Im totally disgusted with the quality of the flowers that were delivered to my niece on the birth of her first child, Im so glad she sent me a photo, they were not as stipulated on my order, no red rose or thistles, just a cheap bunch of flowers, which I could have got in Tesco for £1-99, instead of the over inflated price I paid. I have used this company many times, but this will certainly be the last. Its the first time Ive received a photo of. The flowers. To say Im embarrassed is an understatement.

Never heard of this company before, but very impressed with the service & quality of the gift & flowers... no charge for delivery either... a florist nearby, was charging £6! Will definitely use again... thank you for making a special event even better

Passed the test of experience. If my 92 year old Aunt says thay are lovely, they are lovely! Delivered as promised and nice and fresh. Thanks for cheering up her day after a spell in hospital. (Think the discount price is more realistic than the 'actual' price).

This company appear efficient but their couriers are hopeless and cannot distinguish from one address or another. If they find the correct address then you are lucky.
My order was left at a nearby empty house despite the recipient being present all morning at the proposed address.

No problems at all. Ordering easy, selection easy, all prices catered for. Could amend the order after I paid for it. Delivered without any problems.
Overall very pleased. Didn't get me out the dog house mind you but that's nothing to do with the flowers. Highly recommend.

Funeral poise ordered for 9.30 funeral. I received an email 4pm afternoon before the funeral to state the flowers had arrived damaged and NO floral tribute would now be able to arrive on time.
Any funeral is bad for this to happen, but this was for an 87 yr lady who was unable to personally attend her sisters funeral due to her own ill health. This was most upsetting for the whole family. We then had to phone around local florist to supply a tribute.
A full refund was received, but this has done very little to console my elderly mum in law.

Sent some flowers to a friend whose husband passed away. She said they were stunning. I thought I would order again for a colleagues farewell party. They are beautifully displayed on the website and this gives a false impression as to how they arrive... which is in a box wrapped in cellophane... not arranged and ready to present in public. Read carefully. On the website somewhere, it says they are delivered in boxes. Secondly, it was an issue for them finding the delivery address ( my mistake for missing some detail in the address line) and kept emailing me. I tried to contact them by phone... no phone number registered even tried *******. I think there is a lesson to be learned here. For the price I paid I would have got far more value and less anxiety going for a Supermarket brand. Please be wary.

It is the first time I have used Serenata Flowers and am so pleased with my purchase. The flowers are beautiful and I liked the way I was informed to let me know that they had been delivered. There is a good selection to chose from and not too expensive with free delivery. I will definitely use them again. Thank you so much

My friend was delighted with the quality and choice of flowers recently delivered. The hand cream I added as an extra was very welcome too. Delivery arrived as requested. I would have no hesitation recommending this online florist.

I ordered flowers late for Mothers' Day (having been let down by a very well known company at the last minute) and they arrived on the Sunday at the time they said and the delivery person wished my mum a happy Mothers' Day. My mum was thrilled with the freesias and roses which smelt lovely.
I also ordered flowers for a relative in NZ and had excellent feedback. Having read some not so good reviews, I'd been a bit concerned about what standard of flowers would get delivered but was relieved to hear how pleased the recipients were.

Very disappointing. The sales pitch is these will come in bud form. In reality the flowers were open with most having lost a significant amount of their petals. Very poor quality and should have gone to a florist.

My Order never arrived to my daughter on her birthday and up to today, despite the instruction on how important that to me, because this is her first birthday in 17 years that she will be alone.
After writing an email complaining they promised delivery will be made the next day at 11. That unfortunately did not happen. And the answer I got from website is we will check with the delivery please allow us 48 hours... that means the flowers and the chocolate is really in a very bad condition.

We don't often see our Daughter and son in law over the Christmas period, so we decided this year to send flowers for Christmas Eve delivery. Looking on the web the arrangement we chose was the best we saw from all the on line Companies but never having used this company before we kept our fingers crossed. Next time we have to send flowers anywhere this is the first site we shall visit. Delivered in beautiful condition, and they were it seems very well received, judging from the tearful phone call we received saying how beautiful they were. Thank you

Ordered for my daughter and she loved them, very different from usual bouquets, she said they looked like a peacocks tail. A beautiful arrangement with a definite wow factor. Oh and they arrived early the next day so service was great too.

Ordered at the last minute as usual but managed to get them delivered on time! My friend was delighted with them and even sent me a picture. I must admit they were gorgeous colours. So very very happy with my purchase and will use them again.

I ordered the flowers 9.30 on a Friday night-the flowers were delivered NEXT day about 11.00 AM.
My daughter called to say the flowers were beautiful and I should not have paid so much for them -she didn't know little they cost.
I find that the service & price are second to none.

Steer clear and order from a local flower company that actually cares about the product they deliver.

Flowers delivered were nothing like picture displayed and were in terrible condition. When i contacted customer services and provided photos they said that due to not showing the whole bouquet there was nothing they could do.

I tried ordering some flowers from local florists quite late in the day and none could deliver next day other than Serenata. The flowers my friend was sent are beautiful. I was also sent a notification once they had been delivered which is great. I will not hesitate to order from them again.

Had never used this site before but was very impressed with the user friendly instructions. Flowers were delivered the very next day to my lovely friend who had just returned from hospital after having a full knee replacement. The flowers were beautifully arranged and my friend was delighted with them. 1st class service! I will be using Serenata Flowers again. Denise M

I needed to send flowers to my cousin overseas in England. The process was simple, the delivery was on time, and she tells me they are "lovely". Would do it all again with no hesitation. The reason for only four stars is that it did not take my Visa card even tho site said it did. Had to pull out the rusty Master Card!--- that went thru with no problem.

I was slightly worried about sending flowers this way because you can't actually see what you are getting because pictures usually are not that true but I proceeded with the purchase and had regular updated stages of process. End result was that the recipient said that they were a most fragrant and beautiful bouquet. So, I will definately be using this again.

I plan to use Serenata flowers for all my floral gifts from now on. I have used them twice and have found them not only to be very reasonably priced but they literally deliver the goods! The bouquets received by my friend and sister were both reportedly absolutely lovely.
