1st time used, Easy website, liked the prices and extras, ordered in the evening and delivered next day as requested. My nephew and niece loved them, although I doubt their 2 day old son took much notice. Will certainly use again
I was trying to cancel my order all day long. Customer service wouldn't give me any solutions, saying that the production staff already knew about it and they couldn't get through to it. Do not buy from this company, it is a scam. I will encourage family and friends not to do it either and spread the wor
Ordered from USA for delivery in UK and it couldn't have been easier. Great flowers delivered as requested and beautiful arrangement with lots of status messages so that I always knew exactly what was going on from dispatch notification to delivery confirmation. I will certainly use this service again.
I ordered flowers fir my mother's birthday. She did not receive anything.
I contacted customer services who basically accuse me of lying as they said the flowers were delivered. That's it, nothing else.
No apology no offer of a refund.
I have asked for evidence of a signature, but readi these reviews here I don't think i will get far.
So disappointed. Will never be ordering from here again.
DO NOT USE THEM. They are not even any more competitive or different in their offering if you compare to other florists apart from the lack of customer service and professionalism.
I ordered some flowers and a teddy for friends who had just had their 1st baby. These were delived the next day as promised and after being updated throughout with delivery status.
Would defiantly use again
Have used Serenata several times, having been let down by another service. These were for Mother's Day, were quality flowers, well packaged (but not too difficult to open for someone in their 90s) and arrived around midday on the day requested, with notification sent to me. Would use again.
Used the service before and always been pleased, but this time flowers for a special 70th birthday did not arrive although email stated they had been delivered! No telephone no, so emailed, now being investigated. Disgusted! Will not use them again!
Arrived on time and looked good in box.
Followed instruction to but them in vase (option taken with flowers), 24hrs later they were wilting badly!. Very disappointing and not to what I was expecting for the money paid. My one and only purchase from this site, unfortunately.
Flowers arrived damaged, not packaged well and obviously chucked around one rose lost its head. Made a mistake thought I was buying local, these were posted. Won't do it again. My wife didn't get the leveling valentines flowers she was expecting
Ordered flowers 13/8/2020 to be delivered to my 102 year old aunt on Sat 16/8/2020. Never arrived! No email acknowledgement of order but money taken from my account on 14/08/2020. From their website:
My order was never delivered
COVID-19 Service Information - Our service is running as normal, however, due to the unforeseen circumstances surrounding the business closures and limited staff, we can no longer guarantee next day deliveries until further notice (please note that 95% of deliveries still arrive on scheduled day). Due to the above, we are also not able to refund orders on the grounds of late deliveries. Please allow 48 hours after the intended delivery date for delivery to be made before contacting Customer Services.
Automated email replies. Shares Private Information with Third Parties. Requesting a refund is impossible, they have an answer for everything. Would *******% not recommend to anyone.
Flowers were supposed to be there for my wife's next day birthday. Arrived after 8pm!
What a total waste of time and money.
Customer services just quoted T&C. What use is an 8pm delivery, furthermore how is this acceptable as "next day"
What a joke, never again. Avoid like the plague they will let you down

Tip for consumers:
Don't trust that the delivery will be "next day" My purchase arrived after 8pm with no explanation. The company defends itself by quoting its 9am -9pm delivery T&C that are buried out of sight.
I'll never use them again.

Very many thanks for the most speedy and efficient service. My dear friend Phyll has just been discharged from hospital having had a hip operation. She assures me that the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Wonderful service from our company.
Will use again excellent service provided the only complaint is a few of the roses were already dieing and losing petals otherwise all good quick and easy order process and my partner was overjoyed with them thank you serenata
Ordered some flowers for my daughters first mothers day. Okay they werent the most expensive bouquet but nevertheless they were very disappointing. Drooped very quickly and never really opened up. Such a shame.
Took a phone call from my mother on Mother's Day to advise the flowers I'd sent were damaged with leaves/petals falling off. Have made a complaint - very disappointed to see that a photo needs to be submitted - she's in her 80's living on her own 250+ miles from where I live and does not have a camera so this isn't possible. Awaiting complaint outcome but a dreadful experience so far. UPDATE: No email acknowledgment of complaint, shocking after-saes service, online only so can't talk to anyone. Never again - worst ever.
Flowers arrived in good condition, in spite of box being crushed and wet. One corner completely smashed in and box left out in the open to blow down the street. Ended up in neighbors garden. No address label. They opened box and saw it was for my mum next door. Good Packaging inside protected flowers. Roses were peach not yellow as in image so didnt tone well with iris, but mum liked them so thats what matters. Probably wont order again if DPD is your delivery service.
I do not recommend you use this company, if there is an issue with the gift ordered be prepared to prove the issue with photographic evidence otherwise they will not take action to rectify the issue. Friend was out when flowers delivered, so left in dry porch but some stems were damaged and the card was wet and soggy. The ordering, delivering and tracking was efficient just a shame the presentation wasn't up to standard having spent £42.98. Flowers sent to lift spirits of someone grieving and trying to deal with funeral arrangements for parent. To ask them to provide photos and make a complaint when they have been sent a gift is awkward and a 'big ask', difficult enough normally let alone given the delicate circumstances as you're saying you don't believe them.
Ordered flowers online 4 days before partners birthday. 1st problem when ordering birthday flowers it automatically added a birthday card at extra £3 that I did not want, managed to remove after order but pain. 2nd issue flowers turned up at 7pm on her Birthday, I know they can deliver upto 7pm but its ridiculous, it was to a business address so shut and driver just left outside. Fortunately I told my partner and she had to go and pick up. Final insult looking at flowers they are a poor representation of photo on website (Freya), less flowers and more green leaves, not happy when spending £40, my advice do not use this naff company based in Malta. Wish I had read a lot of the reviews before hand, shocking
The online booking service is not straight forward, particularly with regard to delivery instructions. There is no customer phone helpline to clarify such issues and to be told on line that all customer based issues and orders are only dealt with on line is ridiculous. Serenata have missed a trick - whilst I could order on line, it was frustrating that I could not clarify a query by phone. Furthermore, what about those (elderly) that do not use computers!
I ordered a 'Cross' for the funeral of my mother in law and, although it arrived in time (on the morning of the funeral), it was very small (more suited for a child) and the roses were not completely fresh. I had ordered them on the Thursday prior to the Monday funeral, and I'm wondering if they were made too early? I had previously sent flowers from Serenata to my cousins who were delighted with them and said they were absolutely beautiful. The Cross cost £69 and I paid £9.99 to deliver before 10:30 am, and I felt that this was not good value.
I came upon Seranata Flowers quite accidentally. The order process was simple and rapid. Delivery time excellent and recipient extremely happy with her flowers. Definitely use your service again, thank you.
My step daughter was delighted with her new home flowers. Photos look lovely too and we never have an issue with the quality of Seranata and use a lot. Also if ever a problem they rectify very quickly.
Left at my mum's front door even though instructions to leave them with a neighbour, also my mum said brown dead leaves on flowers which didn't look too fresh, I have had flowers off this company before and have never had a complaint, maybe they just couldn't handle the volume on mother's day
I ordered flowers for a romantic occasion and they were never delivered, I ordered on a Sunday with expected delivery on a Wednesday. I emailed on Thursday after no delivery and was told I need to wait 24 hours. Emailed on Friday after seeing that their internal tracking said the delivery failed. Response was that the driver could not find the address… I assume he hasn't heard of google.
My only options were wait another 8 days for them to deliver again or get a refund, even though they offer a guaranteed next day delivery fee. Not much of a choice when the flowers are for an anniversary. They never showed any interest in making sure my order arrived, just giving me a refund so I shutup. The fact that they don't show the real tracking data is suspicious enough, every service I've ever used provides the tracking number linked direct to the courier's website. But Serenata just has a little page that gives minimal info.
Tip for consumers:
If you’re expecting them for an occasion, order them 3 weeks early to allow time for failed deliveries and refunds.

I've used Serenata Flowers a couple of times now & have been pleased with the service & delivery. Web site is easy to use. Flowers appear reasonably priced. They have been as gifts each time, so I hope the quality is good. I've had no negative comments. Sometimes have regular updates about delivery, but this is not consistent. Overall I have been pleased.
