The flowers arrived in beautiful condition my cousin was delighted with them. It was nice to be able to add additional flowers if required. I liked the variety of different arrangements shown to choose from on the website as they were being ordered from one end of the country to send to the other. A relief to know Serenata did a wonderful job.

I'd used Serenata Flowers some time ago and found them good. However, my most recent order was truly appalling. The flowers arrived looking like they had been pulled through a hedge! I had ordered the "Deluxe" version of the Tequila Sunrise bouquet and every rose was covered in "bruise marks" and looked like they were on their last legs. I emailed customer service with very graphic photos and, 3 days on, they have not even had the courtesy to reply. There was no way I could have given my friends the flowers (for their 60th wedding!) so have totally wasted £55.

I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary and although they were delivered as expected - they were a completely different color to advertised. The bouquet was called 'Aztec Sun' and the picture was of pretty much all yellow flowers, which is why I chose it for a personal reason between us, but the delivered flowers were pink.
I'm sure there is some disclaimer that I've missed but to be honest I'm not impressed with this. I spent a lot of money and the colour of the flowers was important. She said she loves them regardless but I feel let down by the service.

Ordered flowers for my daughter and son in law who have just found out they are expecting a baby girl. Ordered flowers at just before 10 p.m. and they were delivered by 1. P.m. The following day. Can't fault the customer service. Flowers are still opening so willl probably look better when fully opened. This was my first order with serenata and I would be happy to use them again

I ordered flowers 3 days ago and they still havent been delivered. No refund due apparently due to some clause in their terms and conditions which gets them off scot free in the event of bad weather and also means they dont have to refund despite any statutory consumer rights. When Ive contacted them Ive simply been referring me to Yodel who are just as useless. Very let down by this company and really wish I hadnt used them.

Received both bunches on flowers but in all honesty considering i went for additional stems i dont believe they are worth it... Was tad embaressing really would have expected better for what i paid. Just as well the delivery was free... i shall stick to local florists.

A good website and easy ordering service. They weren't able to be at all specific about any times for delivery, which is fine, but the flowers were left on the doorstep for several hours before my mother saw them (she was in all day) when opening the door in the evening. By that time the box had been tampered with by someone, luckily flowers were ok.

I live in Florida with my son and his family recently moving to UK. I used SerenatalFlowers from the internet and I'm pleased to say it worked out great. The actual arrangement could of been a bit bigger (they sent a picture), but I'm not totally unhappy. The service was impeccable! Will be using again.

I live in Windsor Ontario Canada. My Auntie passed away on Friday in Nottingham England. I found the website and has 3 hours left to send flowers. I ordered them Saturday for deliver on Sunday. I got confirmation of deliver and a message from my cousin. He said they were beautiful. I will definitely recommend. Thank you fanstastic service. First class. Yvonne Allen

I have used Serenata very satisfactorily on several occasions but this time I have just received word from the home where my mother is a resident to say that the flowers received last Friday were very poor. I am extremely disappointed as owing to illness I was unable to visit my mother for Mother's day. I feel sure you would want to know about this. The home took photographs to see where I had ordered the flowers.

I had forgotten to post my friend's birthday card so decided late on Thursday to send flowers. The website was clear and accessible and the choice quite spectacular. The process of ordering was simple and took only a couple of minutes. I received emails confirming my order and dispatch. The next day my friend rang to say thank you and was delighted with the selection and freshness of the flowers (not like some other florists, she said). Serenata will be my first choice in future. Thank you.

Ordered two dozens of roses on February 13th, they arrived on time on Valentine's day and were very appreciated by the recipient, who liked their appearance and quality. A good service I plan to use again.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers as a token of condolence. Placed order from the Netherlands on friday afternoon, good e mail communications and flowers delivered as requested on saturday morning. The recipients let me know that the flowers are absolutely beautiful. We always hope for a smooth online order and transaction and Serenata Flowers more than fulfilled that hope. Thank you, will certainly use again.

Ist time I've used Serenata. My sister has returned home after 3wks in hospital following a long operation and subsequent. Instructions were given regarding entry phone system - but ignored and flowers were left in car park in the wind and rain and in full view of main road. This is a retirement complex where my sister is arguably one of the youngest at 80 and obviously had restricted mobility. It was only because another resident came home that the flowers were discovered. Not impressed with reply to my complaint. Serenata referred to t and c's and said that delivery instructions are at the discretion of couriers and cannot not necessarily be adhered to. Won't be using them again.

Ok so i admittedly have high standards and am often sceptical. However i ordered 2 bunches of flowers paying extra for the medium size and add ons of hand cream and a little cake. I live in the middle of nowhere and one bunch was for next door. Dpd are usually CR** and there was a minor amount of snow so i didnt hold out much hope. I ordered on the sunday and they were both delivered on the monday with a cute email saying estimated delivery time and another confirming delivered. I also had both ladies ring gushing about their flowers. So well done. Will use again and thoroughly recommend.

Premium Prices for moronic service. Ordered my flowers in plenty of time making clear that delivery was to a "business address" reminded them twice on the day of the need to assure delivery. Delivery was made out of hours by throwing the flowers over the wall of the property at 6:40 pm... Therefore left out in the rain overnight caretaker found them the next day disheveled rained upon and also frozen after the temperature fell... No refund... Customer services on the day was rubbish expecting me to chase the carrier. Eventually provided confirmation of safe delivery but no response from the property... complete crap. Next day was able to assemble the true story... My daughters birthday ruined. DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY you're throwing your money away.

Would actually be a zero but will not allow me to do that... Had a delivery of flowers from my mother in law for my 50th birthday. Freesias and roses, box was battered and already open, all Freesias limp and beyond saving, awful leaves on the roses.
My mother in law sent photos of the bouquet whinchat looks horrendous and Serenata didn't want to know about it basically, just sent her an email in return telling her how to look after flowers. Maybe that could have been done if they didn't arrive in such bad health to start with. Terrible flowers and horrendous customer service

Ordered the flowers in good faith for my wife's birthday surprise.
Got a message at 09.00 on the due day to tell me that they had been despatched and would arrive between 12.10 and 13.10. Flowers didn't arrive but got a message at 15.30 to say that the package had been left in the porch as instructed by me. What a joke!
That was 2 days ago but it gets better:
Got the same message again this morning to say that the flowers were due to arrive at a similar time today. Guess what, it's now 14.30 and the flowers haven't arrived.
You can't speak to anyone as all messaging is done on line. Potentially, I might get a refund but that's not the point. I specifically ordered the flowers because they could be delivered on Sunday 27 August but this company has let me down badly.
Would I use them or recommend them:

Great selection, great price, great service, kept informed at each stage of the order/delivery process.
My mum was delighted with her surprise thank you arrangement. If shes happy, Im happy!
No problems recommending Serenata Flowers or using them in the future.

Ordered chocolates and wine on thursday in london to be delivered on saturday for my daughters birthday in ireland did not turn up sunday night receved a email saying problem with the web site but can deliver next thursday, you would think that when you make a mistake like that they would deliver first thing monday with flowers to say sorry
I would never use this company again

Purchased the ivy plant in a birdcage. Recipient was very pleased with it, but I did feel I was taking a leap of faith buying it as there were no measurements, or details about what it was made from. Got it at a discount, definitely would NOT have bought it at full price!

I have to say, I'm very disappointed with the standard of flowers my girlfriend received yesterday. Today she rang me for a chat, and mentioned they are dying already, it's been on 24hours, and I was hoping it would give her pleasure for a few days at least! Needless to say, I won't be ordering again with you, and would appreciate an explanation? And please don't blame the weather

Suberb service at a great price. I was let down by another online company so I ordered from serenata flowers hoping I could still get delivery the next day. Free next day delivery and tracking with dpd. Couldnt be happier will defiantly use again. Thanks guys.

Won't be using this company ever again, paid extra for more stems but the flowers arrived looking shabby and minimal. Notning like the picture shown. Not to mention they arrived week later than what I had asked for. Totally embarrassed when the person receiving for their birthday got them a week late with a happy birthday balloon in.

Sent my mum some lovely flowers and they turned up dry and browning. I certainly wouldn't have bought those in the shop - they should've been thrown away but no they were delivered for the princely sum of £25. I let the company know and the reply was equally as unsatisfactory- sent them pictures showing the issue, had to email a couple times and no they wouldn't do anything about it. Reckon I could run a better flower delivery company in my sleep. Whilst dreaming about running a terrible one. Whilst planting, watering, growing, trimming, cutting, wrapping and delivering my mum a replacement set of flowers which don't look like they been shoved up the delivery drivers dry arse.
