Failed to deliver on the right day used there tracker service just kept saying flowers with their courier for delivery was still saying that at 11pm, finally delivered late next day to late as person they were meant for had left, no service phone number and never contacted me till after the to late delivery rubbish service first time I have used them never again so will stick with Interflora at least you can contact them

This is the third time Ive used Serenta Flowers. Mother in law was delighted with her flowers, very fresh, many in bud still and good variety of colours. Definately use this company again and will recommend to others.

Worst flowers I have ever ordered, yellow roses where brown, wilted, badly wrapped. Bad presentation, cheap quality. I was asked to remove brown petal as this is normal during transport, but when removed I had hardly any petals left. No phone number to complain, email after email back and fore. Refund given after loads of emails. Would avoid and try a local florist with a contact number in future. (Live and learn) avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid

My title says it all... they never delivered our flowers. There is no phone support. You engage in an endless stream of e-mails that remind you followed their process and yet they couldn't deliver your flowers. I believe if you are form the US they have no intention of delivering.

Paid £60 for some flowers for my fiancé birthday. I work in Afghanistan so it was important to me as I don't see her often. She is a stay at home mum so is in most of the day everyday. I received an email to say the delivery was a failure... hard because we have three dogs who bark immediately when someone is at the door, the courier did. It follow my instructions either to leave the flowers on the doorstep. Further more no calling card was left and the second day when the flowers were re delivered they were mostly all dead and had to been thrown away. I am not happy at all and will be requesting a full refund as the service was a joke.

Order delayed by a day due to poor weather which is acceptable, however a text message or email to report this would have been helpful rather than me emailing at 9pm to ask for status. I also ordered a Happy Birthday chocolate bar to go along with the flowers however what was delivered was 'Best Mum in the World' choc bar. Whilst this caused quite a bit of laughter with my sister-in-law, I was a tad embarrassed about this mistake. My order did specify Happy Birthday choc bar. Saying that, the flowers looked beautiful from the picture my sister in law sent. I will not be in a hurry to order from this company in the future.

Simple order process and delivery to Northern Ireland not a problem like it seems to be with other companies. Flowers were delivered when they were supposed to be and there was good communication throughout the delivery process. Can't comment on standard of flowers as they were a gift and I have not seen them. Would buy from here again.

I was a first time user and not only did Serenta offer me the next day delivery service I was after for my Mum's birthday (so obviously important) but they kept me updated in a personable, friendly way. Would recommend and return.

Okay so where do I start. I clearly ordered raspberry chocolate truffles and they sent the complete wrong ones! The flowers that arrived I was told they looked half dead already. Your things arent cheap, yet its okay to mug ya off?

Was very pleased because I ordered those for a friend who is terminally ill, wanted to cheer her up. I bought the largest bunch for the arrangement that I chose, and was hoping it would be a decent size. From the photo recipient sent me was expecting a bit more variety in colour but the buds in the photos were not open yet so it looks like this was meant to be so they will last a while which is great! The person who got them was absolutely delighted and said she was lucky she had a vase big enough for it to fit in! They are giving her a huge amount of pleasure. The ordering and delivery was totally hassle free and very easy. I definitely will use this firm again and am very glad I chose them. I ordered Spring Time Grandissimo. I wanted her to have a decent size bouquet because she has been a very good friend to me.

Everything the website promised. I appreciated the delivery updates especially being notified at the actual point of delivery. I did not see for myself the flowers but my daughter-in-law said that they were lovely. Thank you, I will use again.

I used Serenata Flowers to order 2 sets of flowers to be delivered to friends that had recently lost a relative. The flowers were delivered as stated and they sent me pictures of them which were really beautiful. I will most definitely be using these guys again. Highly recommend.

The flowers were for my daughter in law and I received a message to say they were out for delivery and then when they had been delivered and she loved them, so would definitely use the company again, thank you

Ordered mother day flowers personalised card and chocolates 4pm on Friday, they were delivered mid afternoon on Saturday, beautifully fresh and in tip top condition.
The price was over £15 cheaper than the leading competitor's and they were only offering flowers and a card.
Will absolutely be using again

I bought an expensive bouquet of roses for my wife, however within 24 hours they started to wilt. I made sure they were in water, out of direct sunlight and in a cool place but they just didnt last long. Very disappointing.

The flowers were delivered just before 12, as I paid extra to get them there before 12, they were bought online from USA for delivery to UK, and had seen some bad reviews after I ordered them so needless to say I was a bit worried! BUT my sister sent a picture, and they looked lovely! Mum was really pleased so everything went well! I would order again!

We live in South Wales and wanted to give flowers to a relative who's just had an operation. We were delighted to find Serenata flowers on line and as a result she had her flowers and was really pleased. Easy to order with pictures to help us choose. They were delivered the day after we ordered. All round an excellent service

I live in Australia and needed to send flowers to the UK. The flowers were lovely and they arrived on time & in good condition. Had email at start and delivery. As the recipient lives in the countryside and it is usually difficult to find their address, but flower delivery got through just fine. First time using this service. All good.

Ordered my mum's Mother's day flowers on Friday afternoon with delivery booked for Saturday. Although I received a delivery notification on Saturday they weren't delivered then My mum was extremely disappointed. The flower eventually turned up on Sunday morning, left on the door step even though everyone was in the house & all the blinds were open. Nice enough flowers & my mum was pleased to get them but not sure I'll use them again.

They promised much but delivered rather less unfortunately. My complaints:

1. I ordered a red vase, but got a clear one and that was badly smashed on arrival.
2. One of the flowers was a twig.
3. The delivery (Valentines Day) was very late.

Any one of these might have been acceptable, thats life and all that, but taken together they were a disappointment.

On the plus side, the flowers were nice and they instantly refunded the price of the vase, but overall I cant say I was impressed. Ill be sticking with a local florist in future.

I was at my friends when she opened her flowers. I was embarrassed... looked like they'd been thrown together, roses had brown petals & other flower had mouldy on... I was disappointed as I have used seranata for work colleagues. Ordering delivery & communication is excellent but end result didn't brighten mine or my friends day.

Really happy with the service from this company as I tried with several others and got really frustrated with the process. This was an easy website to navigate with brilliant prices, no delivery fee and I was kept updated. My sister received a beautiful bouquet of flowers that she was thrilled with and I would absolutely use the company again, big thumbs up!

I found ordering the flowers easy, the website was well designed, there was lots of choice for all ranges of pocket and taste.The tracking and emails advising you of where the flowers were was very useful and both bouquet arrived on Mother's Day in excellent condition. Both mums were delighted with them, said they were beautiful and lovely and fresh, an excellent service.
