My mum received an amazing large bunch of flowers in time for her birthday and included a birthday card for only a few pounds which was great as I couldn't get one in the post in time as it was a bank holiday but the flowers from SerenataFlowers were delivered on Sunday when no-one else could and cheaper than the rest.
Used a few times now, highly recommended.

Ordered flowers for my mum with next day delivery. I received an email to say they were on their way and then another to say they had been delivered. The flowers were much cheaper than Interflora, and other online retailers too.
My mum was pleased with the flowers so I can highly recommend them!

When one sends flowers the recipient will usually thank you for the lovely flowers even if they are not.
The friend to whom I sent the orchid plant sent me a photograph and her daughter contacted me to say the plant was lovely.
I ordered the plant after 8.30 pm on Thursday and it was delivered in a remote area the following early afternoon.

I ordered a dozen roses for my girlfriend on Valentines Day, the delivery arrived early in the morning which meant her day started with a pleasant surprise. The packaging and quality of the roses was excellent and the flowers went on the blossom even further over the following 10-14 days. I would definitely recommend.

I ordered flowers for my daughter in law's birthday. As usual the service was exceptional and the bouquet my daughter in law received was gorgeous and very fresh too. I ordered the Scarlett Pimpernel bouquet and a birthday balloon to be delivered to her work address. Serenata Flowers kept me well informed as to the progress of my order. I was able to order flowers on a Sunday for next day delivery on a Monday. I was informed by email when the flowers had been delivered and my sister-in-law sent me a photo of them and they are lovely. Very fresh and pretty.

Flowers ordered in the morning and delivered before lunchtime the same day.
The flowers were greatly appreciated by my wife. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the price for the flowers, but it put a smile on my wives face (priceless).

The night before my flowers needed to arrive for my friends birthday the let me know that the flowers I had ordered were not in stock and I had to choose another bouquet. This or not receive them on the day I had paid for.

I chose the same amount of roses in pink (originally white) for which they tried to charge me extra for even though this is all due to them making a mistake.

When I declined they refunded my my money with no apology or response.

Awful. I will never order again. My friends present will now never arrive and I live in another country.

It's been a week on since and the flowers still look great. Bought for somebody I was trying to impress and they were completely in aw.

Speedy and helpful service. They even went the extra mile and asked the courier to deliver the flowers around a specific time for me and to my surprise, it worked!

Sent a birthday hamper to a dear friend, and she absolutely loved it! She said it was just beautiful! She said the bath items, chocolates, and sweets were just lovely and delicious. I live in Australia and wanted to send my friend in the UK some flowers as she had just lost her father. She received lovely flowers 2 days after placing my order. Great service and the photo she sent me of the flowers were just like the photo on line.

We live in Brisbane in Australia and spoke with my mother in law who lives in the UK last night, she told us how beautiful the flowers were and how much she appreciated the chocolates that came with it. It is so nice to know that we can still send a beautiful gift to an elderly lady even though we live so far away

Very easy to use site with a good selection of flowers, well priced, delivered on time and the person they were sent too was very happy with them. Good communication about the despatch and then final delivery to.

Avoid this company. Product was late and both the flowers and packaging damaged. My wife was polite about it and thankful for the thought I was hugely disappointed and will NEVER order from them again. Cheap but nasty

Not next day as advertised, when I contacted them I was told to read their terms and conditions pertinent to delivery. The fact that it's plastered all over their website as next day apparently doesn't factor into it.

Ordered as a surprise birthday bouquet. Arrived on time but considering they were a special offer price i am glad I did not pay full price.
The colours were not so vibrant as the picture, the size was very average and within a day flowers were starting to wilt.

I know that I did not pay extra for a morning delivery but I think evening ti too late to deliver flowers to celebrate a special. Mots florists deliver in the morning. Perhaps I would get round this by ordering for the night before so people are not disappointed.

Ordered flowers on a Sunday afternoon and beautiful bouquet arrived for my friend on the Monday morning! The flowers were of beautiful quality and I was updated every step of delivery. It was so good to receive notification of when they arrived too (without having to pay any extra).

It got there, the stalks were broken and the vase was smashed, all I got was an email saying they'll try to deliver again soon, no date or time or deadline just 'soon' it was for a 21st birthday absolutely pathetic.
