I sent a bouquet for my cousin's birthday. They were absolutely beautiful and she was delighted with them. They were a mix of some in flower and some still in bud and arranged superbly well. I received e-mail notification when they were delivered and my cousin contacted my immediately to say they had indeed arrived. Excellent service overall.

I have been using Serenata Flowers for a little while now and have always been pleased.

I have used Serenata before and always found them very good. Unfortunately on this occasion the flowers were delivered a day late for an Aunts 88th Birthday. Although I received an apology from Serenata I did think they may have made a good will gesture to encourage me to use them again... now Im not sure I will as even though they felt a day late wasnt a problem, it was in fact very disappointing on this occasion.

Used for the first time, would use again, very reliable, and they let you know when they have delivered, this was great as i had ordered the flowers for my sisters birthday so i knew she had recieved them.

I ordered two lots of flowers to be delivered to two different addresses but neither one was delivered, no email sent either to notify me that there had been a failed delivery on the day that had been agreed. It was only when I decided to call the recipients did I find out that they had not arrived... Then I checked my account & the tracking on the website... the money of course has been taken from my account... I'm overseas so couldn't & the recipients live miles from my family so i had to do this online... I just hope there customer service team answer my "contact us" message/ticket quickly or that the flowers are delivered today & are in good condition.

I ordered flowers for a friend that lived some distance away so I havent actually see the results but my friend has informed me that the bouquet is beautiful. The ordering process was easy and flowers arrived on the date requested.

I ordered flowers for my sister-in-law which was delivered to her address, but without the card I wrote. She had no idea who it was from and, when I did not hear from her, I assumed she was not appreciative of my gift. It took 10 days before I said anything to the family, only to be told it had arrived without a card from the sender.

I received a bouquet a week ago and they still look as fresh as the day they arrived. On the strength of that I placed my order for a friend's birthday, and I was kept informed every step of the way as to arrival time etc. I also liked the way the whole system was written and operated! I had never used you before but read the write ups on your website. The flowers I ordered were for a colleague who had taken retirement and we didn't get the chance to say goodbye. She called to say she arrived home on the day I was advised they would be delivered and they were absolutely beautiful and the smell was just unbelievable. I will certainly recommend Serenata Flowers for the value for money, the easy way to order and the prompt delivery service

Flowers ordered for a sudden bereavement, were delivered on time, but one of the Lillies was fully open on arrival, which made the bouquet look odd. Spoke to customer services who didn't seem to listen and understand the importance of the flowers. I will not order from them again, and do not recommend to others.

Flowers were specially ordered for sister in law's 65th birthday on Saturday. Unfortunately we had an email to say they would be unable to deliver them and that delivery would be on Sunday. We were none too pleased to say the least. There was no one in and despite requesting for the flowers to be left with the neighbours they were left outside in full sun. My sister in law had in fact left a note and a bucket of water which was not used. We have used this company once before with no problems but we are extremely disappointed with the service this time.

The bouquet of flowers were beautiful and in good condition and arrived in time at the address we specified which was my friend"s house whose birthday it was on the day of the delivery & the flowers were for her. We didn't hear anything from her to say she's received them & to thank us When we arrived at her house she told us that she did not know who sent the flowers as there was no card & no message or note who they were from. She was phoning around asking who sent them, She only found out they were from us when we told her in person. In short there was no card or message or note attached with the flowers. This was supposed to be a surprise for my friend but it kind of spoiled it. My husband & I are disappointed & dissatisfied with what happened.

I ordered the bouquet and what I got looked way different from what I ordered. When I contacted the customer service they firstly didn't want to acknowledge the fact that the bouquet looked differently from I ordered and were trying to convince me that the flowers I got are right. But the bouquet is not about the flowers count, it is about the overall arrangement and look. Finally after couple of days they admitted that the bouquet had too much greenery and they suggested that from the flowers and greenery that I have I should be able to put together the bouquet from the picture. So if you want to make "do your own " project from the pieces they send you, it is the right place. But if you want to send beautiful arrangement to someone you care about, not really.

Flowers ordered for a Saturday but they weren't delivered. I had to chase the order and then they were rescheduled for the Monday. Once I could get in touch with them (via email, no phone number) they were speedy in fixing it. Apologetic too. Accidents do happen but it was very disappointing.

Great service. Cheap and very welcomed by my mother.

The service was easy, quick and very effective. My only slight gripe is that they stated they would inform me upon delivery but didnt, but considering it was mothers day they must of been overwhelmed.

I would still recommend this company to everyone

I ordered a £30 bouquet. The flowers were far smaller in number than those indicated on the website with excessive foliage instead. Furthermore, the few flowers that were in the bouquet wilted significantly within just 4 days. I have purchased supermarket flowers at a fraction of the cost that have lasted much much longer. When I contacted the customer service department about this, they could not have been more unhelpful, they clearly could not have cared less about the inferior quality product that they provided.

I am very upset that the recipetent did not receive their flowers and we are still waiting for contact from the company. Absolute joke. Will never use again. Ever ever ever.
And if i were you and steer clear.

I find it hard to buy flowers for my elderly grandmother who lives on the Isle of Mull, so finding a service which was happy to take the ferry and deliver them to her doorstep was a godsend. She was very pleased with the flowers I got her, although I didn't see them personally I was told that they are beautiful. Only downside is that I bought a card to go with the flowers that I didn't realise I had bought, it came as an extra after I selected the bouquet I wanted. I put in a message which I thought would just be stuck on a cardboard card in the bouquet not realising this would lead to me being charged extra for a card - but that might have been down to me not reading the instructions. Nevertheless the service was great and they were delivered on time.

I ordered in the evening, they were delivered next day. The flowers were beautiful and i paid far less than i would have at other florists in the area.
Communication was great, i received an email at each stage of the process until delivery.
I will definitely use Serenata Flowers again

Very inpressed with the flowers sent as a birthday present, photo sent to me on the day of delivery, I was kept up to date by email every step of the way, emails were of the cheerful type with little quips brilliant! Will definitely order again, mrs v peake

Ordered all the way from Malaysia for my grandma-in-law's 90th birthday, received on her birthday. Flowers look prettier and livelier than the picture on the website. Not so extensive options of flowers available on-line, nevertheless most of it are beautiful. Will certainly recommend Serenata Flowers to family and friends!

I first ordered flowers from Serenata in November to be delivered for my Aunt's funeral. I was told the flowers were lovely.
I have recently placed numerous orders for flowers to be delivered to family and friends for Christmas in the UK (I live in the US). The follow up was extraordinary. I had put the incorrect street number on one of the orders and they contacted me to get the correct number. They also notify you when they are out for delivery and when they have been delivered and the recipients seem very happy with the flowers. I would highly recommend Serenata. My only complaint would be their website for contacting them. I found that really hard to navigate.
