I ordered flowers for next day delivery. It got to the evening and I'd heard nothing from the person I'd bought them for so I text her and she'd not got them! I then emailed the company who the following day said that they hadn't had time to deliver them so they were going a day late, by which point the surprise was spoilt! They offered me a 15% discount, I think 50% would have been more appropriate. Also the flowers were much smaller than the photo online. Very disappointing!

I made a mistake with a letter on a post code & told the flowers would be re-delivered the next day. All fine you would think... until I was then told they had been 'destroyed' by the courier.
I queried why & then was shocked to find that instead of using a local florist they had been driven from London to Northumberland - a 400 mile trip! I would NOT have used them if I had known that. They offered me half price on another bunch but I refused. Even though it cost me again, i went to a local site that I CHECKED was local.

Tip for consumers:
check that any website also uses a local florist!! One little mistake can lead to disaster!

I ordered the flowers as a thank you for my daughter-in-law. I was delighted that they could be delivered on Sunday as I knew they would be at home all day. The delivery man never rang the bell and the flowers sat outside until Monday morning. The flowers are stunning, but the delivery was very distressing.

To be perfectly honest I was very disappointed with the flowers I received yesterday. They were for a work colleague who was going on maternity leave. In comparison to a bouquet I ordered a few weeks ago which was quite a bit cheaper, the bouquet was very small I thought and not very impressive at all.

I was slightly disappointed with the bouquet received. I ordered a small bouquet for my young daughter for Valentine's as a treat. When they arrived they only had 1 of the pictured flowers in the bouquet. There were no roses or thistle that had been pictured. Luckily my daughter was happy as she had received flowers. But I won't be using them again I will revert to my previous firm

Very disappointing! Ordered Crimson Kiss back in February for delivery on Friday 2nd March.
Eventually arrived today at 5.45pm looking very tired. Driver says they are fresh ones but they don't look anything like the arrangement I selected.

Ordered Apple Sours - Deluxe for my Sisters 65th birthday... well there was nothing deluxe about them!... the flowers looked as if they'd been bought in a supermarket... in fact I'd have got a better bunch with the money I wasted! £26!. Won't be using Serenta again!

Serenata weren't able to deliver my order - not their fault necessarily - but it wasn't clear what could happen next apart from a card being dropped through the recipient's door. There's no way of tracking what's happened (click on 'track my order' and on the website it just says 'failed delivery' which is no help at all), it's all very confusing.

Used for the first time on Saturday. Flowers weren't delivered, and no contact from them. Had to contact them myself. They wern'tt able to handle my order due to some kind of technical issue. Never use them again now. Looked up a local florist online at my mums town, supported UK shopkeepers and got amazing service. May have paid a bit more but my Mother is important to me. I am sure they will reply with some kind of explanation and defence. Basically it depends on how important the person is you are sending flowers too or whether you are just interested in saving a few bucks.

Lovely flowers, great communications throughout the whole process and really easy website. I have used a number of times and have never been let down, on this occasion ordered late Thursday night and delivered the very next day without excessive prices. Would definitley reccommend.

This is the 2nd time I have used Serenata but will be my last. The actual service of delivering flowers is perfectly adequate, but when I tried to amend the delivery date 5 minutes after placing the order I was unable to. Further, I wasn't able to seek a refund, even when pursued with the online support team and making an official complaint.

Clearly this company just want your money regardless of the poor customer service (I explained numerous times that the recipient of my flowers was on holiday and instead of pretty fresh flowers found flowers that were, naturally, beyond their best).

I'd recommend not using them and trying another florist... very disappointing.

I ordered the Summer Harvest bouquet which had been reduced to £19.99, at 8.30pm on the Monday evening and they were delivered around 12 hours later, which at the time I thought was great service. However, my friend who had received the flowers for her birthday sent me a photo and I was disgusted... it was a small 'bunch' of flowers, some of which were dying with brown leaves. Even she had made a complaint to Seranata. After complaining to them, they arranged another delivery the next day which were in no doubt better but not particularly amazing. I would say the complaints handling is efficient and friendly, but unfortunately from my experience their flowers are rubbish.

I wish I'd done some homework before I ordered. I asked on this site but no one had reviewed serenata so I assumed it would be OK. How wrong. I ordered two bunches of flowers for my mum and my Grandma after my Grandad died. Only when they didn't turn up did I investigate further and find this link; http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews*******.html Basicallay sounds like crap service and crap product. Looks like I've been conned again. I think my days of internet shopping are over, there are so many cowboys out there I think I'll stick to the high street from now on

I cannot recommend this company any higher, from start to finnish they kept me informed by e-mail as to status of my order, very impressive, as it was not a large order and was delivered within a few hours. Thank you, and can assure you i will not be useing any other company in future, will also recommend to family &friends. M. chalmers.

Beautiful fragranced flowers, lovely selection, but very small. I ordered the largest size (called grandissimo I think). Hard to imagine how it could have been made smaller, so very disappointed in amount of flowers received for £41.

I bought the Blue Dendrobium for my Mum and she was absolutely thrilled.
As soon as she opened the box out came the 'Wow' factor.
And they coordinated with her newly decorated room beautifully.
The communication and timely tracking service from SerenataFlowers was excellent.
This is the first time I have used this company, but they will be my first choice in future.

Flowers never came. Delivered to wrong address by courier?
Not sure what exactly happened, got to wait for investigation. Flowers were meant for my wife for Christmas, had to nip round to Aldi instead, a lot cheaper, very nice, and wife had them in time for Christmas.

Ordered for friends birthday. Free next day delivery. Superb. Nearly booked with another company but were charging £7 next day deliver. They were delivered Saturday morning around 9.30am and I placed order 9pm the previous night! Received a text notification after delivery and friend who lives 3 hours away sent me a photo. They looked lovely and she was delighted with them. Would highly recommend and would use again anytime.

Serenataflowers have stated the flowers have been delivered to recipient but there is no sign of the flowers. Confirmation said left in front porch, when my friend does not have a front porch. Hard to get hold of to try and resolve the issue. Almost impossible. Awful.

I ordered on a Sunday and the flowers were delivered the next day by mid afternoon. I was kept constantly up to date with friendly email messages.
I haven't seen the flowers so I can't comment myself, but the recipient was delighted

This is the second time I've used Serenata flowers, I ordered two lots of flowers for delivery to different parts of the UK. Both lots arrived on the day specified and both lots were beautiful. Ordering from Australia I don't know what is going to be delivered, however I saw photos and I was very happy with the quality of the flowers. I will be using the service again.

Cant comment on the flowers as I havent seen them. However, personally I think the delivery times need to be made clearer on the website. Ordered 2 bouquets and it wasnt until I completed the order that a box appeared saying they might not be delivered until 9pm (which was useless for an office address that was only open for normal office hours) They tried to deliver at 6.30pm when nobody was there, luckily someone was working later the following day as they were finally delivered at 5.30pm. After this experience and having read some of the latest reviews I think I'd order elsewhere next time

The flowers I ordered for my Gran on the death of my Granda lasted no more than five days before they went brown. Supermarket flowers lasted longer and cost significantly less.
I dont suppose anyone will bother to get in contact - theyve had my money now. But I wont be ordering anything else from them.

Avoid them at any cost! Ordered flowers for women's day, even paid extra for a guaranteed delivery, and they could not make the delivery at all! And when you try to contact them they just send you the same automatic email... WOW!

I ordered a bouquet to be sent to my mother for Mother's Day, but to be delivered the day before as she would be out on the Sunday.
The flowers were delivered on time and with regular updates to me. My mother called when she received them to say how lovely they were and that she appreciated them very much
