I live in London and wanted flowers and chocolates delivered in Scotland. If you imagine the service you would desire and the outcome required then this business delivered both - and did so making the process simple. They also advised that the recipient had received their gift.
Sounds simple but many businesses struggle to deliver on promises. In this case delivery is what they do. Well done.

I bought these for my daughter as she had admired some flowers recently sent to me. Her flowers arrived on time and she was thrilled with them. The customer service is excellent, ordering is easy, the cost is reasonable, the packaging is sturdy, the care card is informative and amusing and the shipping is free. Whats not to love? I shall definitely be using this company again. Absolutely perfect. Thank you.

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday the next day as a surprise, they arrived on time and were beautiful and she loved them!
Only downside was I didn't notice the option to write on the card till after I had made my purchase so a blank card was sent saying no message supplied! Perhaps add a prominent prompt to write who the flowers are for/from. Fab service though, I will you them again x

I found their online shop quick and easy to use. I admired the efficiency of their set up when they sent a 'Flowers and Birthday Chocolate have been delivered on time' message especially when they just had one and a half days to complete the sale and even more so when the delivery address was in Banff, fifty miles north of Aberdeen!

I ordered flowers for mothers day 2022 handy as I live in Houston and trying to get flower to the UK, they were delivered on the date as expected however, the flowers look to be completely wilted and starved of water. I reached out to the customer service support team and things were ok until they told me "After reviewing the image, we can see the care instructions have yet to be followed, with the flowers needing to be arranged in a vase of fresh water after cutting the stems, allowing them to settle into the new surroundings, have a good drink following the journey and time for all the buds to open". The flowers are in a vase of water as they should be. I give them one star as I am unable to give zero. Be warned and expect poor service.

Such an excellent company! And the customer service is the top of the top, they are truly quick and such nice beautiful people working there! Its my first time ordering flowers for anyone so I was quite nervous but this was such a good experience they really made me want to buy flowers for loved ones more often! I'm always wary of ordering flowers, having been let down by Next and M&S due to the couriers they use. I ordered online and had to contact the shop on Facebook as I'd made an error. This was rectified within 30 minutes! The flowers arrived nice and early on the specified day, I had an email confirming this, my mum was delighted with them. I will always use Serenata in future, the best florist I have used.

Ordered flowers for mothers 92nd birthday. No flowers, no explanation on the day.
When chased, some nonsense excuse about shortage of U. K. lorry drivers! Refused request to cancel and refund the order. Delivered some pretty sad flowers 2 days after her birthday. Absolute waste of time - AVOID.

Beautiful flowers and delivery was brilliant. Was kept informed from the moment I ordered right up until they were delivered. Thought I had not put all the address on the form, contacted Serenata Flowers, who immediately replied and put my mind at rest. 5 star service, thoroughly recommend.

Ordered a bouquet for a relative after the passing away of her husband. She phone to tell me what beautiful flowers they were and was really pleased with them. Ordering was easy, communication regarding delivery was excellent. Have used Serenata before and always happy with flowers and service.

The flowers were delivered the very next day, they were great quality and the recipients really liked them.
The website is not optimised for Windows phones so I had a hiccup with ordering.
The "my account" section on the website doesn't give you enough- there's a typo in my name and now I can't change it.
When making an account and ordering, you're not required to verify your email address so make sure you get it correct first time as you need your email to track your order and that's also how they let you know the flowers have been dispatched ect.
In summary, the flowers and service was spot on. The only thing stopping this review being a 5* is the issues with the website and barriers to ordering.

Once again excellent / beautiful flowers from Serenata flowers. These were for my sisters birthday and she was absolutely delighted with them. The flowers were a gorgeous shade of blue. Kept up to date with delivery. I have never had a problem with this company and would defiantly recommended.

My father in law has sent flowers to my wife's birthday. The flowers has not been delivered, though it was written that it was. Contact service is helpless and rude. Delivery man hasn't tried to call neither using the door ring, nor using the phone. Have no idea where he has left the flowers (may be he didn't even come?). For the whole birthday we have to investigate what have happened instead of celebrating. Can't believe that such awful service exists in the 21st century.

Do NOT use them. Worst experience ever. I ordered and paid for flowers last Friday for my daughter's birthday to be delivered the following Tuesday. Still no flowers! It was her first time without her family on her birthday and I really wanted to make it special for her. They're now saying they will not refund even though flowers were never delivered! Worst ever

I had several queries before placing an order for a family members special birthday... i sent messages to SerenataFlowers and had immediate responses and advice. My gift arrived as planned and my relative was very pleased with the contents of the hamper. I will certainly use them again.

Ordered flowers the night before I wanted them delivered. They arrived on time and they were so beautiful for my Mum, who had just lost her dog of 15 years. They really made her day. She also commented on the beautiful smell. Would 100% recommend this florist and will for sure be using them again when I need flower delivered!

We were away for the weekend, staying in a bed & breakfast, so I had to have them delivered to a non home address. I was a little concerned that things might have gone astray, however, tracking them on line was very convenient, and accurate to boot. One rose head was detached and one slightly bruised but hey ho but the display was extremely well received. Would definitely use them again and would certainly have no difficulty in recommending them. Ray

I am so impressed by this service. It was easy and quick to order. The flowers arrived early the next morning and I was sent email updates with the progress of the delivery. My friend thought that they were absolutely beautiful. Excellent value for money. I will be back. It is nice to find a company that does what they say that they will do. Well done to all involved.

One was to an 80 year old who was delighted, the other to my wife who received her flowers by being thrown in the door by the delivery man, they had broken stems (no surprise there after the method of delivery), soft headed buds, brown 'bits' on the petals of the roses on a surprise that didn't please her at all.

I ordered some flowers for my Great Aunt's birthday. The web site was easy to use, pricing was competitive, order and delivery tracking excellent, and next day delivery was free (even on a Sunday!). They arrived in the exact time window I'd been given by e-mail, and according to my Great Aunt, they are "beautiful". I'm very happy with both the quality of the flowers and the service I've received.

Easy to order online, kept me informed of where the flowers where and when they would be delivered, delivered on time. Recipient very happy with flower, they were exactly like the picture. Great will use again.

Ordered online from miles away 2 weeks in advanced; the item was delivered on time and the recipient loved the product; couldnt ask for better service if I had chosen and delivered them myself

Ordered flowers with vase for delivery to an elderly lady - age 86. Vase was delivered broken and equally the lady was heartbroken. The company demanded photographic evidence of damage before taking any remedial action.
Poor lady does not have a camera or smartphone and lives too far away for me to drive to her home and take the necessary photograph. My journey cost would be greater than the cost of flowers and broken vase.
Reported the damage to customer services and explained our predicament but it seems that true to company policy, no action will be taken and I have not received a reply.
I have used the service of SerenataFlowers many times before and never had a problem but alas this was the last time and I will never use them again - very sad for such a lack of understanding and compassion.
